【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟水平不斷提高，休閑度假旅游已成為我國旅游發(fā)展的趨勢。目前，蘇南地區(qū)小城鎮(zhèn)旅游正從單一的觀光式向觀光、休閑、度假、體驗等多元化方式轉(zhuǎn)變，并且出現(xiàn)以休閑度假為主導(dǎo)的旅游小城鎮(zhèn)。目前，，對于旅游小城鎮(zhèn)的研究主要集中于資源導(dǎo)向型小城鎮(zhèn)，對休閑度假型小城鎮(zhèn)的研究十分匱乏。 本文以蘇南地區(qū)休閑度假型小城鎮(zhèn)為研究對象，論述了本文的研究背景和研究方法思路，選取國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀典型的休閑度假小城鎮(zhèn)的案例分析研究，汲取其旅游規(guī)劃及開發(fā)方面可借鑒的經(jīng)驗。再分析出蘇南地區(qū)休閑度假型小城鎮(zhèn)存在的問題，針對蘇南地區(qū)休閑度假型小城鎮(zhèn)旅游發(fā)展過程中存在的問題總結(jié)出蘇南地區(qū)休閑度假型小城鎮(zhèn)旅游規(guī)劃的優(yōu)化策略，并且對休閑度假型小城鎮(zhèn)的旅游規(guī)劃方法進行探討研究，構(gòu)建休閑度假型旅游小城鎮(zhèn)系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃方法體系。以宜興市太華鎮(zhèn)為例進行休閑度假型小城鎮(zhèn)旅游規(guī)劃的實例研究。論文所取得的主要研究成果為： （1）重新梳理和詮釋了休閑度假旅游資源，形成休閑度假旅游資源分類表； （2）根據(jù)蘇南地區(qū)休閑度假型小城鎮(zhèn)的不同特征，分別從旅游資源特色、空間區(qū)位、旅游產(chǎn)品以及開發(fā)階段四個角度對其進行分類研究，并且對不同類型小城鎮(zhèn)提出具有針對性的優(yōu)化策略。 （3）構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)化的休閑度假型小城鎮(zhèn)旅游規(guī)劃方法體系，體系包括：小城鎮(zhèn)調(diào)研階段、規(guī)劃分析階段、確定目標階段、制定小城鎮(zhèn)旅游規(guī)劃階段和評審階段。對休閑度假型小城鎮(zhèn)旅游規(guī)劃過程中的小城鎮(zhèn)休閑度假發(fā)展條件分析、休閑度假客源市場分析、休閑度假型小城鎮(zhèn)旅游發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、小城鎮(zhèn)旅游形象推廣與營銷、小城鎮(zhèn)功能區(qū)規(guī)劃和小城鎮(zhèn)旅游產(chǎn)品設(shè)計六大主要內(nèi)容做了詳盡的闡述。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of economic level, leisure vacation tourism has become the trend of tourism development in China. At present, the tourism of small towns in southern Jiangsu is changing from a single type of sightseeing to a variety of ways such as sightseeing, leisure, vacation, experience, etc. At present, the study of tourism towns is mainly focused on resource-oriented small towns, and the study of leisure and vacation towns is very scarce. This paper takes the leisure and vacation town in the south of Jiangsu as the research object, discusses the research background and the research method, selects the domestic and foreign outstanding typical leisure vacation small town case analysis research. Draw lessons from its tourism planning and development. Then it analyzes the problems existing in the leisure and vacation type small towns in the south of Jiangsu province, and summarizes the optimization strategy of the tourism planning of the leisure vacation type small towns in the south of Jiangsu province, aiming at the problems existing in the process of the tourism development of the leisure vacation type small towns in the south of Jiangsu province. And the tourism planning method of leisure vacation town is studied, and the system planning method system of leisure vacation small town is constructed. This paper takes Taihua Town of Yixing City as an example to study the tourism planning of small town with leisure vacation. The main research results obtained in this paper are as follows: (1) rearranging and interpreting the leisure and vacation tourism resources, forming a classification table of leisure vacation tourism resources; (2) according to the different characteristics of small leisure and vacation towns in southern Jiangsu, From the tourism resources characteristics, spatial location, tourism products and the development stage of the four aspects of their classification, And put forward targeted optimization strategies for different types of small towns. (3) build a systematic leisure and vacation town tourism planning method system, including: small town research stage, planning analysis stage, Determine the target stage, formulate the small town tourism planning stage and review stage. This paper analyzes the development conditions of leisure vacation in small towns in the process of tourism planning of leisure vacation type, the market analysis of leisure vacation tourists, the tourism development strategy of small towns and small towns, and the promotion and marketing of tourism image of small towns. The six main contents of function area planning and tourism product design of small town are elaborated in detail.
