【摘要】：工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游在開發(fā)理論和開發(fā)模式上的突破是一個富有挑戰(zhàn)、極具意義的研究題目，對于我國旅游發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型時期來說，是一個蘊(yùn)含巨大發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ陌l(fā)展方向。本文在工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游的研究綜述和現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)上，分析出了目前工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游開發(fā)的問題，在基于旅游綜合體的概念上總結(jié)出了一種稱為“工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游綜合體開發(fā)”（IndustryHeritageTourismComplexDevelopment）模式，來應(yīng)對我國目前工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游開發(fā)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題和整個旅游業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢，并將IH-TCD模式運(yùn)用到大渡口工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游開發(fā)中進(jìn)行了實(shí)證。 圍繞IH-TCD模式的構(gòu)建，，在理論上，主要進(jìn)行了三個方面研究： 一是基礎(chǔ)研究，梳理了相關(guān)的概念和奠定的理論基礎(chǔ)，重點(diǎn)分析了工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游的特點(diǎn)、開發(fā)效益，闡述了目前旅游綜合體的開發(fā)類型。 二是基于對國內(nèi)外工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游開發(fā)案例，總結(jié)出了目前開發(fā)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題。 三是基于工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游和旅游綜合體，總結(jié)出了IH-TCD模式，該模式是以工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游資源、市場和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益為基礎(chǔ)，通過創(chuàng)新、整合補(bǔ)充等開發(fā)出了旅游產(chǎn)品，以作為核心吸引力的主題支撐模式；然后通過對旅游產(chǎn)品的延伸發(fā)展，形成了工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游綜合體。 在實(shí)證上，本文以重慶市大渡口區(qū)重慶鋼鐵集團(tuán)片區(qū)為例，從實(shí)踐角度具體驗(yàn)證了IH-TCD模式的實(shí)用性，對重鋼片區(qū)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)旅游開發(fā)提出了新的觀點(diǎn)和建議。
[Abstract]:The breakthrough of industrial heritage tourism in the development theory and development model is a challenging and meaningful research topic. It is a development direction with tremendous potential for China's tourism development in the transitional period. On the basis of the concept of tourism complex, this paper sums up a model called "Industrial Heritage Tourist Complex Development" to cope with the problems in the development of industrial heritage tourism and the development trend of tourism in China, and applies IH-TCD model to Dadu. An empirical study was conducted in the development of industrial heritage tourism.
Around the construction of IH-TCD mode, there are three main aspects in theory:
First, the basic research, combing the relevant concepts and laid the theoretical foundation, focusing on the analysis of the characteristics of industrial heritage tourism, development benefits, expounded the current types of tourism complex development.
Secondly, based on the domestic and foreign industrial heritage tourism development cases, summed up the current problems in the development process.
Thirdly, based on the industrial heritage tourism and tourism complex, the IH-TCD model is summarized, which is based on the industrial heritage tourism resources, market and economic benefits, through innovation, integration and supplement to develop tourism products, as the core attraction of the theme support model; and then through the extension of the development of tourism products, formed. Industrial heritage tourism complex.
Empirically, this paper takes Chongqing Iron and Steel Group in Dadukou District of Chongqing City as an example to verify the practicability of IH-TCD model from the practical point of view, and puts forward new viewpoints and suggestions on the development of industrial heritage tourism in Chongqing Iron and Steel Group.
