【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化和農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的高速發(fā)展，我國城鄉(xiāng)一體化進(jìn)程明顯加快。觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生，成為城市及市郊空間特殊形態(tài)的農(nóng)業(yè)。觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)是工業(yè)化和城市化高度發(fā)展條件下對農(nóng)業(yè)的一種新認(rèn)識，它的發(fā)展將有助于對大城市農(nóng)業(yè)的地位、功能方向和目標(biāo)進(jìn)行重新思考和定位。鄭州市作為河南省的省會城市，具有發(fā)展觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的客觀要求、基礎(chǔ)條件和明顯優(yōu)勢。2011年國務(wù)院出臺的《關(guān)于支持河南省加快建設(shè)中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的指導(dǎo)意見》中對河南給出“積極探索不以犧牲農(nóng)業(yè)和糧食、生態(tài)和環(huán)境為代價(jià)的工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的路子，是中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)的核心任務(wù)。”的要求和定位后，鄭州市提出了建設(shè)鄭州都市區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想，把鄭州都市區(qū)建設(shè)成為中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)核心增長區(qū)，，把鄭州都市區(qū)打造為工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化和農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的先行區(qū)、示范區(qū)。同時(shí)《鄭州都市區(qū)建設(shè)綱要》也對農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了明確要求，觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)己經(jīng)成為鄭州都市區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的主題。 在讀期間，結(jié)合專業(yè)實(shí)際，查閱了大量文獻(xiàn)，收集整理了國內(nèi)外觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)和鄭州都市區(qū)觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展相關(guān)資料，細(xì)致研究了相關(guān)政府文件資料，對鄭州市觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地總結(jié)和分析，并重點(diǎn)分析提出了鄭州都市區(qū)觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展建議。本文共分為六個(gè)部分： 第一部分：引言。這部分主要闡述本文的研究目的及意義，對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述，并對研究思路和方法進(jìn)行概述。 第二部分：觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的基本理論。這部分主要對觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的概念、基礎(chǔ)理論、基本特征、功能定位和作用進(jìn)行了闡述。 第三部分：國內(nèi)外觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示。這部分主要論述了國內(nèi)外觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、存在問題及經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示。 第四部分：鄭州都市區(qū)觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問題。這部分主要論述了鄭州都市區(qū)觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。 第五部分：鄭州市區(qū)觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策與建議。這部分主要針對鄭州都市區(qū)觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展給出相應(yīng)的對策與建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization, the process of urban-rural integration in China has been accelerated. Tourism and leisure agriculture is a new understanding of agriculture under the condition of industrialization and urbanization. Its development will help to rethink and position the position, function and goal of agriculture in big cities. As the capital city of Henan Province, Zhengzhou has the objective requirements of developing sightseeing and leisure agriculture. Basic conditions and obvious advantages. In 2011, the State Council issued a "guiding opinion on supporting Henan Province in speeding up the Construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone." the State Council gave Henan a "positive exploration of industrialization that does not cost agriculture and food, ecology and the environment," Urbanization and the coordinated development of agricultural modernization are the core tasks of the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone.
