基于消費(fèi)者參與的城市游憩型綠道經(jīng)營(yíng)管理研究

【摘要】:綠道不僅是城市交通體系中的重要組成部分,同時(shí)也是城市休閑游憩產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要一環(huán),對(duì)城市旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展具有十分重要的作用。在西方的學(xué)術(shù)界,對(duì)綠道的研究已經(jīng)成為生物學(xué)、景觀生態(tài)學(xué)、城市規(guī)劃和景觀設(shè)計(jì)等多個(gè)學(xué)科交叉的重要研究領(lǐng)域,中國(guó)的學(xué)術(shù)界在最近幾年也逐漸呈現(xiàn)出對(duì)這一研究愈益關(guān)注的勢(shì)頭。本文就是在這樣一種背景下展開(kāi)的初步理論嘗試。 與美國(guó)等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段對(duì)游憩型綠道進(jìn)行應(yīng)用的時(shí)候存在眾多的問(wèn)題,如消費(fèi)者參與較少、具體的應(yīng)用途徑不多等,如何更好地經(jīng)營(yíng)管理綠道,構(gòu)建科學(xué)有效的綠道經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式是保障我國(guó)城市游憩型綠道持續(xù)發(fā)展的必然選擇。圍繞這一中心議題,本文進(jìn)行了一系列的研究。 首先,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外綠道建設(shè)實(shí)踐進(jìn)行比較分析,找到了差距和造成差距的主要因素。 我國(guó)歷史文化資源和自然資源豐富,為城市綠道建設(shè)奠定了良好的資源基礎(chǔ)。但由于我國(guó)綠道建設(shè)起步晚,現(xiàn)仍處于初級(jí)階段,尚未得到人們的廣泛關(guān)注。加之我國(guó)綠道經(jīng)營(yíng)管理觀念與方法的相對(duì)落后,嚴(yán)重影響綠道功能的有效發(fā)揮。為了提升我國(guó)城市綠道經(jīng)營(yíng)管理能力,本文通過(guò)分析發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的典型綠道經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式,找到我國(guó)綠道經(jīng)營(yíng)管理落后的主要因素,識(shí)別出目前我國(guó)高度發(fā)展的城市游憩型綠道經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題是利益相關(guān)者間的責(zé)任關(guān)系,特別是現(xiàn)階段消費(fèi)者的參與意識(shí)低。這就為后續(xù)研究提供了有利的切入點(diǎn)。 其次,以廣東珠三角地區(qū)城市游憩型綠道為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行綠道消費(fèi)者的感知與游憩行為特征研究。 廣東珠三角地區(qū)城市綠道建設(shè)作為我國(guó)綠道建設(shè)的成功的先行者,一定程度上代表了我國(guó)綠道發(fā)展中的較高水平。鑒于此,本文選取廣東珠三角地區(qū)城市綠道為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其消費(fèi)者進(jìn)行感知與游憩行為特征研究。研究分為兩部分:一是對(duì)游憩型綠道消費(fèi)者的動(dòng)機(jī)、偏好與游憩價(jià)值進(jìn)行分析;二是對(duì)游憩型綠道消費(fèi)者的市場(chǎng)狀況進(jìn)行細(xì)分與分析。基于兩部分的研究,通過(guò)對(duì)綠道本身經(jīng)營(yíng)管理?xiàng)l件與外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的分析,確定綠道游憩方式,設(shè)計(jì)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷定位,并找出可能影響行為主體需求的內(nèi)在因素,為綠道經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式的構(gòu)建提供參考與依據(jù)。 最后,以消費(fèi)者參與為視角,基于演化博弈模型,建立城市游憩型綠道經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的多元?jiǎng)討B(tài)博弈模式。 根據(jù)博弈論的思想,從時(shí)間與空間的維度動(dòng)態(tài)審視綠道管理中各利益主體的邏輯關(guān)系與實(shí)質(zhì)。在實(shí)際的綠道經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中,參與人的理性要求較少且與現(xiàn)實(shí)更為接近,故采用博弈進(jìn)化均衡決策模型,將經(jīng)營(yíng)管理過(guò)程中的三大博弈體行為以函數(shù)的形式聯(lián)系起來(lái),構(gòu)建城市游憩型綠道經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的多元?jiǎng)討B(tài)博弈模型。綠道經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式建立不僅受制于客觀環(huán)境,同時(shí)也會(huì)因經(jīng)營(yíng)管理主體的變化而發(fā)生變化,因此,綠道經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式?jīng)]有唯一的,只有適合的。 本文在形成結(jié)論的過(guò)程中,是采取定性與定量相結(jié)合的研究方法進(jìn)行研究的。
