【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)民居是城市重要的歷史文化遺產(chǎn),能夠反映城市多元的文化內(nèi)涵和不同時(shí)期的歷史積淀,具有重要的研究和保存價(jià)值。紹興作為一座具有悠久歷史文化積淀的古城,被譽(yù)為“一座沒(méi)有圍墻的博物館”,傳統(tǒng)古民居是其中不可或缺的重要組成部分。與國(guó)內(nèi)其他很多地方一樣,紹興在現(xiàn)代化城市建設(shè)的過(guò)程中,也面臨著傳統(tǒng)民居的保護(hù)和再利用問(wèn)題。在紹興大力全城旅游的背景之下,合理規(guī)劃傳統(tǒng)民居的旅游開(kāi)發(fā),是紹興旅游業(yè)發(fā)展新的切入點(diǎn)。鑒于此,本文以全城旅游背景下的紹興臺(tái)門民居為例,以馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo),毛澤東思想為基本方法論,以翔實(shí)的實(shí)地調(diào)查和數(shù)據(jù)采集作為支撐,結(jié)合個(gè)人認(rèn)識(shí),對(duì)紹興傳統(tǒng)民居——臺(tái)門的旅游開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)探究,為紹興實(shí)現(xiàn)全城旅游的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供理論上的建議。本文主要分四部分： 第一部分是緒論及綜述部分,主要闡述了論文的選題背景和選題意義,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外傳統(tǒng)民居的學(xué)術(shù)理論研究進(jìn)行了綜述,總結(jié)了目前傳統(tǒng)民居理論研究的不足,并在此基礎(chǔ)之上提出了作者對(duì)紹興臺(tái)門民居旅游開(kāi)發(fā)的研究思路和研究方法。 第二部分主要包括第三、四兩章,主要介紹了紹興臺(tái)門的概況和現(xiàn)存情況,紹興臺(tái)門旅游開(kāi)發(fā)的可行性分析,即紹興旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展情況,紹興臺(tái)門與全城旅游開(kāi)發(fā)的關(guān)系,借鑒了上海石庫(kù)門民居的開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)例,得出紹興臺(tái)門民居的存在現(xiàn)狀及資源價(jià)值與上海的石庫(kù)門比較相似,可以借鑒上海石庫(kù)門的開(kāi)發(fā)模式進(jìn)行有益的探索。 第三部分是五、六兩章,是全文的核心所在,筆者利用在紹興實(shí)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)多次深入臺(tái)門里弄調(diào)查,總結(jié)了紹興臺(tái)門目前的開(kāi)發(fā)形式,并分析了開(kāi)發(fā)中的問(wèn)題,在此基礎(chǔ)之上提出了紹興臺(tái)門民居旅游開(kāi)發(fā)的策略。 最后一部分是本文的結(jié)論部分,對(duì)整篇論文的寫(xiě)作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)紹興全城旅游提出了展望。
[Abstract]:The traditional folk house is an important historical and cultural heritage of the city, which can reflect the cultural connotation and the historical accumulation of different periods of the city, and has important research and preservation value. As a ancient city with a long history and cultural accumulation, Shaoxing is known as the "a museum with no walls", and the traditional ancient house is an indispensable part of it. Like many other parts of China, Shaoxing is facing the protection and re-utilization of traditional houses in the process of modern city construction. It is a new entry point for the development of the tourism in Shaoxing, under the background of the whole city tourism in Shaoxing, and the rational planning of the tourism development of the traditional folk house. In view of this, this paper takes the Shaoxing Taimen's house in the background of the whole city as an example, taking the Marxist theory as the guide, the Mao Zedong Thought as the basic methodology, taking the detailed field survey and the data collection as the support, and combining with the individual's knowledge, The paper probes into the tourism development of the traditional folk house of Shaoxing, and provides a theoretical suggestion for Shaoxing to realize the sustainable development of tourism in the whole city. This paper is divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction and the summary section, mainly expounds the background and the significance of the topic selection of the thesis, summarizes the academic theoretical research of the traditional folk house at home and abroad, and summarizes the current research on the traditional folk house theory. On the basis of this, the author puts forward the study thought and the research side of the author's study on the development of the Taimen's residence in Shaoxing. The second part mainly includes the third and the fourth chapters, mainly introduces the general situation and the existing situation of the Shaoxing station gate, the feasibility analysis of the development of the tourism development in Shaoxing, that is, the development of the Shaoxing tourism industry, the development of the Shaoxing Taimen and the whole city The relationship between the present situation and the resource value of the house of the Shikumen in Shanghai is similar to that of the Shikumen in Shanghai, and it can be used for reference to the development model of the Shanghai Shikumen.
