【摘要】：松溪縣是福建省北部山區(qū)一個(gè)頗具特色的小縣，位于閩浙交界處，武夷山麓東南側(cè)，全縣氣候宜人，，山清水秀，地靈人杰，屬傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)縣。近年來，利用生態(tài)優(yōu)勢(shì)，發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)成為了當(dāng)?shù)氐囊淮罅咙c(diǎn)。加強(qiáng)研究和對(duì)先行區(qū)的綜合分析意義重大。 論文在綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)松溪縣鄭墩休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)所在地的具體狀況進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃與建設(shè)的綜合分析。主要的研究結(jié)論有：(1)松溪縣鄭墩休閑農(nóng)業(yè)示范園區(qū)的基本建設(shè)條件和區(qū)域要素良好，適宜開發(fā)現(xiàn)代休閑農(nóng)業(yè)；（2）松溪縣現(xiàn)代生態(tài)休閑示范園區(qū)發(fā)展的近期目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)主要以南平區(qū)域?yàn)橹饕驮吹�，可積極拓展龍巖、福州、廈漳泉等地的客源市場(chǎng)，同時(shí)依托商務(wù)、科普、考察、節(jié)慶活動(dòng)等特種休閑旅游，逐步開發(fā)超越三級(jí)以外的市場(chǎng)需求；(3)松溪縣鄭墩休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)的科學(xué)目標(biāo)是以“生產(chǎn)、生活、生態(tài)”三生一體的融合為主線，融合區(qū)域自然景觀資源、鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)文明資源和企業(yè)科技文化資源，圍繞農(nóng)業(yè)的多功能開發(fā)，以增加農(nóng)民收入，提升農(nóng)業(yè)綜合效益，依托龍頭企業(yè)（科誠(chéng)牧業(yè)）的市場(chǎng)導(dǎo)向作用與區(qū)域資源優(yōu)勢(shì)條件，打造形成具有示范意義的新型生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系；(4)松溪縣鄭墩休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的建設(shè)在因地制宜的原則下，按“1心2廊3湖4林5園”的布局來安排，有利于園區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)多功能性的開發(fā)；（5）示范園區(qū)要運(yùn)行好，關(guān)鍵要引入“政府引導(dǎo)、社會(huì)投資、市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作”的機(jī)制，并通過龍頭企業(yè)或服務(wù)組織帶動(dòng)農(nóng)戶積極參與經(jīng)營(yíng)，方可取得成功。
[Abstract]:Songxi County is a small county in the northern mountain area of Fujian Province. It is located at the junction of Fujian and Zhejiang, southeast of Wuyi Mountain, and has a pleasant climate. In recent years, the use of ecological advantages, the development of leisure agriculture has become a local bright spot. It is of great significance to strengthen the research and comprehensive analysis of the leading area. On the basis of synthesizing domestic and foreign related research, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the planning and construction of the location of Zhengdun Leisure Agriculture Park in Songxi County. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the basic construction conditions and regional factors of Zhengdun leisure agriculture demonstration park in Songxi County are good, which is suitable for the development of modern leisure agriculture; (2) the short-term target market for the development of modern ecological leisure demonstration park in Songxi County is mainly the Nanping area, which can actively expand the tourist market in Longyan, Fuzhou, Xiazhang Spring and other places, while relying on business, science popularization, investigation, etc. Special leisure tourism, such as festival activities, gradually develops and exceeds the market demand beyond three levels. (3) the scientific goal of the construction of Zhengdun leisure agricultural park in Songxi County is the integration of "production, life and ecology" as the main line. The integration of regional natural landscape resources, rural ecological civilization resources and enterprise science and technology culture resources around the multi-function development of agriculture, in order to increase farmers' income and improve the comprehensive benefits of agriculture, Relying on the market guiding role of leading enterprises (Kecheng animal husbandry) and the regional resource advantages, a new eco-agricultural economic system with demonstration significance is formed. (4) the construction of Zhengdun leisure agricultural park in Songxi County is based on the principle of local conditions. According to the layout of "1 heart, 2 corridors, 3 lakes, 4 forests and 5 gardens", it is beneficial to the development of multi-functional agriculture in the park. (5) the key to the operation of the demonstration park is to introduce the mechanism of "government guidance, social investment, market operation". And through leading enterprises or service organizations to promote farmers to actively participate in management, to achieve success.
