【摘要】：隨著國內(nèi)溫泉旅游的蓬勃興起，溫泉產(chǎn)業(yè)展現(xiàn)著廣闊的發(fā)展前景和極佳的投資潛力。江西省因地質(zhì)環(huán)境特殊而擁有豐富的溫泉資源，供需兩旺的市場態(tài)勢及優(yōu)越的資源條件為其發(fā)展溫泉旅游項(xiàng)目提供了良好的機(jī)遇。但目前江西省溫泉旅游存在存在起點(diǎn)低、開發(fā)層次淺、管理粗放、開發(fā)隨意性大等問題，缺乏對溫泉資源進(jìn)行有效的規(guī)劃管理和科學(xué)的評價(jià)。溫泉旅游資源是開展溫泉旅游活動的前提和基礎(chǔ)，，對溫泉資源進(jìn)行全面科學(xué)的評價(jià)，是科學(xué)開發(fā)利用及保護(hù)溫泉資源的關(guān)鍵。本文從旅游資源評價(jià)及溫泉旅游研究進(jìn)展出發(fā)，在分析溫泉旅游和旅游資源開發(fā)潛力科學(xué)內(nèi)涵的的基礎(chǔ)上，依據(jù)溫泉旅游資源的特點(diǎn)，對如何構(gòu)建一個科學(xué)實(shí)用的溫泉旅游資源開發(fā)潛力評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了探索性研究。 首先，本文論述了論文的選題背景、研究意義、研究方法及技術(shù)路線，并對國內(nèi)外旅游資源評價(jià)及溫泉旅游資源的研究進(jìn)行了綜述。主要介紹了研究的理論基礎(chǔ)，對溫泉、溫泉旅游、溫泉旅游資源和旅游資源開發(fā)潛力評價(jià)這幾個概念進(jìn)行了界定。 其次，在對現(xiàn)有研究成果總結(jié)分析的基礎(chǔ)上，從旅游資源條件和旅游資源開發(fā)條件兩大方面選取了11個評價(jià)因子，構(gòu)建了由“總目標(biāo)層—子目標(biāo)層—評價(jià)項(xiàng)目層—評價(jià)指標(biāo)層”構(gòu)成的溫泉旅游資源開發(fā)潛力評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系；通過對專家和研究人員的調(diào)查，運(yùn)用層次分析法確定了指標(biāo)權(quán)重。在子目標(biāo)層中，旅游資源條件的權(quán)重較大，旅游資源開發(fā)條件次之，說明旅游資源是進(jìn)行旅游開發(fā)的前提和基礎(chǔ)；在評價(jià)項(xiàng)目層中，指標(biāo)權(quán)重的排序依次為溫泉綜合素質(zhì)、資源組合狀況、地理區(qū)位條件，區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)條件；從指標(biāo)層來看，指標(biāo)權(quán)重較高的是溫泉水質(zhì)、溫泉水溫、日流量、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、交通通達(dá)性，溫泉水三大要素水質(zhì)、水溫、水量所占的權(quán)重值位列前三。之后，根據(jù)不同指標(biāo)的屬性，運(yùn)用模糊評價(jià)法確定了各指標(biāo)的評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，構(gòu)建溫泉旅游資源開發(fā)潛力評價(jià)綜合評分模型，并劃分為5個評分等級：特品級≥80分，優(yōu)良級70～80分，良級65～70分，普通級60～65分，低品級≤60。 再次，本文以江西省為例進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究，詳細(xì)介紹了江西省溫泉資源的形成和特性、資源分布情況、開發(fā)利用現(xiàn)狀及存在問題；運(yùn)用所建立的溫泉旅游資源開發(fā)潛力評價(jià)體系和評分模型，選取了42處溫泉點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了開發(fā)潛力評價(jià)。評價(jià)結(jié)果表明：全省優(yōu)良級以上的溫泉點(diǎn)共有13個，占評價(jià)總數(shù)的31%；其中，特品級溫泉資源共有2個，分別是星子溫泉和溫湯溫泉；優(yōu)良級溫泉資源共有11個，這些溫泉點(diǎn)除了擁有較好的資源自身?xiàng)l件外，均有著優(yōu)越的旅游資源依托條件；此外，本文通過比較分析綜合評價(jià)結(jié)果，對各溫泉點(diǎn)的發(fā)展提出一些有針對性的對策和建議。 最后，對本文的研究工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，提出了本文的不足，并對今后深入研究的方向進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the flourishing development of domestic hot spring tourism, the hot spring industry shows a broad development prospects and excellent investment potential. Jiangxi Province owns abundant hot spring resources because of its special geological environment. The market situation of both supply and demand and superior resource conditions provide a good opportunity for its development of hot spring tourism projects. There are some problems in tourism, such as low starting point, shallow level of development, extensive management, large randomness of development, and lack of effective planning management and scientific evaluation of hot spring resources. Based on the analysis of the scientific connotation of the development potential of hot spring tourism and tourism resources and the characteristics of hot spring tourism resources, this paper explores how to construct a scientific and practical evaluation index system for the development potential of hot spring tourism resources.
Firstly, this paper discusses the background, significance, methods and technical routes of the thesis, and summarizes the domestic and foreign tourism resources evaluation and hot spring tourism resources research. Definition.
Secondly, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the existing research results, 11 evaluation factors are selected from the two aspects of tourism resources conditions and tourism resources development conditions, and the evaluation index system of hot spring tourism resources development potential is constructed, which is composed of "total target layer-sub-target layer-evaluation project layer-evaluation index layer"; In the sub-target layer, the weights of tourism resources are bigger, followed by the development conditions of tourism resources, indicating that tourism resources are the premise and basis for tourism development; in the evaluation project layer, the ranking of index weights is the comprehensive quality of hot springs, the combination of resources. In terms of index layer, the weights of hot spring water quality, hot spring water temperature, daily flow, regional economic development level, traffic accessibility, hot spring water quality, water temperature and water volume are in the top three. According to the scoring criteria of each index, a comprehensive scoring model for evaluating the development potential of hot spring tourism resources is established and divided into five grades: special grade (> 80 points), excellent grade (> 70-80 points), good grade (> 65-70 points), common grade (> 60-65 points) and low grade (> 60 points).
Thirdly, taking Jiangxi Province as an example, this paper introduces the formation and characteristics, resource distribution, development and utilization status and existing problems of hot spring resources in Jiangxi Province in detail, and uses the established evaluation system and scoring model of hot spring tourism resources development potential, and selects 42 hot spring spots to evaluate the development potential. The results show that there are 13 hot springs above the excellent grade, accounting for 31% of the total evaluation; among them, there are 2 hot springs of special grade, namely, Xingzi hot springs and hot soup hot springs; 11 hot springs of excellent grade, all of which have superior tourism resources in addition to their own conditions; In addition, through the comparative analysis of the comprehensive evaluation results, this paper puts forward some targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the development of hot springs.
Finally, the research work of this paper is summarized, the shortcomings of this paper are pointed out, and the future research directions are prospected.
