【摘要】：黑龍江省滑雪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展不僅促進(jìn)了東北老工業(yè)基地的建設(shè)步伐，而且也加快了全省經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展速度，以及本省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的快速轉(zhuǎn)型和升級(jí)，但國內(nèi)外激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境以及該產(chǎn)業(yè)過快的發(fā)展速度也產(chǎn)生了一些發(fā)展桎梏。本省的滑雪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)在國內(nèi)主導(dǎo)地位正受到嚴(yán)峻的威脅與挑戰(zhàn)，要保持我省滑雪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的主導(dǎo)地位，就必須充分利用資源比較優(yōu)勢(shì)的同時(shí)切實(shí)發(fā)揮競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),把本省的雪資源優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢(shì)，，并在特色產(chǎn)品上下大文章，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域特色發(fā)展之路。 本文通過運(yùn)用相關(guān)理論與研究方法，從發(fā)展區(qū)域特色經(jīng)濟(jì)的視角去研究黑龍江省的滑雪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)，并充分分析國內(nèi)外滑雪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；梳理滑雪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)概念；以競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論方法分析黑龍江省滑雪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀，并構(gòu)建特色滑雪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)模型，以求把黑龍江省滑雪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的資源優(yōu)勢(shì)快速轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢(shì)，從而以特色產(chǎn)業(yè)為依托形成特色產(chǎn)品，最終形成我省滑雪旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)國內(nèi)與國際的主導(dǎo)地位。
[Abstract]:The development of ski tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province has not only promoted the pace of construction of the old industrial base in Northeast China, but also accelerated the speed of economic development of the province, as well as the rapid transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of the province. However, the fierce competition environment at home and abroad and the rapid development of the industry have also produced some shackles of development. In order to maintain the leading position of ski tourism industry in our province, we must make full use of the comparative advantage of resources and give full play to the competitive advantage. The advantages of snow resources in this province are transformed into economic advantages, and the special products are discussed in order to realize the development of regional characteristics. Through the use of relevant theories and research methods, this paper studies the ski tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province from the perspective of developing regional characteristic economy, and fully analyzes the current situation of the ski tourism industry at home and abroad, combing the related concepts of the ski tourism industry. This paper analyzes the current situation of ski tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province by means of competitive advantage theory, and constructs a model of ski tourism industry with characteristics in order to quickly transform the resource advantage of ski tourism industry into economic advantage in Heilongjiang Province. In order to form the characteristic products based on the characteristic industry, the leading position of the ski tourism industry in our province at home and abroad is finally formed.
