【摘要】：體育旅游作為現(xiàn)代旅游的一個重要組成部分，在我國起步較晚，但發(fā)展迅速，隨著中國與國際化的軌，大眾參與意識的不斷增強(qiáng)，體育旅游逐步被人們所認(rèn)識了解，它以不在被少數(shù)人所追捧，而是越來越受到大眾的歡迎和喜愛。 本文對新疆沙漠體育旅游資源開發(fā)的研究既有科學(xué)的理論價值，又對新疆沙漠體育旅游資源開發(fā)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有現(xiàn)實的指導(dǎo)意義。本文運用文獻(xiàn)資料、專家訪談、實地考察、問卷調(diào)查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、邏輯歸納等研究方法，對新疆沙漠體育旅游資源開發(fā)這一問題展開研究。重點研究新疆沙漠體育旅游項目的開發(fā)和對潛在體育旅游資源進(jìn)行挖掘。通過調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)，新疆沙漠體育旅游資源具有豐富且獨特的優(yōu)勢，但是，由于體育旅游資源開發(fā)理論研究滯后、缺乏有效的開發(fā)模式，一些資源又受到政策、經(jīng)濟(jì)等條件的限制，導(dǎo)致開發(fā)出來的體育旅游產(chǎn)品規(guī)模小且單一，缺乏對組合產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)。因此，作者提出了新疆沙漠體育旅游資源開發(fā)的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想，并對其開發(fā)的模式、開發(fā)的主體、開發(fā)的產(chǎn)品、開發(fā)的影響因素及其對策進(jìn)行了深入的研究。根據(jù)調(diào)查的結(jié)果：本文揭示了新疆沙漠體育旅游資源對產(chǎn)業(yè)類開發(fā)模式應(yīng)以“旅游+體育”為主；對資源類開發(fā)模式應(yīng)以“組合”為主；開發(fā)主體由政府和企業(yè)合作開發(fā)最合理，，其次是由私營企業(yè)；開發(fā)產(chǎn)品類型的選擇應(yīng)以休閑類和刺激類為主，其它類型產(chǎn)品兼帶發(fā)展；影響開發(fā)的關(guān)鍵因素是：產(chǎn)品類型單一、參與者不足；體育旅游資源與其它資源脫節(jié)，缺少整合；開發(fā)意識和觀念落后；缺少傳媒配合和有效宣傳等。本文最后提出開發(fā)對策：產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化、合理配合；渠道多樣、引進(jìn)資金；突出特色、打造品牌；整合資源、提高引力；強(qiáng)化意識、轉(zhuǎn)變觀念；廣泛宣傳，擴(kuò)大客源等。同時重點強(qiáng)調(diào)在開發(fā)過程中一定要注重開發(fā)與保護(hù)相結(jié)合的原則，在旅游資源轉(zhuǎn)化為旅游產(chǎn)品的過程中,在資源保護(hù)的基礎(chǔ)上,強(qiáng)調(diào)旅游開發(fā)的技術(shù)途徑,并在獲得旅游收益的同時,對重點景區(qū)進(jìn)行科學(xué)的維護(hù)、修繕,達(dá)到以開發(fā)促進(jìn)保護(hù)的目的。
[Abstract]:Sports tourism, as an important part of modern tourism, started late in our country, but developed rapidly. With the development of China and internationalization and the increasing consciousness of mass participation, sports tourism has been gradually understood by people. It is not sought after by a few people, but is more and more popular and loved by the populace. The research on the development of sports tourism resources in Xinjiang desert has scientific theoretical value. It also has practical guiding significance for the sustainable development of sports tourism resources in Xinjiang desert. Based on the methods of literature, expert interview, field investigation, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logical induction, this paper studies the exploitation of sports tourism resources in Xinjiang desert. This paper focuses on the development of sports tourism projects in Xinjiang desert and the exploitation of potential sports tourism resources. Through the investigation, it is found that Xinjiang desert sports tourism resources have rich and unique advantages. However, due to the lagged theoretical research on sports tourism resources development, the lack of effective development model, some resources are restricted by policies and economic conditions. As a result of the development of sports tourism products, the scale of small and single, lack of the development of composite products. Therefore, the author puts forward the strategic conception of the development of sports tourism resources in Xinjiang desert, and makes a deep research on the mode, the main body, the products, the influencing factors and the countermeasures of the exploitation. According to the results of the investigation, this paper reveals that the development mode of sports tourism resources in Xinjiang desert should be "tourism sports", "combination" should be the main mode of development of resources, and "tourism sports" should be the main mode of exploitation of sports resources in Xinjiang desert. The main body of development should be developed by the government and the enterprises in cooperation, then by the private enterprise, the choice of the product type should be mainly leisure type and stimulus type, and other types of products should be developed. The key factors influencing the development are: the single product type. Lack of participants; lack of integration of sports tourism resources and other resources; lack of awareness and concept of development; lack of media cooperation and effective publicity. Finally, this paper puts forward the development countermeasures: product optimization, reasonable cooperation, diversified channels, introduction of funds, prominent characteristics, building brand, integrating resources, improving gravity, strengthening consciousness, changing ideas, widely propagating, expanding the source of customers, etc. At the same time, emphasis should be placed on the principle of combining development with protection in the course of development. In the process of transforming tourism resources into tourism products and on the basis of resource protection, the technical approaches of tourism development should be emphasized. At the same time, the key scenic spots are scientifically maintained and repaired to achieve the purpose of development and protection.
