【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代這個(gè)新時(shí)期,各級(jí)旅游政府在創(chuàng)新各自的行為與制度,目的是為了加快推動(dòng)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)與區(qū)域的發(fā)展,這些創(chuàng)新集中于旅游功能區(qū)表現(xiàn)出來(lái),在對(duì)旅游發(fā)展模式、旅游科學(xué)管理機(jī)制、旅游規(guī)劃適度改革研究等方面旅游功能區(qū)是主要的改革研究?jī)?nèi)容。鑒于此,本文選擇以旅游功能區(qū)和城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展為研究對(duì)象,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)麒沾馬旅游空間布局規(guī)劃進(jìn)行探討,以現(xiàn)代的新思維為依據(jù),整體性地優(yōu)化旅游功能區(qū)的各個(gè)部分,提出優(yōu)化模式設(shè)計(jì)方案,以期能夠從旅游功能區(qū)的角度尋求一條促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展背景下旅游業(yè)發(fā)展途徑,為旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)綿薄之力。本文在行文上分為六個(gè)部分:緒論部分涉及本文選題背景與研究意義、研究方法與思路及相關(guān)概念(模式與城鄉(xiāng)一體化,功能、功能區(qū)與旅游功能區(qū),旅游功能區(qū)規(guī)劃)進(jìn)行界定與分析;第二部分是將相關(guān)理論研究作為主要研究對(duì)象,將空間布局模式理論、空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化理論作為研究基礎(chǔ),對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述和功能區(qū)規(guī)劃理論研究綜述進(jìn)行了闡述。第三部分具體闡述了旅游功能區(qū)的不同類型,及具體構(gòu)建內(nèi)容,本文將區(qū)域劃分為統(tǒng)一的整體,將旅游功能區(qū)按照城市、鄉(xiāng)村、及城市與鄉(xiāng)村的節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分類的,具體包括城市游憩商業(yè)旅游功能區(qū)、城市休閑娛樂(lè)旅游功能區(qū)、城市新興旅游功能區(qū)、城市民族旅游功能區(qū)、城市歷史文化遺產(chǎn)旅游功能區(qū)、鄉(xiāng)村旅游功能區(qū)、及城鄉(xiāng)旅游節(jié)點(diǎn)空間尺度上的旅游功能區(qū)研究。第四部分說(shuō)明旅游功能區(qū)在系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃過(guò)程中,應(yīng)該包括結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,為了達(dá)到論文研究目標(biāo),第一闡述了旅游規(guī)劃模式設(shè)計(jì)的理論基礎(chǔ),提出科學(xué)性的優(yōu)化方法,第二對(duì)現(xiàn)有的功能區(qū)規(guī)劃模式進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),第三對(duì)已經(jīng)編制的規(guī)劃進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性的優(yōu)化,最后,在對(duì)一系列資料,及現(xiàn)有規(guī)劃的研究基礎(chǔ)上,確定了規(guī)劃所應(yīng)該選擇的優(yōu)化模式方案即高、中、低:①“好理念”+“好工具”+“好規(guī)劃流程與方案”;②“好理念”+“較好工具”+“較好規(guī)劃流程與方案”;③“好理念”+“普通工具”+“較好規(guī)劃流程與方案”。第五部分實(shí)證研究——以麒沾馬旅游一體化發(fā)展為例,對(duì)案例背景進(jìn)行分析,概括了麒沾馬城市群發(fā)展背景、空間發(fā)展概況及麒沾馬旅游功能區(qū)規(guī)劃優(yōu)化模式建議。第六部分對(duì)全文做了總結(jié)并對(duì)旅游功能區(qū)的未來(lái)研究提出了展望。旅游規(guī)劃是一種系統(tǒng)性的決策優(yōu)化過(guò)程,在城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展背景下,旅游功能區(qū)建設(shè)應(yīng)合理利用規(guī)劃空間,科學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)旅游功能區(qū)的類型。最后,在未來(lái)的旅游規(guī)劃過(guò)程中,將高科技的電子技術(shù)CRM、VR與“數(shù)字規(guī)劃”的應(yīng)用是必然趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:In the new era of modern times, tourism governments at all levels are innovating their respective behaviors and systems in order to speed up the development of the tourism industry and regions. Tourism function area is the main content of the reform in tourism scientific management mechanism, tourism planning moderate reform research and so on. In view of this, this article chooses the tourism function area and the urban-rural integration development as the research object, and on this basis carries on the discussion to the Qi-Zhanma tourism spatial layout plan, takes the modern new thought as the basis, In order to find a way to promote the development of tourism under the background of the integration of urban and rural areas, the paper optimizes the various parts of the tourism function area and puts forward the design scheme of the optimization mode, so as to find a way from the perspective of the tourism function area. To contribute to the development of tourism. The fourth part explains that the tourism function area should include the optimization of the structure in the process of the system planning. In order to achieve the research goal of the paper, the first part expounds the theoretical foundation of the tourism planning mode design, and puts forward the scientific optimization method. The second is to evaluate the existing functional area planning model, and the third is to systematically optimize the existing planning. The sixth part summarizes the full text and puts forward the prospect of the future study of tourism functional areas. Tourism planning is a systematic decision-making optimization process. Under the background of urban-rural integration, the construction of tourism functional areas should make rational use of planning space and scientifically design the types of tourism functional areas. Finally, in the process of tourism planning in the future, it is an inevitable trend to apply the high-tech electronic technology CRMVR and "digital planning".
