HZSW公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:旅游業(yè)目前已經(jīng)成為了一個(gè)潛力巨大、前景廣闊的朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè),是全球經(jīng)濟(jì)中發(fā)展勢(shì)頭最強(qiáng)勁、規(guī)模最大的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,并且仍將保持其持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì)。旅游業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要產(chǎn)業(yè),對(duì)整個(gè)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展都具有戰(zhàn)略性關(guān)聯(lián)帶動(dòng)作用。旅游業(yè)對(duì)一個(gè)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展的影響是多方面的,發(fā)展旅游業(yè)不僅能夠很好地促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展、增加國民收入、賺取更多的外匯,對(duì)于擴(kuò)大就業(yè)領(lǐng)域、帶動(dòng)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展也是作用巨大。自改革開放以來,我國國內(nèi)旅游發(fā)展迅速,覆蓋面廣,但總的說來仍然處于一種低消費(fèi)、大眾化、低水平、中近距離旅游的狀況。面對(duì)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),旅游企業(yè)要想謀求發(fā)展,獲得長(zhǎng)久的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),必須要有符合自身發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。當(dāng)今時(shí)代,企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),在相當(dāng)程度上表現(xiàn)為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。HZSW公司就是在這樣的一個(gè)大背景下產(chǎn)生的出境旅行社。由于HZSW公司還處于發(fā)展的初期階段,各項(xiàng)制度與能力都還有待改進(jìn),因此對(duì)其進(jìn)行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究對(duì)于公司以后的發(fā)展具有很重要的作用。 本文通過對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的基本理論以及旅行社發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行梳理與總結(jié),分析了我國出境旅游行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢(shì),運(yùn)用PEST分析方法以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境分析的相關(guān)理論對(duì)HZSW公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,在SWOT分析矩陣以及戰(zhàn)略分析方法定量戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃矩陣分析(QSPM)的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了HZSW公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。并且,為了保證HZSW公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的成功實(shí)施,本文從人員保障、資金保障、技術(shù)保障、組織保障以及文化保障五個(gè)方面建立了戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障措施。以期對(duì)HZSW公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,幫助其擴(kuò)大市場(chǎng)份額,增強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)地位,從而建立并保持其在市場(chǎng)中的持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)綜述法、理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合法等定性的研究方法對(duì)論題進(jìn)行闡述。通過文獻(xiàn)綜述法,在對(duì)國內(nèi)外旅游公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合HZSW公司相關(guān)的大量資料信息,在理論研究與實(shí)踐研究相結(jié)合的情況下,以HZSW公司為實(shí)例進(jìn)行了旅游企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略制定的分析與研究。 本文的研究目的在于探討旅游企業(yè)如何分析、制定并選擇發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,確定企業(yè)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展方向,并提升企業(yè)的持續(xù)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:Tourism has become a sunrise industry with great potential and broad prospects. It is one of the strongest and largest industries in the global economy, and will still maintain its trend of sustained growth. Tourism is an important industry in the development of national economy, which plays a strategic role in driving the development of the whole national economy and society. The impact of tourism on the economic development of a country is manifold. The development of tourism can not only promote economic and social development, increase national income, earn more foreign exchange, but also expand the field of employment. Driving the development of related industries is also a huge role. Since the reform and opening up, China's domestic tourism has developed rapidly and has a wide coverage, but generally speaking, it is still in a situation of low consumption, popularization, low level and middle and close distance tourism. In the face of fierce market competition, tourism enterprises must have a strategic plan in line with their own development if they want to seek development and obtain long-term competitive advantages. Nowadays, the competition among enterprises, to a certain extent, is the competition of enterprise strategy. HZSW is the outbound travel agency under such a background. Because HZSW is still in the early stage of development, all systems and capabilities need to be improved, so the study of its development strategy is very important for the future development of the company. Through combing and summing up the basic theory of enterprise strategy and related research of travel agency development strategy, this paper analyzes the current situation and development trend of outbound tourism industry in China. The operating environment of HZSW Company is analyzed by using the PEST analysis method and the theory of competitive environment analysis. The development strategy of HZSW Company is designed on the basis of the SWOT analysis matrix and the quantitative strategic plan matrix analysis of the strategy analysis method (QSPM). Moreover, in order to ensure the successful implementation of the development strategy of HZSW Company, this paper establishes the security measures of the strategy implementation from five aspects: personnel security, capital guarantee, technical guarantee, organizational guarantee and cultural guarantee. In order to implement the development strategy of HZSW Company, it can help HZSW to expand its market share and strengthen its market position, so as to establish and maintain its sustainable competitive advantage in the market. In this paper, qualitative research methods such as literature review, theory and practice are used to explain the topic. Through the literature review method, on the basis of the research on the development strategy of domestic and foreign tourism companies, combined with a large amount of information related to HZSW company, in the case of combining theoretical research with practical research, Taking HZSW Company as an example, this paper analyzes and studies the development strategy of tourism enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to analyze, formulate and choose the development strategy, determine the long-term development direction of the enterprises, and enhance the sustainable market competitiveness of the enterprises.
