【摘要】:旅游空間系統(tǒng)是旅游活動(dòng)得以開展的物質(zhì)載體,對(duì)旅游目的地進(jìn)行合理的空間布局規(guī)劃并構(gòu)建旅游地合理的空間結(jié)構(gòu)是使旅游目的地經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最大化和負(fù)面效果最小化的最為有效的一種干預(yù)方式。而“點(diǎn)—軸”發(fā)展模式是目前應(yīng)用最多、最成熟、效果最好的一種旅游開發(fā)模式。該模式能充分發(fā)揮旅游中心城市的帶動(dòng)作用,實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游節(jié)點(diǎn)與線狀基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施之間最佳的空間結(jié)合,通過發(fā)展軸線,實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)要素的空間擴(kuò)散,并最終形成區(qū)域旅游板塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域旅游業(yè)的均衡發(fā)展。 山西省旅游資源豐富,類型多樣,是我國(guó)的旅游資源大省,其中人文旅游資源特別是宗教與建筑類景觀在國(guó)內(nèi)外旅游市場(chǎng)上具有很高的知名度。但是受可進(jìn)入性、區(qū)域旅游形象、國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、政府重視程度等各方面因素的影響,山西省旅游業(yè)發(fā)展滯后,各地市各自為政、互相競(jìng)爭(zhēng),缺乏統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃!笆濉币(guī)劃中,山西省將旅游業(yè)定位為全省經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型跨越發(fā)展的先導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)、現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的龍頭產(chǎn)業(yè)和國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。同時(shí),規(guī)劃中還提出了未來5年山西省旅游業(yè)的空間組織布局,該布局基于旅游資源的空間分布,側(cè)重于旅游板塊的劃分和線路的設(shè)計(jì),為山西省旅游業(yè)指明了發(fā)展方向。但是,分析發(fā)現(xiàn),該布局的理論依據(jù)過時(shí)、劃分依據(jù)過于簡(jiǎn)單、結(jié)構(gòu)本身存在諸多問題和缺陷,不利于山西省旅游業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此,本文在系統(tǒng)分析旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)諸要素的基礎(chǔ)上,,依據(jù)“點(diǎn)軸開發(fā)理論”“相互作用理論”“區(qū)域合作理論”重新構(gòu)建了山西省旅游業(yè)的空間組織框架。 本文主體內(nèi)容共分為三部分,首先,簡(jiǎn)要陳述了山西省現(xiàn)行旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)及其理論依據(jù),并對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)存在問題進(jìn)行了分析。其次,系統(tǒng)分析了影響山西省旅游空間結(jié)構(gòu)的諸要素,包括旅游資源、旅游交通、依托城市、客源市場(chǎng)、省級(jí)旅游合作五個(gè)小部分。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果確立了山西省旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的核心城市和中心城市,劃分了旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展軸帶,明確了核心及重點(diǎn)客源市場(chǎng),提出了省際旅游合作的方向。第三,綜合以上章節(jié)的分析結(jié)果,本文提出了省內(nèi)“輻射三角形”與省外“聯(lián)結(jié)四邊形”相結(jié)合的旅游空間組織框架。 該結(jié)構(gòu)重點(diǎn)突出、顧及全局,能改變因地域分割造成的利益沖突,實(shí)現(xiàn)山西省各地市旅游資源的優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ),樹立山西省“晉善晉美”的區(qū)域整體形象。同時(shí),為對(duì)外旅游合作指明了方向,通過省際之間的聯(lián)合開發(fā),擴(kuò)大區(qū)域旅游業(yè)的知名度和影響力,形成多資源、大市場(chǎng)、大旅游、大發(fā)展的格局?傊,該結(jié)構(gòu)綜合考慮了各方面的因素,統(tǒng)籌兼顧、內(nèi)外兼修,將有利于山西省旅游業(yè)的持續(xù)、快速、健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Tourism space system is the material carrier of tourism activities. It is the most effective intervention way to maximize the economic benefit and minimize the negative effect of the tourism destination by planning the reasonable spatial layout and constructing the reasonable spatial structure of the tourist destination. The development model of "point-axis" is the most widely used, the most mature, and the most effective tourism development model. The model can give full play to the leading role of the tourism center city, realize the best spatial combination between the tourism node and the linear infrastructure, realize the spatial diffusion of the tourism economic elements through the development axis, and finally form the regional tourism plate. Shanxi Province is a big province of tourism resources in China, in which humanistic tourism resources, especially religious and architectural landscape, have a high reputation in the domestic and foreign tourism market. However, due to the influence of such factors as accessibility, regional tourism image, national economic structure, and the degree of government attention, the development of tourism in Shanxi Province lags behind, and each prefecture and city are in their own right, competing with each other and lacking a unified plan. In the 12th Five-Year Plan, Shanxi Province positioned tourism as the leading industry in the economic transformation and development of the province, the leading industry in the modern service industry and the strategic pillar industry in the national economy. At the same time, the layout of tourism spatial organization in Shanxi Province in the next five years is also put forward, which is based on the spatial distribution of tourism resources and focuses on the division of tourism plates and the design of routes, which points out the development direction of Shanxi tourism industry. However, it is found that the theoretical basis of the layout is out of date, the basis of division is too simple, and the structure itself has many problems and defects, which is not conducive to the sustainable development of tourism in Shanxi Province. Therefore, based on the systematic analysis of the elements of tourism spatial structure, According to the "point-axis development theory" and "interaction theory" and "regional cooperation theory", this paper reconstructs the spatial organization framework of Shanxi's tourism industry. The main body of this paper is divided into three parts. The present tourism spatial structure of Shanxi Province and its theoretical basis are briefly described, and the existing problems of the structure are analyzed. Secondly, it systematically analyzes the factors that affect the tourism spatial structure of Shanxi Province, including tourism resources, tourism traffic, relying on the city, tourist market, provincial tourism cooperation. According to the analysis results, the core city and central city of Shanxi tourism development are established, the development axis of tourism is divided, the core and key tourist market are defined, and the direction of inter-provincial tourism cooperation is put forward. Thirdly, synthesizing the analysis results of the above chapters, this paper puts forward a framework of tourism spatial organization which combines "radiation triangle" with "connecting quadrangle" outside the province. The structure is focused and takes into account the overall situation. It can change the conflicts of interest caused by regional division, realize the complementation of the advantages of the tourist resources of Shanxi Province, and set up the regional image of Shanxi Province as a whole. At the same time, it points out the direction for foreign tourism cooperation. Through the joint development between provinces, it expands the popularity and influence of regional tourism, and forms a pattern of multi-resources, big market, big tourism and great development. In a word, the structure takes all factors into consideration, and it is beneficial to the sustained, rapid and healthy development of Shanxi tourism.
