我國濱海旅游業(yè)的演化的動力機(jī)制研究

【摘要】：如今是旅游業(yè)愈發(fā)興盛的時代，濱海旅游業(yè)作為其重要組成部分更是各國重視的戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)業(yè)。近幾年來，我國也將濱海旅游業(yè)上升到戰(zhàn)略地位。改革開放以來我國濱海旅游業(yè)經(jīng)歷了30多年的高速發(fā)展，但其自身也積累下很多矛盾和問題，如發(fā)展粗放式增長、資源利用不充分等，這些都是產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級中必不可少遇到的問題。所以，有必要從產(chǎn)業(yè)演化的角度對我國濱海旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)過程進(jìn)行研究，探討其內(nèi)在的演化動力機(jī)制，從而推動我國濱海旅游業(yè)健康有序的發(fā)展。 本文主要采用的是實(shí)證分析方法，對我國濱海旅游業(yè)演化的動力機(jī)制進(jìn)行研究。文章主要包括五個部分，第一部分介紹了產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、協(xié)同學(xué)相關(guān)理論，以此作為本文的理論研究基礎(chǔ)。第二部分則是分析我國濱海旅游業(yè)演化的內(nèi)因定性分析。第三部分是本文的研究重點(diǎn)，選取（1985-2001，2002-2009）兩時間段對，，分別我國濱海國際旅游和濱海旅游業(yè)發(fā)展過程進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。第四部分是在根據(jù)前幾章定性定量分析提出促進(jìn)我國濱海旅游業(yè)健康有序發(fā)展的對策建議。 本文以協(xié)同學(xué)理論為基礎(chǔ)，以我國1985-2009年濱海旅游業(yè)相關(guān)指標(biāo)作為為樣本數(shù)據(jù)，利用協(xié)同演化動力模型來對我國濱海旅游業(yè)進(jìn)行研究。主要結(jié)論：第一，濱海旅游業(yè)年末職工人數(shù)、沿海城市涉外飯店客房數(shù)、國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值為濱海國際旅游業(yè)的系統(tǒng)演化的序參量。第二，主要沿海城市星級飯店客房數(shù)，城鎮(zhèn)居民人均可支配收入，主要沿海城市國際旅游外匯收入為濱海旅游業(yè)的演化與發(fā)展的序參量。本文基于自組織理論研究濱海旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)的演化動力機(jī)制， 這是第一次使用此種方法對此產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行研究，是理論與實(shí)踐結(jié)合的一次創(chuàng)新。通過對濱海旅游業(yè)的演化研究，建立協(xié)同演化模型，才能找出我國濱海旅游業(yè)發(fā)展中的促進(jìn)和抑制因素，這些動力因子到底是以如何相互作用進(jìn)而影響我國濱海旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展的。 本文研究還有需完善的部分。首先，因中國海洋統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒統(tǒng)計(jì)口徑的變化，本文只能從濱海國際旅游業(yè)和濱海旅游業(yè)兩部分來分別分析其演化動力機(jī)制；其次，有些數(shù)據(jù)的指標(biāo)仍不統(tǒng)一，但也進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分證。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, tourism is becoming more and more prosperous. As an important part of it, coastal tourism is a strategic industry that all countries attach importance to. In recent years, our country will also coastal tourism to a strategic position. Since the reform and opening up, China's coastal tourism industry has experienced rapid development for more than 30 years, but it has accumulated many contradictions and problems, such as extensive growth, inadequate utilization of resources and so on. These are essential problems in industrial transformation and upgrading. Therefore, it is necessary to study the process of coastal tourism industry in China from the angle of industrial evolution, and to explore its internal evolution dynamic mechanism to promote the healthy and orderly development of coastal tourism in China. This paper mainly adopts the empirical analysis method to study the dynamic mechanism of coastal tourism evolution in China. The first part introduces the theory of industrial economics and Synergetics, which is the theoretical basis of this paper. The second part is the qualitative analysis of the evolution of coastal tourism in China. The third part is the focus of this paper, selected (1985-2001 to 2002-2009) two time periods, respectively, China's coastal international tourism and coastal tourism development process for empirical analysis. The fourth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy and orderly development of coastal tourism in China according to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the previous chapters. Based on the theory of Synergetics and taking the relative indexes of coastal tourism in China from 1985 to 2009 as the sample data, this paper studies the coastal tourism in China by using the dynamic model of co-evolution. The main conclusions are as follows: first the number of employees at the end of coastal tourism the number of hotel rooms in coastal cities and the gross domestic product (GDP) are the order parameters of the evolution of coastal international tourism. Second, the number of star hotel rooms in the main coastal cities, the per capita disposable income of urban residents, and the foreign exchange income of international tourism of major coastal cities are the order parameters of the evolution and development of coastal tourism. Based on the self-organization theory, this paper studies the evolutionary motive mechanism of coastal tourism industry system. This is the first time to study this industry by using this method, and it is an innovation combining theory with practice. By studying the evolution of coastal tourism and establishing a cooperative evolution model, we can find out the factors that promote and restrain the development of coastal tourism in China. These dynamic factors affect the development of coastal tourism in China by how to interact with each other. There are still some parts to be improved in this paper. Firstly, due to the change of statistical caliber of China Marine Statistics Yearbook, this paper can only analyze its evolution motive mechanism from the two parts of Binhai International Tourism and Coastal Tourism. Second, some data indicators are still not uniform, but also carried out empirical evidence.
