烏魯木齊市旅游城市化及其模式研究

【摘要】：旅游城市化是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展到一定階段的產(chǎn)物，是伴隨著旅游業(yè)和城市化不斷發(fā)展而出現(xiàn)的一種必然現(xiàn)象。20世紀(jì)70年代，旅游城市化現(xiàn)象在西方發(fā)達(dá)國家出現(xiàn)，成為多元城市化道路的一種模式。 澳大利亞學(xué)者帕特里克·馬林斯(Patrick Mullins)于1991年提出旅游城市化這一概念。我國旅游城市化的研究開始于21世紀(jì)初，目前己有的關(guān)于旅游城市化的研究主要側(cè)重于旅游城市化的動(dòng)力機(jī)制、負(fù)面影響及對(duì)策研究。與旅游城市化的發(fā)展實(shí)踐相比，理論研究相對(duì)滯后，研究領(lǐng)域還要不斷拓展和深化。論文嘗試對(duì)烏魯木齊市旅游城市化綜合水平，動(dòng)力機(jī)制與模式，以及區(qū)域影響等問題進(jìn)行初步研究，以期進(jìn)一步豐富我國旅游城市化研究的內(nèi)容、方法和理論，尤其為西部地區(qū)旅游城市化發(fā)展實(shí)踐提供有益借鑒。 論文以烏魯木齊市為例，構(gòu)建旅游城市化水平的綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系，運(yùn)用AHP和因子分析法等數(shù)學(xué)方法對(duì)烏魯木齊市2000—2009年間的旅游城市化水平進(jìn)行測(cè)度，并對(duì)烏魯木齊市旅游城市化的驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)制和模式進(jìn)行了界定，就旅游城市化所帶來的影響加以辯證分析，并提出對(duì)策和建議。 通過研究，，得出以下幾點(diǎn)結(jié)論：（1）隨著旅游業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展，旅游已成為推動(dòng)我國城市化發(fā)展的重要?jiǎng)恿�，旅游城市化已逐漸成為多元城市化道路的一種模式。（2）第三產(chǎn)業(yè)比重以及第三產(chǎn)業(yè)從業(yè)人口比重是衡量旅游城市化水平的重要因子。（3）在烏魯木齊市的旅游城市化發(fā)展過程中，外部環(huán)境的影響起到重要作用，這也與旅游業(yè)本身具有不穩(wěn)定性這一特點(diǎn)相吻合。（4）烏魯木齊市不僅是中國中西部重要的旅游目的地，也是重要的旅游中轉(zhuǎn)地和客源地，全市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有綜合性特點(diǎn)，旅游業(yè)只是作為重要產(chǎn)業(yè)之一，既具有高品位的旅游資源又有自我發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力，是綜合驅(qū)動(dòng)型旅游城市化模式。
[Abstract]:Tourism urbanization is the product of a certain stage of social and economic development, and is an inevitable phenomenon with the continuous development of tourism and urbanization. In the 1970s, the phenomenon of tourism urbanization appeared in western developed countries. Become a model of pluralistic urbanization. Patrick Mullings (Patrick Mullins), an Australian scholar, put forward the concept of tourism urbanization in 1991. The study of tourism urbanization in China began at the beginning of the 21st century. At present, the existing researches on tourism urbanization mainly focus on the dynamic mechanism, negative effects and countermeasures of tourism urbanization. Compared with the development and practice of tourism urbanization, the theoretical research lags behind, and the research field still needs to be expanded and deepened. In order to enrich the content, method and theory of tourism urbanization research in China, this paper tries to make a preliminary study on the comprehensive level, dynamic mechanism and model of Urumqi tourism urbanization, as well as the regional influence, and so on, in order to enrich the content, method and theory of tourism urbanization in China. Especially for the western region tourism urbanization development practice to provide beneficial reference. Taking Urumqi as an example, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of tourism urbanization level, and measures the tourism urbanization level of Urumqi from 2000 to 2009 by using mathematical methods such as AHP and factor analysis. The driving mechanism and mode of Urumqi tourism urbanization are defined, the influence of tourism urbanization is analyzed dialectically, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. Through the research, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) with the continuous development of tourism, tourism has become an important driving force to promote the development of urbanization in China. Tourism urbanization has gradually become a mode of multi-urbanization. (2) the proportion of the tertiary industry and the proportion of the population employed in the tertiary industry are the important factors to measure the level of tourism urbanization. (3) in Urumqi, the In the process of tourism urbanization, The impact of the external environment plays an important role, which is also consistent with the fact that tourism itself is unstable. (4) Urumqi is not only an important tourist destination in the central and western regions of China, but also an important destination and source of tourism. The whole city economy development has the comprehensive characteristic, the tourism industry is only one of the important industries, has both the high grade tourism resources and the self-development economic strength, is the comprehensive drive type tourism urbanization mode.
