【摘要】：本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對山東省高爾夫旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素進(jìn)行研究,得出以下結(jié)果： 1)金融危機(jī)之后由于國家政策方面的變化,山東省的高爾夫球場的新建速度有所提高；海外高爾夫旅游者的客流量有所下降,而中國的高爾夫愛好者人數(shù)呈持續(xù)增長趨勢,本土球員所占比例正不斷提升,推動著高爾夫運(yùn)動在內(nèi)地3級城市的發(fā)展。另外,韓幣匯率的貶值、燃油費(fèi)的上漲和韓國高爾夫球場價格的下調(diào)都是金融危機(jī)之后韓國客流量減少的客觀原因。 2)高球入奧不僅帶動了高爾夫人才培養(yǎng),而且有助于增多、加速我國高爾夫技術(shù)與設(shè)備的升級。隨之也能減少了高爾夫成本,吸引眾多中層消費(fèi)者,間接性地推動了越來越多的高爾夫新人加入。這有助于“貴族運(yùn)動”的“平民化”,縮短高爾夫運(yùn)動的推廣時間,中國高爾夫運(yùn)動的發(fā)展進(jìn)程也將會大幅度提速。.隨著高爾夫愛好者的增多,市場的需求導(dǎo)向不僅推動了我國高爾夫產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,還帶動和促進(jìn)了旅游業(yè)、房地產(chǎn)業(yè)、餐飲業(yè)、商業(yè)、娛樂業(yè)等相關(guān)行業(yè)的共同發(fā)展。 3)山東省豐富的旅游資源、雄厚的本土經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力及相當(dāng)數(shù)目的外商和社會高端階層是山東省高爾夫旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的強(qiáng)有力的保障。山東省優(yōu)異的地理區(qū)位條件、交通條件、氣候條件都是有助于山東省高爾夫旅游業(yè)的影響因素。 4)山東省己經(jīng)具備了較強(qiáng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)。但其中也存在著很多本質(zhì)上的問題。與海外相比,山東省的高爾夫產(chǎn)業(yè)還不完善,有待于提高。除整個產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理外,宏觀環(huán)境中的政策、對外經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化因素都為高爾夫發(fā)展增添了不確定性。其主要問題可以總結(jié)為以下六點(diǎn)：①缺乏整體產(chǎn)業(yè)導(dǎo)向和法律保障；‘②尚未建立產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,宣傳力度不夠；③球場的結(jié)構(gòu)性過剩；④相關(guān)企業(yè)主體缺乏大產(chǎn)業(yè)、大經(jīng)營意識；⑤客源單一、抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力差；⑥專業(yè)人才緊缺,人才培養(yǎng)不夠全面。 針對上述幾個目前山東省高爾夫旅游業(yè)中存在的問題,本文提出了尚未成熟的一些建議。主要有5個方面：1)加強(qiáng)理論研究和科研力度；2)政府要合理調(diào)控；3)整合資源,聯(lián)合營銷,打造品牌；4)企業(yè)要增強(qiáng)主體意識,提高管理水平；5)加強(qiáng)專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)
[Abstract]:In this paper, the factors influencing the development of golf tourism industry in Shandong Province are studied by the methods of literature, expert interview, field investigation and mathematical statistics. The results are as follows: 1) after the financial crisis, due to the changes in national policies, the speed of construction of golf courses in Shandong Province has been improved; The number of golf fans in China is increasing, and the proportion of local players is increasing, which is promoting the development of golf in the mainland level 3 cities. In addition, the depreciation of the exchange rate of the Korean dollar, the rise in fuel costs and the decline in the price of golf courses in South Korea are all the objective reasons for the decline in South Korean passenger traffic after the financial crisis. 2) the entry of high ball into the Olympic Games not only promotes the training of golf talents, but also helps to increase the number and accelerate the upgrading of golf technology and equipment in China. It also reduces golf costs, attracts many middle-level consumers, and indirectly drives more and more new golfers to join. This is helpful to "aristocratic sport" civilian turn ", shorten the popularizing time of golf sport, the development process of Chinese golf movement will also greatly increase speed.. With the increase of golf enthusiasts, the market demand orientation not only promotes the development of golf industry in China, but also promotes the common development of tourism, real estate, catering, commerce, entertainment and other related industries. 3) the rich tourism resources, the strong local economic strength and the considerable number of foreign businessmen and the high class of society are the strong guarantee for the development of Shandong golf tourism. The excellent geographical location condition, traffic condition and climate condition of Shandong Province are the influential factors of golf tourism in Shandong Province. 4) Shandong Province has a strong foundation for industrial development. But there are also many essential problems. Compared with overseas, the golf industry of Shandong Province is not perfect and needs to be improved. In addition to the unreasonable industrial structure, the policy, foreign economy and cultural factors in the macro environment have added uncertainty to the development of golf. The main problems can be summarized as follows: (1) lack of overall industrial orientation and legal protection;'2 'not yet established industrial chain, not enough propaganda; 5 single source, poor ability to resist risks; 6 shortage of professional talents, talent training is not comprehensive enough. In view of the problems in the golf tourism in Shandong Province, this paper puts forward some immature suggestions. There are five main aspects: 1) strengthening theoretical research and scientific research; 2) reasonable regulation and control by government; 3) integration of resources, joint marketing and brand building; 4) strengthening the consciousness of the main body and improving the management level of enterprises; 5) strengthening the training of professional talents
