河北省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力研究

【摘要】:旅游業(yè)是社會發(fā)展朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè),,人們物質(zhì)文化水平不斷提高的今天,旅游業(yè)不但對人的活動產(chǎn)生越來越重要的影響,而且對國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起著重要的推動和拉動作用,因此越來越多的國家把旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)列為該國的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)來發(fā)展。我國也不例外,中國旅游業(yè)已經(jīng)構(gòu)成了世界旅游市場的重要組成部分,并且不斷地通過提升旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的綜合國際競爭力來實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游強(qiáng)國的目標(biāo)。然而,在我國各個地區(qū)發(fā)展旅游業(yè)過程中,由于各個地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和旅游資源等方面各不相同,所以形成不同的競爭力,而一個地區(qū)旅游業(yè)國際競爭力的大小對該地區(qū)旅游的發(fā)展起著很要的作用。 本文選取了河北省為研究對象,分析比較了中國各省旅游業(yè)的國際競爭力。首先從定性分析角度看,河北蘊(yùn)藏著豐富的旅游自然資源和歷史文化資源,但河北省的旅游實(shí)力并沒有和它的潛力成正比。再從定量分析角度來看,以河北為研究對象,并選取全國其他三十個省市為比較對象,通過運(yùn)用主成分分析法對所選取指標(biāo)數(shù)量的定量比較分析,將全國各省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力進(jìn)行排名,確定河北省的競爭位置,從數(shù)據(jù)分析上指出河北省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)與其他先進(jìn)省份的差距,使提出的提升河北旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)整體競爭力的方法和途徑能更切實(shí)有效,同時,挖掘出河北省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際競爭潛力,從而把河北省的旅游資源優(yōu)勢真正轉(zhuǎn)化為競爭優(yōu)勢。最后本文相應(yīng)提出了提升河北旅游國際競爭力的對策和建議,包括優(yōu)化旅游產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、加強(qiáng)旅游企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理來提升旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際市場競爭力,提升區(qū)域旅游資源整合、打造特色國際旅游城市、改善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)來提升旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的資源國際競爭力,另外通過提升人文素質(zhì),加強(qiáng)社會宣傳和發(fā)揮政府支持來推動旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Tourism is the sunrise industry of social development. Today, people's material and cultural level is constantly improving. Tourism not only has an increasingly important impact on human activities, but also plays an important role in promoting and stimulating the development of the national economy. Therefore, more and more countries regard tourism industry as their pillar industry to develop. China is no exception. Chinese tourism has already become an important part of the world tourism market, and has been constantly through the promotion of tourism industry comprehensive international competitiveness to achieve the goal of tourism power. However, in the process of developing tourism in various regions of our country, due to the differences in the economic basis, tourism infrastructure and tourism resources of each region, they have formed different competitiveness. The international competitiveness of a region's tourism industry plays a very important role in the development of the region's tourism. In this paper, Hebei Province is chosen as the research object to analyze and compare the international competitiveness of tourism in various provinces of China. First of all from the perspective of qualitative analysis Hebei is rich in tourism natural resources and historical and cultural resources but Hebei's tourism strength is not directly proportional to its potential. From the point of view of quantitative analysis, taking Hebei as the research object, and selecting other 30 provinces and cities in China as the comparative object, the quantitative comparative analysis of the selected indexes is carried out by using the principal component analysis method. Ranking the competitiveness of the tourism industry in all provinces of the country, determining the competitive position of Hebei Province, and pointing out the gap between the tourism industry in Hebei Province and other advanced provinces in terms of data analysis. So that the methods and ways to enhance the overall competitiveness of Hebei tourism industry can be more practical and effective. At the same time, the international competitive potential of Hebei tourism industry can be excavated, so that the tourism resources advantage of Hebei Province can be truly transformed into competitive advantage. Finally, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the international competitiveness of Hebei tourism, including optimizing the structure of tourism products, strengthening the strategic management of tourism enterprises to enhance the international market competitiveness of tourism industry, and promoting the integration of regional tourism resources. To build a special international tourism city and improve the infrastructure construction to promote the international competitiveness of tourism resources, in addition, through enhancing the humanistic quality, strengthening social publicity and giving play to government support to promote the rapid and healthy development of tourism industry.
