【摘要】：山西花饃是在中國民間藝術(shù)的歷史長河中占有著重要的地位，它在山西境內(nèi)分布廣泛，種類和樣式繁多、多樣，在地域性和綜合性上具有強(qiáng)烈的影響力，在晉文化中傳承了上千年。山西花饃是真實反映了當(dāng)時人們的生活和風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣，運(yùn)用極其簡單的、常見的生活工具就能做出造型各樣的花饃作品來，其具有黃河流域文化中所具有的渾厚夸張的造型展現(xiàn)了它頑強(qiáng)的藝術(shù)生命力，承載了山西百姓的文化生活的方方面面。 山西民家花饃在入選山西非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)之后，為了使我們的先人留下來的寶貴財富得到繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)，需要我們大力的保護(hù)和發(fā)展。本文是以山西花饃的造型藝術(shù)和文化性作為研究內(nèi)容進(jìn)行的，從民間花饃在山西境內(nèi)的分布、造型藝術(shù)和文化特征入手，運(yùn)用實地調(diào)查和多學(xué)科綜合研究的方法，，主要對以下幾個方面的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析研究: 1.山西花饃在技術(shù)藝術(shù)傳承上所具有的本質(zhì)屬性。主要研究了花饃的技術(shù)和工藝方面以及造型藝術(shù)方面，并加以展開分析。 2.山西花饃在文化傳承方面所形成的文化屬性。民間花饃的的發(fā)展和傳承是基于民俗而來的，也是在風(fēng)土人情以及風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣方面發(fā)展而來的一種民間藝術(shù)，是當(dāng)?shù)孛耖g風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣的重要組成部分。不僅具有著傳承民俗文化的重要性，還為我們研究民俗文化的特征提供了很好的切入點(diǎn)。這就需要在后面的內(nèi)容里進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析研究。 3.提出保護(hù)和傳承花饃藝術(shù)的方法和措施。 本文的目的是通過對山西花饃藝術(shù)深入的分析研究，提出一些發(fā)展、傳承和保護(hù)這一重要民間藝術(shù)的一些方法和措施，使人們認(rèn)識到這一非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的重要性。
[Abstract]:Shanxi flower bun plays an important role in the history of Chinese folk art. It is widely distributed in Shanxi, has a wide variety of types and styles, and has strong regional and comprehensive influence. Jin culture has been passed down for thousands of years. Shanxi flower bun is a true reflection of people's life and customs at that time. Using extremely simple and common living tools, they can make various kinds of flower-bun works. Its rich and exaggerated modeling in the Yellow River Valley culture shows its indomitable artistic vitality and carries all aspects of the cultural life of Shanxi people. In order to inherit and carry forward the precious wealth left by our ancestors, it is necessary for us to protect and develop the intangible cultural heritage of Shanxi. This paper takes the plastic arts and culture of Shanxi flower bun as the research content, starting with the distribution, plastic arts and cultural characteristics of folk flower bun in Shanxi, using the methods of field investigation and multidisciplinary comprehensive research. The main contents of the following aspects of the detailed analysis: 1. Shanxi flower bun in the technical art inheritance has the essential attribute. This paper mainly studies the technical and technological aspects of the steamed bun and the plastic arts, and carries out the analysis. 2. Shanxi flower bun in the cultural heritage of the formation of cultural attributes. The development and inheritance of folk steamed bun is based on folklore, and it is also a kind of folk art developed in local customs and customs, which is an important part of local folk customs and habits. It not only has the importance of inheriting folklore culture, but also provides a good breakthrough point for us to study the characteristics of folklore culture. This requires detailed analysis in the following content. 3. The methods and measures of protecting and inheriting the art of Huamu are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to make people realize the importance of this intangible cultural heritage by deeply analyzing and studying the art of Huamu in Shanxi, and putting forward some methods and measures to develop, inherit and protect this important folk art.
