【摘要】：2011年，中共中央辦公廳、國務(wù)院辦公廳聯(lián)合下發(fā)了《2011-2015年全國紅色旅游發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》，對紅色旅游的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了拓展和延伸，豐富了紅色旅游的內(nèi)容體系。河北省作為我國紅色旅游資源大省，其紅色旅游發(fā)展如火如荼。但是，縱觀河北省紅色旅游發(fā)展全局，其紅色旅游理論研究明顯不足，尚未形成較為成熟的紅色旅游開發(fā)理論體系和紅色旅游資源綜合評價體系。本文在對紅色旅游開發(fā)理論和評價方法進(jìn)行研究的基礎(chǔ)上，對新時期河北省紅色旅游資源進(jìn)行全面梳理，構(gòu)建了河北省紅色旅游資源評價體系，綜合運(yùn)用層次分析法和模糊綜合評價法對其進(jìn)行全面評價，并提出了河北省紅色旅游資源開發(fā)對策。 首先，本文論述了課題的研究背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，并對研究方法和研究內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了說明。對文中所涉及的概念及理論進(jìn)行解釋，為本文提供了理論基礎(chǔ)和指導(dǎo)。 其次，介紹了河北省紅色旅游及資源概況，全面闡述了河北省紅色旅游資源的總體特征、分布、類型和重點(diǎn)景區(qū)，并在對其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上，，找出了其存在的不足。 第三，利用BCG模型和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)的方法對河北省國內(nèi)外旅游市場和紅色旅游市場進(jìn)行分析，并結(jié)合其旅游市場的大環(huán)境，對河北省紅色旅游客源目標(biāo)市場進(jìn)行定位。 第四，對河北省紅色旅游資源進(jìn)行評價，構(gòu)建由4層、30個評價指標(biāo)的組成的紅色旅游資源評價體系，運(yùn)用層次分析法和模糊綜合評價法對河北省紅色旅游資源總體和單體進(jìn)行評價，并得出了相應(yīng)結(jié)論。 最后，在資源分析、現(xiàn)狀分析、市場分析以及資源綜合評價的基礎(chǔ)上，提出河北省紅色旅游資源開發(fā)的理念、原則、模式及策略。
[Abstract]:In 2011, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council jointly issued the outline of the National Red Tourism Development Plan 2011-2015, which expanded and extended the connotation of red tourism and enriched the content system of red tourism. Hebei Province as a big province of red tourism resources, its red tourism development is in full swing. However, according to the overall situation of the development of red tourism in Hebei Province, the theoretical study of red tourism is obviously insufficient, and the relatively mature theory system of red tourism development and the comprehensive evaluation system of red tourism resources have not yet been formed. On the basis of the research on the theory and evaluation methods of red tourism development, this paper comprehensively combs the red tourism resources of Hebei Province in the new period, and constructs the evaluation system of the red tourism resources in Hebei Province. The comprehensive evaluation was carried out by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the countermeasures of developing red tourism resources in Hebei province were put forward. First, this paper discusses the research background, significance, research status at home and abroad, and describes the research methods and research content. The concepts and theories involved in this paper are explained, which provides a theoretical basis and guidance for this paper. Secondly, the general situation of red tourism and its resources in Hebei Province is introduced, and the overall characteristics, distribution, types and key scenic spots of red tourism resources in Hebei Province are expounded. Based on the analysis of the present situation of its development, the shortcomings of the red tourism resources in Hebei Province are found out. Thirdly, using BCG model and mathematical statistics method to analyze the domestic and foreign tourism market and red tourism market in Hebei Province, and to locate the target market of the red tourist source of Hebei Province in the light of the general environment of the tourism market. Fourth, to evaluate the red tourism resources in Hebei Province, and build a red tourism resources evaluation system composed of 4 layers and 30 evaluation indexes. The overall and individual red tourism resources in Hebei Province are evaluated by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the corresponding conclusions are drawn. Finally, on the basis of resource analysis, current situation analysis, market analysis and comprehensive evaluation of resources, this paper puts forward the idea, principle, mode and strategy of the development of red tourism resources in Hebei province.
