【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中隨著科學(xué)和信息化技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展下，我們生活中原有的那些凝聚著中華民族智慧和創(chuàng)造的傳統(tǒng)手工技藝，正面臨著生存困難和失傳的考驗(yàn)。麻紙的制作工藝是一門有著悠久歷史的手工技藝，傳統(tǒng)手工麻紙?jiān)跐h代就開始使用，麻紙的出現(xiàn)也就是造紙術(shù)發(fā)明的時(shí)期，與活字印刷術(shù)、指南針、火藥是我國(guó)古代的四大發(fā)明。手工麻紙有著韌性好、不易碎、保存久等特點(diǎn)，在當(dāng)時(shí)主要的作用還是為人類日常需求、書寫記事能帶來(lái)使用和保存的方便，對(duì)人類的文明和文化發(fā)展有著重要的作用。而山西手工麻紙?jiān)旒�，一直延續(xù)著早期漢代用麻繩、麻布為原料制作的傳統(tǒng)手工造紙技藝，但是山西現(xiàn)在這一傳統(tǒng)手工造紙工藝也將要面臨消失，而現(xiàn)有的研究成果中對(duì)于山西傳統(tǒng)手工麻紙制作工藝流程方面的整理很少。 本文主要通過(guò)對(duì)山西境內(nèi)的蔣村和鄧莊西侯村為代表，從手工麻紙的制作工藝、使用工具進(jìn)行實(shí)地訪問(wèn)和考察，結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料，對(duì)山西手工麻紙的造紙工藝流程進(jìn)行記錄和整理。本論文主要由五個(gè)組成部分：第一部分是關(guān)于手工麻紙的起源和發(fā)展的概述，主要敘述了傳統(tǒng)手工麻紙出現(xiàn)前的相關(guān)歷史狀況和后來(lái)發(fā)展情況。第二部分重點(diǎn)對(duì)山西境內(nèi)的蔣村、西侯村兩地傳統(tǒng)手工麻紙的制作工藝流程進(jìn)行訪問(wèn)整理，從手工麻紙制作時(shí)的備料、切料、碾料、蒸料、打槽、抄紙、曬紙等工藝程序比較詳細(xì)的進(jìn)行了記錄，以及手工麻紙?jiān)谝郧暗囊恍┯猛竞吐榧埖氖袌?chǎng)狀況。第三部分是把傳統(tǒng)的手工造紙與現(xiàn)代的機(jī)制紙進(jìn)行比較，，從造紙使用原料的不同、制作的方法、外觀、紙的性能、市場(chǎng)五個(gè)方面做了對(duì)比。第四部分主要是面臨傳統(tǒng)造紙工藝即將失傳的危機(jī)，關(guān)于對(duì)山西手工麻紙制作工藝的保護(hù)和傳承提出了些相應(yīng)的保護(hù)措施，首先是通過(guò)對(duì)制作手工麻紙的原料和技藝傳承人方面進(jìn)行保護(hù)，其次要從手工麻紙的造紙技藝本身做出保護(hù)，還有是對(duì)手工麻紙?jiān)旒埞に嚨奈磥?lái)前景做了些粗淺的思考和建議，讓手工麻紙?jiān)诂F(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)能有一個(gè)好的空間。第五部分是關(guān)于手工麻紙的潤(rùn)墨性特點(diǎn)，手工紙和傳統(tǒng)文化等一些關(guān)聯(lián)性的敘述和分析。 本文選擇山西手工麻紙的制作工藝流程作為考察和分析的對(duì)象，通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)地的進(jìn)行訪問(wèn)和考察，從手工麻紙?jiān)旒埵褂玫脑牧稀⑹止ぴ旒埖墓に囘^(guò)程等進(jìn)行了忠實(shí)而詳盡的敘述和整理，也許可以加強(qiáng)社會(huì)對(duì)山西手工麻紙這門傳統(tǒng)手工技藝的關(guān)注，對(duì)這一項(xiàng)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)更好的保護(hù)起來(lái)。而在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的社會(huì)中，怎樣才能讓手工技藝在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中共存，是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期研究和思考的問(wèn)題，在論文的整理中由于自己的能力、時(shí)間的有限和地域條件等客觀因素的制約，因此可能會(huì)有疏漏和不當(dāng)?shù)牡胤�，希望能給予指教。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and information technology in modern society, the traditional craftsmanship, which embodies the wisdom and creation of the Chinese nation, is facing the challenge of survival and loss. The process of making hemp paper is a craft with a long history. The traditional handmade paper began to be used in the Han Dynasty. The appearance of hemp paper was the time of the invention of papermaking, and the movable type printing, the compass, Gunpowder is the four great inventions in ancient China. Handmade linen paper has the characteristics of good toughness, hard to break and long preservation. At that time, the main function is still for the daily needs of human beings. Writing notes can bring convenience for use and preservation, and it plays an important role in the development of human civilization and culture. However, the traditional craft of making paper with hemp rope and hemp cloth as raw material in early Han Dynasty has been continued in Shanxi, but now this traditional craft of handmade paper making in Shanxi will also be faced with disappearing. But the existing research results for Shanxi traditional hand-made hemp paper processing process is very little. This paper mainly through the representative of Jiangcun and Dengzhuang Xihou Village in Shanxi Province, from the production technology of handmade linen paper, using tools for field visits and investigations, combined with relevant literature, The paper records and arranges the technological process of handmade hemp paper in Shanxi Province. This paper mainly consists of five parts: the first part is an overview of the origin and development of handmade hemp paper. The second part focuses on visiting and finishing the traditional handmade paper production process in Jiangcun and Xihou villages in Shanxi, from the preparation, cutting, grinding, steaming, grooving and papermaking of handmade hemp paper. Some technical procedures, such as drying paper, were recorded in detail, as well as manual linen paper in some previous uses and the market situation of hemp paper. The third part compares the traditional handmade paper with the modern machine-made paper from five aspects: the difference of the raw materials, the method of making, the appearance, the performance of the paper and the market. The fourth part is mainly facing the crisis that the traditional papermaking technology is about to be lost, and put forward some corresponding protection measures on the protection and inheritance of Shanxi handmade hemp paper making process. First, through the protection of raw materials and technology inheritors of handmade linen paper, secondly, to make protection from the craft of handmade hemp paper, and also to make some superficial thoughts and suggestions on the future prospects of handmade hemp paper papermaking technology. Let hand linen paper in the real society can have a good space. The fifth part is the description and analysis of the characteristics of handmade hemp paper, the relationship between handmade paper and traditional culture. This paper chooses Shanxi handmade hemp paper production process as the object of investigation and analysis, through the field visit and inspection, from the raw materials used in handmade hemp paper papermaking, The craft process of handmade paper making has been described and arranged faithfully and in detail, which may strengthen the attention of the society to the traditional craft of Shanxi handmade hemp paper, and better protect this intangible cultural heritage. However, in the rapidly developing society of modern economy, how to make handicraft technology coexist in modern society is a long-term research and thinking problem, due to its own ability in the arrangement of papers. Due to the limitation of time and the restriction of geographical conditions, there may be omissions and impropriety, so we hope to give advice.
