長(zhǎng)白山生態(tài)旅游開(kāi)發(fā)及營(yíng)銷(xiāo)推廣研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)過(guò)快速發(fā)展旅游業(yè)成為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)中發(fā)展勢(shì)頭最強(qiáng)勁和規(guī)模最大的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)、健康、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,居民收入水平不斷提高,我國(guó)消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)、消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)都將發(fā)生顯著的變化,大眾旅游將向休閑度假及專(zhuān)項(xiàng)旅游方向發(fā)展,特別是因城市霧霾嚴(yán)重,人們環(huán)保意識(shí)不斷增強(qiáng),與之相適應(yīng)的旅游產(chǎn)品,也從觀光旅游產(chǎn)品向休閑度假產(chǎn)品及生態(tài)旅游產(chǎn)品方向發(fā)展,由此形成更為細(xì)分化需求格局和多樣化產(chǎn)品格局。 長(zhǎng)白山作為吉林省旅游名片,一直是吉林省旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展動(dòng)力引擎,由于吉林省整體生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展落后,目前造成“吉林省旅游等于長(zhǎng)白山,長(zhǎng)白山等于天池”以及“長(zhǎng)白山冬季封山”極其單一和不利的市場(chǎng)狀態(tài),長(zhǎng)白山旅游資源是以外圍森林、洞穴、水體等景觀資源為輔助的四季生態(tài)系統(tǒng)資源綜合體,其中冰雪旅游資源、森林旅游資源、民族文化及邊境出境旅游等四大旅游資源的比較優(yōu)勢(shì)均以長(zhǎng)白山為核心。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),長(zhǎng)白山處于觀光旅游階段,游客在長(zhǎng)白山走馬觀花,停留時(shí)間比較短,隨著長(zhǎng)白山旅游升溫,旅游人數(shù)逐年攀升,導(dǎo)致景區(qū)承載量過(guò)大,游客體驗(yàn)感不斷下降,旅游開(kāi)發(fā)與環(huán)境保護(hù)的矛盾逐漸凸顯,開(kāi)發(fā)生態(tài)旅游資源勢(shì)在必行。 本文緒論部分介紹生態(tài)旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)背景,對(duì)推動(dòng)生態(tài)旅游資源發(fā)展相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行了分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上詳細(xì)介紹了長(zhǎng)白山相關(guān)生態(tài)旅游資源現(xiàn)狀,并利用SWOT分析方法對(duì)資源進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,總結(jié)出采用SO策略,加強(qiáng)生態(tài)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)及推廣,以解決長(zhǎng)白山旅游發(fā)展失衡問(wèn)題,在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合長(zhǎng)白山旅游實(shí)際以及工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)規(guī)劃出“快樂(lè)動(dòng)感之旅、親情蜜月之旅、健康洗肺之旅、攝影采風(fēng)之旅、溫泉養(yǎng)生之旅、深度慢游之旅”六大生態(tài)旅游產(chǎn)品體系,并從線(xiàn)路規(guī)劃、定位人群、安全性等若干方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究,在最后根據(jù)生態(tài)旅游產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn),對(duì)長(zhǎng)白山生態(tài)旅游產(chǎn)品的營(yíng)銷(xiāo),市場(chǎng)定位,渠道推廣,終端銷(xiāo)售拉動(dòng)等給出具體的建議。 通過(guò)本文論述,對(duì)長(zhǎng)白山生態(tài)旅游制定產(chǎn)品體系規(guī)劃,并能定位不同人群,,滿(mǎn)足不同市場(chǎng)對(duì)生態(tài)旅游產(chǎn)品需求,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)白山旅游均衡綜合發(fā)展,以此帶動(dòng)吉林省旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的跨越式前進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Through the rapid development of tourism, it has become one of the strongest and largest industries in the Chinese economy. With the sustained, healthy and stable development of the Chinese economy, the level of residents' income is constantly rising, and the consumption market and consumption structure of our country, Significant changes will take place in the industrial structure. Mass tourism will develop towards leisure vacations and special tourism, especially because of the serious haze in the city, and people's awareness of environmental protection will continue to increase and adapt to the tourism products. It also developed from sightseeing products to leisure products and ecotourism products, which resulted in a more differentiated demand pattern and diversified product pattern. Changbai Mountain, as a tourist card of Jilin Province, has always been the driving force for the development of Jilin Province's tourism economy. Due to the backward development of the overall ecological tourism in Jilin Province, at present, "tourism in Jilin Province is equal to Changbai Mountain," Changbai Mountain is equal to Tianchi "and" Changbai Mountain Mountain is closed in Winter "extremely single and unfavorable market state. Changbai Mountain tourism resources are the four seasons ecosystem resource complex, which is supported by the peripheral forest, cave, water and other landscape resources. Among them, the comparative advantages of snow and ice tourism resources, forest tourism resources, national culture and border outbound tourism are all Changbai Mountain as the core. For a long time, Changbai Mountain is in the stage of sightseeing tourism, and tourists stay in Changbai Mountain for a short time. With the increase of tourism temperature in Changbai Mountain, the number of tourists is rising year by year, which leads to the excessive carrying capacity of scenic spots and the decline of tourist experience. The contradiction between tourism development and environmental protection is becoming more and more obvious, so it is imperative to develop ecological tourism resources. The introduction of this paper introduces the related background of ecotourism economic development, analyzes the related factors to promote the development of ecotourism resources, and on this basis, introduces the current situation of related ecotourism resources in Changbai Mountain in detail. Using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the resources in detail, summing up the use of SO strategy, strengthening the research and development and promotion of ecological products, to solve the problem of tourism development imbalance in Changbai Mountain, on this basis, combined with the actual tourism and work experience of Changbai Mountain. Summing up and planning six eco-tourism product systems, such as "happy dynamic trip, kinship honeymoon trip, healthy lung washing trip, photographic wind gathering trip, hot spring health care trip, deep slow tour", and planning and locating people from the line, Finally, according to the characteristics of ecotourism products, the author gives some concrete suggestions on the marketing, market orientation, channel promotion and terminal sales pull of eco-tourism products in Changbai Mountain. In this paper, the product system planning of Changbai Mountain ecotourism is discussed, and it can locate different people, satisfy the demand of different market for ecotourism products, and finally realize the balanced and comprehensive development of Changbai Mountain tourism. In order to promote Jilin Province tourism economy by leaps and bounds forward.
