【摘要】：旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)潛力評(píng)價(jià)以旅游地的旅游資源、與旅游資源相關(guān)的景區(qū)、資源所屬的區(qū)域等其他因素等作為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用一定的方法對(duì)旅游資源的開(kāi)發(fā)潛力作出評(píng)價(jià)的過(guò)程。旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)潛力評(píng)價(jià)為旅游地旅游資源的合理規(guī)劃、開(kāi)發(fā)提供科學(xué)根據(jù),為景區(qū)未來(lái)的發(fā)展提供指導(dǎo)。旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)潛力的評(píng)價(jià)是旅游資源合理開(kāi)發(fā)利用的基礎(chǔ)。 本文在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的關(guān)于旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容、方法,旅游資源價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)的內(nèi)容和方法的基礎(chǔ)上,概括出已有的評(píng)價(jià)方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),指出以后旅游資源評(píng)價(jià)方法上可能會(huì)有的創(chuàng)新之處。之后總結(jié)已有的旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)潛力評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容、評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象、評(píng)價(jià)方法。最后,總結(jié)出本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究路線。 綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的研究成果,結(jié)合南岳衡山的實(shí)際情況。從與旅游資源價(jià)值、景區(qū)條件和區(qū)域條件三方面因素中,選取了20個(gè)指標(biāo),構(gòu)建了南岳衡山旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)潛力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。利用專(zhuān)家打分法給出每個(gè)因子的重要性,再運(yùn)用層次分析法確定指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,建立南岳衡山旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)潛力評(píng)價(jià)模型。對(duì)選取的20個(gè)引自作出解釋,指出選取這些因子的原因及作出這些因子的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 選取南岳衡山景區(qū)的十一個(gè)景點(diǎn)作為評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象,請(qǐng)專(zhuān)家對(duì)資源價(jià)值部分進(jìn)行打分,而景區(qū)條件和區(qū)域條件則根據(jù)實(shí)際打分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)打分之后統(tǒng)計(jì)和計(jì)算這十一個(gè)景區(qū)旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)潛力各個(gè)指標(biāo)的得分。利用南岳衡山旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)潛力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系計(jì)算南岳衡山這十一個(gè)景點(diǎn)之間旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)潛力的大小,并進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。通過(guò)分析南岳衡山這十一個(gè)景點(diǎn)之間的旅游資源的大小,總結(jié)出南岳衡山旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)潛力的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足,提出有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策和建議。 最后,總結(jié)論文目前存在的不足之處及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),同時(shí)對(duì)未來(lái)的研究方向做出展望。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of tourism resources exploitation potential takes tourism resources, scenic spots related to tourism resources and other factors such as the regions to which resources belong as the research object, and uses certain methods to evaluate the development potential of tourism resources. The evaluation of tourism resources development potential provides scientific basis for the rational planning and development of tourist resources and provides guidance for the future development of scenic spots. The evaluation of tourism resources exploitation potential is the basis of rational development and utilization of tourism resources. On the basis of summarizing the contents, methods and methods of tourism resource development evaluation, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing evaluation methods. The paper points out the innovation in the evaluation method of tourism resources. Then summarizes the existing tourism resources development potential evaluation content, evaluation object, evaluation methods. Finally, the research content and research route of this paper are summarized. Synthesizes the domestic and foreign existing research results, unifies the Nanyue Hengshan actual situation. From the three factors of tourism resource value, scenic spot condition and regional condition, 20 indexes were selected, and the evaluation index system of tourism resources development potential in Hengshan Mountain of Nanyue was constructed. The importance of each factor is given by using the expert scoring method, and then the weight of the index is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the evaluation model of tourism resources development potential of Hengshan Mountain in Nanyue is established. The causes of selecting these factors and the evaluation criteria are pointed out. Select 11 scenic spots in Hengshan Mountain, Nanyue, as the evaluation object, and ask experts to rate the value of the resources. On the other hand, according to the actual scoring criteria, the conditions of the scenic spots and the regional conditions count and calculate the scores of the indicators of the tourism resources development potential of these 11 scenic spots. By using the evaluation index system of tourism resources exploitation potential in Hengshan Mountain, Nanyue Mountain, the potential of tourism resources development among 11 scenic spots in Hengshan Mountain, Nanyue Mountain, is calculated and compared and analyzed. By analyzing the size of tourism resources among the eleven scenic spots in Nanyue Hengshan, the paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of tourism resources development potential in Hengshan Mountain, Nanyue, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. Finally, the paper summarizes the existing deficiencies and innovations, and prospects for future research.
