山西省主題公園開發(fā)研究初探

【摘要】：主題公園是一種全新的具有獨特形式的旅游開發(fā)方式，這種方式以嶄新的面貌突破了傳統(tǒng)旅游以資源為導向的開發(fā)方式，在現(xiàn)代旅游開發(fā)產(chǎn)業(yè)中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。山西省在主題公園開發(fā)方面已經(jīng)進行了多年的探索與實踐，但由于理論研究基礎薄弱，投資實踐缺乏科學指導等原因使其在主題公園開發(fā)過程中出現(xiàn)了不少的問題。有鑒于此，本文立足于旅游地理學及主題公園建設的基本理論，在分析研究山西省主題公園開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀及存在問題的基礎上對山西省主題公園開發(fā)提出了自己的見解和初步方案。并以太原唐城主題公園和大同北魏主題公園為例，進一步探討了主題公園建設的原則、方法、特征及活動區(qū)設計等內(nèi)容，供有關部門參考。 全文共分五個部分，，第一部分對主題公園的內(nèi)涵迸行了全新的梳理與挖掘，對主題公園的相關理論進行了深入的分析，并整理與歸納出旅游體驗理論在主題公園開發(fā)中的應用，從而為接下來的研究內(nèi)容有一個比較全面的理論鋪墊。 第二部分在對主題公園影響因素分析的基礎上，對山西省主題公園開發(fā)的優(yōu)勢與劣勢展開了深入的分析研究，從社會、經(jīng)濟、生態(tài)等方面詳細全面的分析了山西省主題公園開發(fā)所擁有的優(yōu)勢及存在的劣勢，從而全面掌握山西省主題公園開發(fā)的可行性以及今后開發(fā)中應注憊的各種問題。 第三部分對山西省主題公園開發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀進行了簡單的綜合性的論述，并挑選了其中具有典型代表的案例展開了深入的剖析，闡述了其在開發(fā)如可取之處與其面臨的問題，吸取經(jīng)驗總結(jié)教訓，以便為今后^u發(fā)工作提供更多的科學d6導。 第四部分在對山西省主題公園開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀評析的基礎上對山西省旅游資源進行了整理與分析，對山西省主題公園^u發(fā)的方向選擇進行了論述與分析，并提出了自己的見解，并展開了假設規(guī)劃。 最后，結(jié)合上述對山西省主題公園開發(fā)所做的分析研究，對其今后的開發(fā)工作提出了一些具有建設性的意見，詳細闡述了自己所認為的在今后開發(fā)過程中應注意的問題及今后發(fā)展的方向。
[Abstract]:Theme park is a new and unique form of tourism development, which breaks through the traditional tourism resource-oriented development mode with a new look, and plays an increasingly important role in the modern tourism development industry. Shanxi Province has been exploring and practicing in theme park development for many years. However, due to the weak theoretical research foundation and lack of scientific guidance in investment practice, there are many problems in the development of theme park. In view of this, based on the basic theory of tourism geography and theme park construction, based on the analysis and study of the present situation and existing problems of the theme park development in Shanxi Province, this paper puts forward its own opinion and preliminary plan for the development of the theme park in Shanxi Province. Taking Taiyuan Tangcheng theme Park and Datong Northern Wei Dynasty theme Park as examples, this paper further discusses the principles, methods, characteristics and design of the theme park for the reference of relevant departments. The paper is divided into five parts. In the first part, the connotation of theme park is combed and excavated, the related theories of theme park are deeply analyzed, and the application of tourism experience theory in the development of theme park is summarized. Thus, there is a more comprehensive theoretical foundation for the following research content. In the second part, on the basis of the analysis of the influencing factors of the theme parks, the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the theme parks in Shanxi Province are deeply analyzed and studied. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the theme park development in Shanxi Province in detail and comprehensively, so as to grasp the feasibility of the theme park development in Shanxi Province and the various problems which should be noted exhausted in the future development. The third part has carried on the simple comprehensive elaboration to the Shanxi Province theme park development present situation, and has selected the case which has the typical representative to carry on the thorough analysis, elaborated its in the development such as the desirability and the question which it faces, Draw lessons from experience, in order to provide more scientific D 6 guidance for future work. In the fourth part, on the basis of analyzing the present situation of the theme park development in Shanxi Province, the tourism resources of Shanxi Province are arranged and analyzed, and the choice of the direction of the theme park in Shanxi Province is discussed and analyzed, and its own opinion is put forward. The hypothetical programming is carried out. Finally, based on the above analysis and research on the theme park development in Shanxi Province, some constructive suggestions are put forward for its future development work. This paper expounds in detail the problems that should be paid attention to in the course of future development and the direction of development in the future.
