基于社會(huì)交換理論的社區(qū)旅游支持度模型及應(yīng)用以黃山風(fēng)景區(qū)門戶社區(qū)為例

摘要 門戶社區(qū)毗鄰風(fēng)景區(qū)且處于其出入口位置,在旅游發(fā)展中面臨特殊的機(jī)遇和難題.依據(jù)社會(huì)交換理論,選擇“社區(qū)參與度”、“居住區(qū)條件”、“對旅游機(jī)構(gòu)信任度”、“旅游利益感知”、“旅游成本感知”、“社區(qū)滿意度”和“旅游支持度”7 個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)變量構(gòu)建社區(qū)旅游支持度測度模型,以黃山風(fēng)景區(qū)的4 個(gè)門戶社區(qū)為研究案例,對該模型進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),通過結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析和因子分析,探討模型內(nèi)各變量對社區(qū)旅游支持度發(fā)揮作用的路徑及造成同一風(fēng)景區(qū)不同門戶社區(qū)支持度差異的影響因素.研究結(jié)果表明:① 總體而言,旅游利益感知和社區(qū)滿意度對旅游支持度有正向影響;居住區(qū)條件、對旅游機(jī)構(gòu)信任度和社區(qū)滿意度對旅游利益感知有正向影響;社區(qū)參與度、居住區(qū)條件和對旅游機(jī)構(gòu)信任度對社區(qū)滿意度有正向影響.社區(qū)參與度對旅游利益感知正向影響不顯著,旅游成本感知這一變量與其他變量之間關(guān)系不大.②各地居民感知和旅游支持度存在差異,南門湯口各維度總體得分最高,北門甘棠—耿城次之,東門譚家橋第三,西門焦村得分最低.③ 門戶社區(qū)與黃山風(fēng)景區(qū)的空間關(guān)系、區(qū)位條件與交通格局、旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平等因素造成了各門戶社區(qū)旅游支持度的差異.
