【摘要】：軍事旅游作為一項(xiàng)新興的旅游活動(dòng)逐漸在世界范圍內(nèi)開始興起，它是旅游業(yè)發(fā)展一定階段的必然產(chǎn)物，在歐美、俄羅斯等國家軍事旅游已經(jīng)作為一種較為成熟的旅游產(chǎn)品得到了廣大游客的歡迎，在我國的一些如北京、天津、深圳等城市也開始對(duì)軍事旅游進(jìn)行了初步的嘗試，并取得了較好的效果。重慶作為國家級(jí)的歷史文化名城有著悠久的歷史文化底蘊(yùn)，其中就包括了豐富的軍事旅游資源，從古代巴渝地區(qū)的戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)遺址，到近現(xiàn)代的抗戰(zhàn)陪都遺跡和三線軍工遺跡等，資源的時(shí)間跨度之長，種類和數(shù)量之豐富在全國范圍內(nèi)來看都是很罕見的。 本文在參考國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)軍事旅游的研究，以及軍事旅游開展實(shí)例的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)軍事旅游和軍事旅游資源定義、特征、類型進(jìn)行了分析闡述。并且以旅游資源的評(píng)價(jià)和開發(fā)理論為指導(dǎo)，以重慶軍事旅游資源為研究對(duì)象，以官方公布的文獻(xiàn)資料和筆者自身實(shí)地調(diào)查所得的資料為基礎(chǔ)，運(yùn)用AHP法（層次分析法）、德爾菲法（專家打分法）、三大效益評(píng)價(jià)法等對(duì)重慶的軍事旅游資源進(jìn)行了價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)及開發(fā)研究。深入探討了重慶軍事旅游資源的開發(fā)價(jià)值及初步的開發(fā)設(shè)想。目的是為重慶軍事旅游資源的評(píng)價(jià)和開發(fā)提供理論依據(jù)，為重慶發(fā)展軍事旅游提供參考，推動(dòng)重慶旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。全文主要分為以下八個(gè)部分: 第一部分，作為全文的引言部分，主要闡述了本文的研究背景及目的，探討了重慶軍事旅游資源各方面的研究意義，國內(nèi)外對(duì)有關(guān)軍事旅游資源的研究發(fā)展的概況。 第二部分主要對(duì)重慶軍事旅游資源研究的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了闡述。 第三部分，在分析研究旅游、旅游資源和軍事相關(guān)定義的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合目前已經(jīng)開展的軍事旅游實(shí)例，對(duì)軍事旅游及其資源做出了定義。 第四部分，根據(jù)上一部分對(duì)軍事旅游和軍事旅游資源的定義，歸納出總結(jié)出重慶軍事旅游資源的概況，包括了重慶軍事旅游資源的統(tǒng)計(jì)、分類和空間分布。 第五部分，對(duì)重慶軍事旅游資源進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)是全文的重點(diǎn)，首先運(yùn)用層次分析法：建立評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)模型、構(gòu)建判斷矩陣、通過計(jì)算得出各指標(biāo)權(quán)重、并對(duì)各項(xiàng)資源進(jìn)行打分，對(duì)各個(gè)重慶軍事旅游資源進(jìn)行定量分析；其次運(yùn)用“三大效益法”，通過評(píng)價(jià)社會(huì)效益、生態(tài)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，對(duì)重慶軍事旅游資源進(jìn)行定性評(píng)價(jià)；最后得出評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)論。 第六部分，對(duì)重慶開發(fā)軍事旅游資源的宏觀條件和開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。 第七部分，基于資源評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果和重慶開發(fā)軍事旅游資源的宏觀條件，對(duì)重慶軍事旅游資源的開發(fā)進(jìn)行了初探，提出了重慶軍事旅游資源開發(fā)的指導(dǎo)思想和原則，，依照產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)向型開發(fā)模式思路，劃分重慶軍事旅游市場(chǎng)，開發(fā)重慶軍事旅游產(chǎn)品，并提出開發(fā)措施。 第八部分，總結(jié)結(jié)論，最后提出需進(jìn)一步研究的問題。
[Abstract]:As a new tourism activity, military tourism has gradually started to rise in the world, and it is the inevitable product of a certain stage of tourism development in Europe and America. Military tourism in Russia and other countries has been welcomed by the vast number of tourists as a relatively mature tourist product. In some cities in China, such as Beijing, Tianjin and Shenzhen, military tourism has also begun to make a preliminary attempt. Good results have been obtained. As a state-level historical and cultural city, Chongqing has a long historical and cultural heritage, which includes rich military tourism resources, from the battlefield sites in the ancient Bayu region to the ruins of the modern war of resistance and the third line of military industrial relics, etc. The length of time span of resources and the abundance of species and quantities are rare across the country. Based on the research of military tourism at home and abroad and the examples of military tourism, this paper analyzes the definition, characteristics and types of military tourism and military tourism resources. Under the guidance of the theory of evaluation and development of tourism resources, Chongqing military tourism resources is taken as the research object, and based on the literature published by the government and the data obtained by the author's own field investigation. Using AHP (Analytic hierarchy process), Delphi (expert scoring) and three benefit evaluation methods, the value evaluation and development of military tourism resources in Chongqing are studied. This paper probes into the development value and tentative idea of military tourism resources in Chongqing. The purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation and development of military tourism resources in Chongqing, to provide references for the development of military tourism in Chongqing, and to promote the sustainable development of Chongqing tourism. The paper is divided into the following eight parts: the first part, as the introduction of the full text, mainly expounds the research background and purpose of this paper, and probes into the significance of research on various aspects of military tourism resources in Chongqing. The research and development of military tourism resources at home and abroad. The second part mainly expounds the theoretical basis of the study of Chongqing military tourism resources. The third part, based on the analysis of tourism, tourism resources and military related definitions, combined with the military tourism examples, military tourism and its resources are defined. The fourth part, according to the definition of military tourism and military tourism resources in the previous part, summarizes the general situation of military tourism resources in Chongqing, including the statistics, classification and spatial distribution of military tourism resources in Chongqing. In the fifth part, the evaluation of Chongqing military tourism resources is the focus of the paper. Firstly, the AHP is used to establish the evaluation index model, to construct the judgment matrix, to calculate the weight of each index, and to score the resources. This paper makes a quantitative analysis of the military tourism resources in Chongqing, then evaluates the military tourism resources in Chongqing qualitatively by using the "three benefits method" through the evaluation of social, ecological and economic benefits, and finally draws the evaluation conclusions. In the sixth part, the macro conditions and present situation of developing military tourism resources in Chongqing are analyzed. In the seventh part, based on the results of resource evaluation and the macro conditions of developing military tourism resources in Chongqing, the paper probes into the development of military tourism resources in Chongqing, and puts forward the guiding ideology and principles for the development of military tourism resources in Chongqing. According to the thought of product-oriented development mode, the military tourism market in Chongqing is divided and the military tourism products in Chongqing are developed, and the development measures are put forward. The eighth part, summing up the conclusion, finally puts forward the problems that need further study.
