【摘要】：旅游業(yè)和房地產(chǎn)業(yè)是拉動(dòng)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的兩大支撐產(chǎn)業(yè),旅游房地產(chǎn)是兩大產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的產(chǎn)物,近十幾年在我國的發(fā)展非常迅猛。然而,目前在理論研究領(lǐng)域,旅游房地產(chǎn)的概念也沒有得到統(tǒng)一,對(duì)旅游房地產(chǎn)的開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略模式、法規(guī)制度等方面還沒有統(tǒng)一規(guī)范,還有許多理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)問題需要我們?nèi)ヌ剿骱脱芯�。本文以鳳凰旅游房地產(chǎn)為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)鳳凰旅游地產(chǎn)開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀的整體研究和判斷,運(yùn)用理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合、資料收集和調(diào)查相結(jié)合的研究方法和SWOT分析方法,對(duì)這些問題進(jìn)行了深入探討。 論文首先提出要研究問題的背景和選題意義,介紹國內(nèi)外旅游房地產(chǎn)理論研究現(xiàn)狀,選定研究方法;其次對(duì)旅游房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的理論進(jìn)行分析。在界定旅游房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略內(nèi)涵基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)旅游房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略模式以及可開發(fā)的類型,以及旅游房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)的原則和可持續(xù)開發(fā)理論;然后總結(jié)分析了鳳凰縣進(jìn)行旅游房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)可以依托的旅游資源,利用SWOT法論述了鳳凰縣旅游房地產(chǎn)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)和面臨威脅;最后基于對(duì)旅游地產(chǎn)開發(fā)理論和鳳凰旅游房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀研究基礎(chǔ)上,提出針對(duì)鳳凰縣旅游房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)的戰(zhàn)略措施,以及進(jìn)行鳳凰縣旅游房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)的保障措施。
[Abstract]:Tourism and real estate are the two major supporting industries to pull the national economy. Tourism real estate is the product of the integration of the two industries. In recent years, the development of tourism and real estate is very rapid in our country. However, at present, in the field of theoretical research, the concept of tourism real estate has not been unified, and there has not been a unified standard on the development strategy model, laws and regulations of tourism real estate. There are still many theoretical and practical problems we need to explore and study. This article takes Phoenix tourism real estate as the research object, through the overall research and the judgment to the Phoenix tourism real estate development present situation, uses the theory and the practice union, the data collection and the investigation unifies the research method and the SWOT analysis method, These problems are discussed in depth. Firstly, the paper puts forward the background and significance of the research, introduces the current situation of theoretical research on tourism real estate at home and abroad, and selects the research methods; secondly, it analyzes the theory of tourism real estate development strategy. On the basis of defining the connotation of tourism real estate development strategy, this paper summarizes the tourism real estate development strategy model and the types of development, as well as the principles of tourism real estate development and sustainable development theory; Then it summarizes and analyzes the tourism resources that can be relied on in the development of the tourism real estate in Fenghuang County, and discusses the advantages, disadvantages, development opportunities and threats of the tourism real estate in Fenghuang County by using the SWOT method. Finally, based on the theory of tourism real estate development and the status quo of Phoenix tourism real estate development, the paper puts forward the strategic measures for Fenghuang county tourism real estate development, as well as the guarantee measures for Fenghuang county tourism real estate development.
