【摘要】：我國(guó)是一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó)，農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展關(guān)系著社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮、國(guó)家的富強(qiáng)。2005年，黨的十六屆五中全會(huì)通過了《中共中央關(guān)于制定國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展第十一個(gè)五年規(guī)劃的建議》，指出“建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村是我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中的重大歷史任務(wù)”。這是我國(guó)今后中國(guó)農(nóng)村發(fā)展的總目標(biāo)、總思路。隨著新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的不斷推進(jìn)，農(nóng)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)形式也在不斷調(diào)整。鄉(xiāng)村旅游作為一種新興的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)形式，發(fā)展勢(shì)頭非常迅猛。發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游對(duì)促進(jìn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、促使農(nóng)民增收致富、勞動(dòng)力就地轉(zhuǎn)移、農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、加快城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)進(jìn)程以及推動(dòng)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)有著非常顯著的作用。重慶作為西南地區(qū)和長(zhǎng)江上游的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)城市，是一個(gè)典型的二元式結(jié)構(gòu)城市，具有大城市、大鄉(xiāng)村特點(diǎn)。發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游在新農(nóng)村建設(shè)工程中具有更為重要的作用。 本研究首先分析了在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)下重慶鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的背景及發(fā)展意義，認(rèn)為重慶發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游大有可為；其次，本研究對(duì)現(xiàn)在有關(guān)鄉(xiāng)村旅游的理論進(jìn)行了綜述，全面總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的概況；然后，，對(duì)重慶鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展中存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)重慶鄉(xiāng)村旅游雖然取得了一定的成績(jī)，但是也有很多不足；第四，本研究以重慶第一個(gè)旅游區(qū)——萬(wàn)盛經(jīng)開區(qū)為案例，對(duì)萬(wàn)盛的鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查、訪談、查閱資料以及用SWOT等方法來(lái)分析，總結(jié)鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的規(guī)律和經(jīng)驗(yàn)；最后在以上研究的基礎(chǔ)上，提出發(fā)展重慶鄉(xiāng)村旅游的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:China is a large agricultural country, the development of agriculture is related to the stability of society, the prosperity of the economy, the prosperity of the country. In 2005, The Fifth Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee adopted the proposal of the CPC Central Committee on drawing up the 11th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, pointing out that "building a new socialist countryside is an important historical task in the process of modernization of our country." This is the overall goal and train of thought of China's rural development in the future. With the development of the new countryside, the industrial form of agriculture is constantly adjusting. Rural tourism as a new form of agricultural industry, the momentum of development is very rapid. The development of rural tourism plays an important role in promoting the development of rural economy, increasing peasants' income and wealth, transferring local labor force, adjusting rural industrial structure, speeding up the process of urbanization and promoting the construction of new countryside. As an important economic city in southwest China and the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, Chongqing is a typical dual structure city with the characteristics of large cities and large villages. The development of rural tourism plays a more important role in the new rural construction project. This study first analyzes the background and significance of the development of rural tourism in Chongqing under the current economic situation, and thinks that there is great potential for Chongqing to develop rural tourism; secondly, this study summarizes the current theories of rural tourism. This paper summarizes the general situation of the development of rural tourism at home and abroad, and then analyzes the present situation and problems in the development of rural tourism in Chongqing, and finds that although rural tourism in Chongqing has made some achievements, there are still many shortcomings. Fourth, this study takes the first tourist district of Chongqing-Wanseng Jingkai District as a case study, carries on the field investigation, the interview, the reference data and the SWOT method to analyze the rural tourism development of Wansheng. This paper summarizes the law and experience of the development of rural tourism, and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of rural tourism in Chongqing on the basis of the above research.
