【摘要】：西部開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略實施十年多以來，作為西部開發(fā)的中心環(huán)節(jié)城鎮(zhèn)化是衡量經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展水平的重要標志。近年來，旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)對國家經(jīng)濟的重要性被人們所認識，將旅游業(yè)培育成經(jīng)濟支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)和群眾滿意的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)是當前旅游發(fā)展的趨勢。如何將旅游業(yè)培育成現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)？需要從旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)推動型的城鎮(zhèn)化模式切入，將城市旅游與城鎮(zhèn)化兩個系統(tǒng)相連接，基于城市旅游的“二次創(chuàng)業(yè)”的戰(zhàn)略決策，結(jié)合推動城鎮(zhèn)化進程的目的進行城市旅游的優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)、提質(zhì)增效、轉(zhuǎn)型升級。立足西部，需要認清城市旅游與城鎮(zhèn)化兩者之間的聯(lián)系情況，城市旅游推進過程中存在的問題和實現(xiàn)城市旅游的優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)、提質(zhì)增效和轉(zhuǎn)型升級的途徑。 帶著上面的問題展開文章的討論，運用文獻分析法、規(guī)范分析與實證分析相結(jié)合、定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的研究方法，以西部城鎮(zhèn)化系統(tǒng)和城市旅游系統(tǒng)為研究對象，試圖構(gòu)建城市旅游對城鎮(zhèn)化的效應系統(tǒng)，分析兩者之間的關(guān)聯(lián)度，為城市旅游的規(guī)劃提供科學合理的建議。 首先，從國內(nèi)外關(guān)于城市旅游、城鎮(zhèn)化及兩者之間的互動關(guān)系進行綜合評述，了解現(xiàn)階段對城市旅游和城鎮(zhèn)化的研究進展情況。探討城市旅游和城鎮(zhèn)化的概念及內(nèi)涵，結(jié)合城鎮(zhèn)化理論、旅游經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)理論和產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)理論，為展開文章的研究做理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次，對西部城鎮(zhèn)化系統(tǒng)進行研究，探討西部城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)條件，總結(jié)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的影響因素，為構(gòu)建西部城鎮(zhèn)化的評價指標體系做理論分析。將西部城鎮(zhèn)化與城市旅游相結(jié)合，研究城鎮(zhèn)化進程對城市旅游的作用，分別從提供空間依托和服務(wù)保障兩個角度進行分析。 再次，基于城市旅游的視角，進行城市旅游對西部城鎮(zhèn)化的效應分析。通過對城市旅游基本理論的分析，從經(jīng)濟、社會和環(huán)境效應三個層面構(gòu)建城市旅游對城鎮(zhèn)化的效應系統(tǒng)，并對系統(tǒng)特征進行闡述。在系統(tǒng)分析的基礎(chǔ)上，從便于量化的角度，構(gòu)建城市旅游對西部城鎮(zhèn)化效應系統(tǒng)的評價指標體系。 最后，以昆明為實證進行城市旅游與城鎮(zhèn)化的關(guān)聯(lián)分析。先是闡明昆明城市旅游發(fā)展的實際情況，然后根據(jù)前面兩部分的理論分析，，運用主成分分析方法對昆明空間城鎮(zhèn)化和經(jīng)濟城鎮(zhèn)化水平進行定量測度。根據(jù)城鎮(zhèn)化水平的測度結(jié)果，運用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法，進行城市旅游效應指標對城鎮(zhèn)化水平的關(guān)聯(lián)度計算，得出城市旅游發(fā)展的環(huán)境破壞問題較為嚴重，旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)起到一定的有效作用，而對社會經(jīng)濟和城市建設(shè)方面還存在一定的問題。結(jié)合在城鎮(zhèn)化背景下城市旅游發(fā)展存在的問題，從城市旅游規(guī)劃、城市供給能力和旅游帶動性三方面提出城市旅游與城鎮(zhèn)化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的路徑和建議。 研究結(jié)論主要表現(xiàn)在三個方面：城市旅游與西部城鎮(zhèn)化是相互作用、相互影響的兩個系統(tǒng)；城市旅游對西部城鎮(zhèn)化效應的過程中具有內(nèi)在的特征表現(xiàn)；通過昆明的實證分析得出城市旅游效應指標與城鎮(zhèn)化水平的關(guān)聯(lián)度，發(fā)現(xiàn)城鎮(zhèn)化背景下昆明城市旅游發(fā)展的環(huán)境破壞問題突出，旅游經(jīng)濟效果不明顯，需要提高城市旅游產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the western development strategy for more than ten years, urbanization as the central link of western development is an important symbol to measure the level of economic and social development. In recent years, the importance of tourism industry to the national economy has been recognized by people, and the development of tourism is the trend of the current tourism development. How to cultivate the tourism industry into the modern service industry? It is necessary to cut into the urbanization pattern of the tourism industry, connect the city tourism with the two systems of urbanization, and based on the city tourism, "secondary entrepreneurship" The strategic decision-making, combined with the purpose of promoting the urbanization process, carries on the urban tourism structure, upgrading, transformation and upgrading. Based on the west, it is necessary to recognize the link between urban tourism and urbanization, the problems existing in the process of urban tourism promotion and the way to realize urban tourism's urban tourism structure, upgrading and transformation and upgrading. Based on the discussion of the above questions, the author applies the methods of literature analysis, normative analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and takes the western urbanization system and urban tourism system as the research method. The object is to construct the effect system of urban tourism on urbanization, analyze the correlation degree between them, and provide scientific and reasonable planning for urban tourism planning. First of all, the paper reviews the relationship between urban tourism, urbanization and the relationship between the two countries at home and abroad, and studies the research of urban tourism and urbanization at the present stage. The paper discusses the concept and connotation of urban tourism and urbanization, combined with the theory of urbanization, the theory of tourism economy system and the theory of industry association. Secondly, it studies the western urbanization system, discusses the basic conditions of urbanization development in the west, summarizes the influencing factors of urbanization development, and refers to the evaluation of the construction of western urbanization. Based on the theory analysis, the western urbanization and the urban tourism are combined to study the effect of urbanization process on the urban tourism from providing spatial support and service guarantee, respectively. Two angles are analyzed. Once again, urban tourism is carried out based on the visual angle of urban tourism Based on the analysis of the basic theory of urban tourism, the effect system of urban tourism on urbanization is constructed from three aspects: economic, social and environmental effects. On the basis of the system analysis, from the angle of convenient quantification, the city tourism is constructed to the western urbanization. The evaluation index system of the effect system. The relationship between urban tourism and urbanization is analyzed in this paper. First, the actual situation of Kunming urban tourism development is expounded. Then, according to the theoretical analysis of the previous two parts, the paper applies the principal component analysis method to the Kunming spatial urbanization. According to the measure result of urbanization level, the relation degree of urban tourism effect index to urbanization level is calculated according to the measure result of urbanization level, and the urban brigade is obtained. The environmental damage of tourism development is more serious, the development of tourism industry plays an effective role in optimizing the industrial structure, and the social economy and There are some problems in urban construction. Combining with the problems of urban tourism development in the background of urbanization, this paper puts forward urban tourism from three aspects of urban tourism planning, urban supply capacity and tourism belt mobility. There are three aspects: urban tourism and western urbanization are two systems that interact and influence each other; urban tourism is the western city. Through the demonstration analysis of Kunming, the correlation degree between urban tourism effect index and urbanization level is obtained, and the environmental damage problem of Kunming urban tourism development is highlighted in the background of urbanization.
