【摘要】：近年來體育旅游作為一種新興的旅游活動，得到了全世界的普遍認(rèn)可，已成為了旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要組成部分，是繼生態(tài)旅游以后的旅游新熱點(diǎn)。為加快河北省體育旅游業(yè)發(fā)展建設(shè)，整合全省體育旅游資源，使河北省的體育旅游業(yè)能夠更上一個(gè)臺階，本文以河北省旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為基礎(chǔ)，以各級方針、政策為導(dǎo)向，，在遵循旅游業(yè)發(fā)展和市場運(yùn)作規(guī)律的前提下，對河北省體育旅游發(fā)展的策略進(jìn)行了研究。本文主要工作如下： 1、明確研究對象和方法 本文將河北省體育旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展作為研究對象，綜合運(yùn)用體育產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)、旅游學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、社會學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科知識，通過文獻(xiàn)資料的查閱、實(shí)地調(diào)查、邏輯分析、專家訪談，以及定性與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法，得出本文研究結(jié)論。 2、綜合分析河北省體育旅游資源 本部分對河北省內(nèi)的登山、滑雪、節(jié)事賽事、海上項(xiàng)目與漂流運(yùn)動、運(yùn)動健身基地（場館）與高爾夫等體育旅游資源進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)、全面的分析，為進(jìn)一步的研究打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。 3、針對河北省體育旅游發(fā)展的SWOT分析 本文運(yùn)用SWOT方法對河北省體育旅游發(fā)展的機(jī)遇、挑戰(zhàn)、優(yōu)勢、劣勢等方面進(jìn)行分析，指出了河北省體育旅游業(yè)發(fā)展過程中應(yīng)重點(diǎn)發(fā)展建設(shè)的內(nèi)容（發(fā)展優(yōu)勢、彌補(bǔ)劣勢）、應(yīng)克服的困難（當(dāng)前的劣勢及面對的挑戰(zhàn)），以及當(dāng)前發(fā)展體育旅游的大好時(shí)機(jī)（歷史機(jī)遇）。 4、河北體育旅游發(fā)展策略的研究 本部分在前文研究的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了河北省發(fā)展體育旅游業(yè)的相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略政策導(dǎo)向，分析了山體體育旅游、滑雪體育旅游、水體體育旅游、專項(xiàng)體育旅游、節(jié)事體育旅游和基地場館體育旅游的發(fā)展策略，并單獨(dú)提出了體育旅游業(yè)的人才發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as a new tourism activity, sports tourism has been universally recognized all over the world. It has become an important part of tourism development and a new hot spot of tourism after ecotourism. In order to speed up the development and construction of sports tourism in Hebei Province, integrate the sports tourism resources of Hebei Province, and enable the sports tourism of Hebei Province to rise to a higher level, this article is based on the present situation of the tourism industry in Hebei Province and is guided by the principles and policies at all levels. Based on the rules of tourism development and market operation, this paper studies the strategies of sports tourism development in Hebei Province. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. Make clear the research object and method. This paper takes the development of sports tourism in Hebei province as the research object, and comprehensively applies sports industry, tourism, economics, management, sociology, statistics, etc. Mathematics and other related disciplines knowledge, through the reference of literature, field investigation, logical analysis, expert interviews, as well as qualitative and quantitative analysis of the combination of methods, Draw the conclusion of this paper. 2, the comprehensive analysis of Hebei Province sports tourism resources this part of the Hebei Province mountaineering, skiing, festival events, sea events and drifting movement, Sports and fitness bases (stadiums) and golf and other sports tourism resources were analyzed in detail and comprehensively. The SWOT analysis for the development of sports tourism in Hebei Province is based on the SWOT method to analyze the opportunities, challenges, advantages and disadvantages of the development of sports tourism in Hebei Province. This paper points out the contents (development advantages) that should be emphasized in the development of sports tourism in Hebei Province. To make up for the disadvantages, we should overcome the difficulties (the current disadvantages and the challenges we face, as well as the great opportunity to develop sports tourism at present (historical opportunity: 4. 4). This part of the study is based on the previous studies. This paper puts forward the relevant strategic policy guidance for the development of sports tourism in Hebei Province, and analyzes the development strategies of mountain sports tourism, ski sports tourism, water sports tourism, special sports tourism, festival sports tourism and base stadiums sports tourism. And has proposed the sports tourism talented person development strategy separately.
