都江堰市旅游房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of economy, the residents' income is increasing, which leads to the change of the structure of people's demand, from the basic material demand to the spiritual pleasure demand. In this context, with the rapid development of China's tourism industry, China is expected to become the largest tourist importing country in the world in the next ten years and in the twenties of this century. At present, Chinese real estate enterprises are in urgent need of finding new investment leaders under the condition of high pressure regulation and control policies and the weakening of capital liquidity. When the traditional real estate industry is in a frozen period, in addition, in recent years, tourism real estate enterprises have sprung up like bamboo shoots. As a very strong vitality of the new industry tourism real estate ushered in unprecedented opportunities. This paper is the first time to analyze and study the dual World Heritage cities. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the development situation and conditions of tourism real estate in Dujiangyan City. To correctly understand the development course of tourism real estate in Dujiangyan and its important position in various fields of national economy, to analyze the existing problems in depth, and to sum up the development mode of tourism real estate in Dujiangyan at the present stage. Thus, scientific development suggestions and ideas are put forward. The thesis is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, the research background and significance of the paper, the domestic and foreign research status of tourism real estate, research methods and ideas are described: chapter II tourism real estate related theory, The related theories of tourism real estate are analyzed, including tourism related theory, real estate economics theory, location theory and industry linkage theory; the third chapter analyzes the development conditions of tourism real estate in Dujiangyan city, from the natural and social conditions, The development of tourism real estate in Dujiangyan is analyzed in terms of industry conditions, which proves that tourism real estate in Dujiangyan has a better basis for development. Chapter four analyzes the development of tourism real estate in Dujiangyan. Through the analysis of the development of tourism real estate in Dujiangyan, find out the problems, including the stage analysis of tourism real estate in Dujiangyan, the summary of the development process, the characteristics of development and the existing problems; The fifth chapter discusses the development model of tourism real estate in Dujiangyan city, summarizes the existing development mode of tourism real estate in Dujiangyan city, and looks forward to the development prospect of tourism real estate in Dujiangyan city. Chapter six puts forward related strategies and future development ideas for the development of tourism real estate in Dujiangyan city.
