【摘要】：本研究選取具有代表意義的西拉沐淪大峽谷為研究對(duì)象,深入貫徹科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,堅(jiān)持可持續(xù)發(fā)展原則,以構(gòu)建“西拉沐淪——塞外母親河”為主題目標(biāo),充分利用現(xiàn)有西拉沐淪大峽谷資源,開發(fā)具有地方特色的項(xiàng)目與活動(dòng),大打“草原生態(tài)旅游”品牌戰(zhàn)略,對(duì)西拉沐淪大峽谷現(xiàn)有旅游資源進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃和開發(fā),深入挖掘西拉沐淪大峽谷文化內(nèi)涵,提高西拉沐淪大峽谷旅游品位,努力形成文化、生態(tài)、景觀體驗(yàn)為一體的西拉沐淪大峽谷旅游新格局。 同時(shí),堅(jiān)持可持續(xù)發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護(hù)的戰(zhàn)略方針,在切實(shí)保護(hù)好旅游資源和保證自然環(huán)境質(zhì)量不下降的前提下,充分利用國家西部旅游開發(fā)的政策,以西拉沐淪河良好的水域環(huán)境和兩岸生態(tài)資源為主體,注重生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè),充分挖掘西拉沐淪河文明源頭文化,突出幽靜的整體生態(tài)環(huán)境,強(qiáng)化特色化水上旅游項(xiàng)目,開發(fā)堅(jiān)持以旅游市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向,以生態(tài)環(huán)境和社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益相協(xié)調(diào)為中心,進(jìn)行合理布局、適度開發(fā),努力將西拉沐淪大峽谷建設(shè)成為景觀秀美、特色鮮明、環(huán)境優(yōu)良,能夠?yàn)橛慰吞峁┘蓍e、運(yùn)動(dòng)、觀光、體驗(yàn)等主要功能于一體的塞外河流水上旅游勝地,并積極發(fā)揮旅游的聯(lián)動(dòng)作用,實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益和環(huán)境效益的協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一
[Abstract]:In this study, the representative Xilamulan Grand Canyon is chosen as the research object, the scientific development concept is deeply implemented, the principle of sustainable development is adhered to, and the main purpose of this study is to construct the "Xilamulan-Semun River". Make full use of the existing Xilamulun Grand Canyon resources, develop projects and activities with local characteristics, greatly hit the brand strategy of "grassland Eco-tourism", and systematically plan and develop the existing tourist resources in the Xilamulong Grand Canyon, The cultural connotation of Xilamulun Grand Canyon is deeply excavated, the tourism grade of Xilamulun Grand Canyon is improved, and a new tourism pattern of Xilamulan Grand Canyon is formed, which integrates culture, ecology and landscape experience. At the same time, we should adhere to the strategic policy of sustainable development and environmental protection, and make full use of the policy of tourism development in the western part of the country on the premise of effectively protecting tourism resources and ensuring that the quality of the natural environment does not decline. The good water environment and the ecological resources on both sides of the banks of the Simulun River are the main body, paying attention to the construction of ecological environment, fully excavating the source culture of the civilization of the Xilamulun River, highlighting the quiet overall ecological environment, and strengthening the special water tourism projects, The development insists on taking the tourism market as the guide, taking the ecological environment and society as the center, coordinating the economic benefits as the center, carrying on the reasonable layout, developing moderately, making efforts to build the Xilamulun Grand Canyon into a beautiful landscape, with distinctive characteristics and excellent environment, Can provide tourists with the main functions of leisure, sports, sightseeing, experience and other main functions in the water tourist resort, and actively play the role of tourism linkage, to achieve the economic, social and environmental benefits of coordination and unity
