重慶長壽區(qū)生態(tài)旅游有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:重慶長壽區(qū)生態(tài)旅游有限公司是一家基于政府平臺的旅游規(guī)劃公司,該公司主要負責重慶市長壽區(qū)所轄的長壽湖的景區(qū)規(guī)劃、開發(fā)和管理工作。長壽湖景區(qū)位于重慶市長壽區(qū)境內(nèi),是國家級生態(tài)旅游休閑度假區(qū),同時也是重慶市十佳旅游風景區(qū)。長壽湖水域面積65.5平方公里(約10萬畝),庫容10億立方米,是我國西南地區(qū)最大的人工湖。早在六、七十年代長壽湖就因為其獨特的資源優(yōu)勢被列為四川省的十二個著名風景區(qū)之一和重慶市十佳旅游風景區(qū)。1992年1月3日重慶市人民政府批準長壽湖旅游區(qū)為省級風景名勝區(qū)。景區(qū)內(nèi)港汊縱橫交錯,200多個大小島嶼星羅棋布,點綴在湖泊之間,更有淺灘成片,樹木成蔭。景區(qū)內(nèi)湖、島和岸上之林、泉、瀑、巖、洞渾然天成,寺、廟、觀、亭、寨異彩紛呈。除了有嫵媚動人的自然景觀,還有著豐富的人文景觀,大自然的嫵媚與人的靈性在景區(qū)內(nèi)彼此交融,相得益彰。 由于其得天獨厚的自然條件,長壽湖在近幾年的開發(fā)過程中,都取得了較好的成績。尤其在2012年底,長壽湖通過了國家的評審,被評為國家4A級景區(qū)。但近年來,隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,,該公司在對長壽湖景區(qū)的管理和下一步發(fā)展中也遇到了許多新的問題和挑戰(zhàn)。尤其是在如何把其所轄的長壽湖旅游區(qū)提檔升級,如何將良好的資源轉(zhuǎn)換成旅游產(chǎn)品,如何增強景區(qū)吸引力等方面。 基于以上問題,本文運用實證調(diào)查與分析、定量與定性分析、SWOT分析等方法,立足于公司和景區(qū)的具體情況,通過五個章節(jié)分析了該公司目前的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境等問題,并重新對公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略做出了定位,同時對公司如何實施戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)措施做了具體的闡述。
[Abstract]:Chongqing Changshou Ecotourism Co., Ltd. is a tourism planning company based on government platform, which is mainly responsible for the planning, development and management of Changshou Lake under the jurisdiction of Chongqing Changshou District. Changshanhu Scenic area is located in Chongqing Changshou District, is a national ecotourism leisure resort, but also Chongqing's top ten tourist attractions. Longshou Lake has an area of 65.5 square kilometers (about 100000 mu) and a storage capacity of 1 billion cubic meters, which is the largest artificial lake in southwest China. As early as six, Longevity Lake was listed as one of the twelve famous scenic spots in Sichuan Province and the top ten tourist scenic spots in Chongqing because of its unique resource advantages in the 1970s. On January 3, 1992, Chongqing Municipal people's Government approved the Changshou Lake tourist area as a provincial scenic spot. Scenic port branches crisscross, more than 200 large and small islands, dotted between lakes, but also shoals, trees Cheng Yin. Scenic lake, island and shore of the forest, spring, waterfall, rock, cave into nature, temple, view, pavilion, village colorful. In addition to the charming natural landscape, there are rich human landscape, the charm of nature and human spirituality in the scenic areas, mutually complementary. Because of its unique natural conditions, Longevity Lake has made good achievements in the development process in recent years. Especially in the end of 2012, Longevity Lake passed the national review, was rated as the national 4A-level scenic spot. But in recent years, with the development of social economy, the company has encountered many new problems and challenges in the management and development of Longshou Lake Scenic spot. Especially in how to upgrade the Changshou Lake tourist area, how to convert good resources into tourism products, how to enhance the attraction of scenic spots and so on. Based on the above problems, this paper uses empirical investigation and analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, SWOT analysis and other methods, based on the specific situation of the company and scenic spots, through five chapters to analyze the current internal and external environment of the company, and so on. And the development strategy of the company to make a new positioning, at the same time how to implement strategic management of the company to make a specific description of the relevant measures.
