【摘要】：我國西部民族地區(qū)多為少數(shù)民族聚居地區(qū),特定的地理環(huán)境、歷史文化和民族風(fēng)情,形成了豐富獨(dú)特的旅游資源,旅游業(yè)對于西部民族地區(qū)來說,既有一定的優(yōu)勢,更有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。經(jīng)過40余年的發(fā)展,西部民族地區(qū)旅游業(yè)取得了一定的成績也存在著諸多問題,有必要對其加以研究,以便揚(yáng)長避短,促其可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文回顧了西部民族地區(qū)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展歷程,將其劃分為探索培育、初步發(fā)展、規(guī)模擴(kuò)張和質(zhì)量提升4介階段,得出其發(fā)展中“保障之根、動(dòng)力之源、當(dāng)務(wù)之急”的啟示,認(rèn)為其經(jīng)歷了發(fā)展層次由“雙高速度”提升為“支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)”等的轉(zhuǎn)變。分析了西部民族地區(qū)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的背景條件,認(rèn)識到其生態(tài)環(huán)境的波及廣泛、影響深遠(yuǎn)等特征,民族文化的賦存地域性等特征,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的開發(fā)矛盾性等特征,在今后的發(fā)展中具有明顯后發(fā)等優(yōu)勢。 在入境旅游分析中,得出西南省區(qū)對東南亞市場的吸引力越來越大等結(jié)論；在國內(nèi)旅游研究中,得到旅游接待人數(shù)收斂發(fā)展等論斷；在旅游績效評估中發(fā)現(xiàn)西部民族地區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)地位在不斷加強(qiáng)、市場多元化逐步顯現(xiàn)、重大政策決策支撐有力、重要交通條件得以改善、旅游安全任重道遠(yuǎn)、行業(yè)協(xié)會發(fā)展滯后等表征；今后的發(fā)展趨勢將是旅游發(fā)展有序化、旅游位移便捷化、旅游開發(fā)專題化等等。 論文最后提出西部民族地區(qū)今后要積極探索旅游發(fā)展新模式、有效加強(qiáng)旅游目的地建設(shè)、切實(shí)促進(jìn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型、推進(jìn)旅游信息化平臺建設(shè)、致力區(qū)域旅游合作與產(chǎn)業(yè)均衡戰(zhàn)略措施。
[Abstract]:Most of the ethnic minority areas in the western part of China are inhabited by ethnic minorities. The specific geographical environment, historical culture and ethnic customs have formed rich and unique tourist resources. Tourism has certain advantages for the western minority areas. More important practical significance. After more than 40 years of development, the tourism industry in the western minority areas has made certain achievements and there are many problems, it is necessary to study it in order to promote its strengths and circumvent weaknesses and promote its sustainable development. This paper reviews the development course of tourism in the western minority areas and divides it into four stages: exploration and cultivation, preliminary development, scale expansion and quality improvement. The enlightenment of "the root of guarantee, the source of power and the urgent matter" in the development of tourism industry is obtained. It is considered that it has experienced a change from "double high speed" to "pillar industry". This paper analyzes the background conditions of tourism development in the western minority areas, and recognizes the characteristics of its ecological environment, such as wide spread, far-reaching influence, regional culture, contradiction in the development of regional economy, and so on. In the future development has obvious advantages such as late development. In the analysis of inbound tourism, the author draws the conclusion that the southwestern province is becoming more and more attractive to the Southeast Asian market, and in the domestic tourism research, it gets the conclusion that the number of tourist reception is converging and developing. In the tourism performance evaluation, it is found that the tourism industry status in the western minority areas is constantly strengthened, the market diversification is gradually emerging, the major policy decision support is strong, the important traffic conditions can be improved, and the tourism safety has a long way to go. The trend of future development will be the orderly development of tourism, the convenience of tourism displacement, the thematic development of tourism and so on. Finally, the paper proposes that the western minority areas should actively explore the new tourism development model, effectively strengthen the construction of tourism destinations, effectively promote the transformation of tourism industry, and promote the construction of tourism information platform. Committed to regional tourism cooperation and industrial balance strategic measures.
