【摘要】：以湖北省新店歷史文化名鎮(zhèn)居民調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用Logistic模型對(duì)影響居民參與歷史文化名鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)意愿的因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),年齡、家庭收入、是否認(rèn)同本地歷史文化價(jià)值、是否喜歡本地古建筑、是否愿意介紹本地情況、對(duì)政府管理的評(píng)價(jià)6個(gè)變量對(duì)居民參與歷史文化名鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)意愿具有顯著影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一系列對(duì)策建議,以期為新店鎮(zhèn)的保護(hù)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供一定的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of the residents of the famous historical and cultural towns in Xindian, Hubei Province, the factors influencing the residents' willingness to participate in the protection of historical and cultural famous towns are analyzed empirically by using the Logistic model. The study found that age, family income, recognition of local historical and cultural values, whether they like local ancient buildings, and whether they are willing to introduce the local situation, The evaluation of government management has a significant impact on the residents' willingness to participate in the protection of historic and cultural towns. On this basis, a series of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to provide some reference for the protection and sustainable development of Xindian Town.
