【摘要】：隨著人們生活水平的提高,古鎮(zhèn)以其獨特的建筑風(fēng)貌、豐富的歷史文化遺跡、深厚的人文內(nèi)涵以及特有的古樸環(huán)境氛圍受到了人們的青睞。但是,不可忽視的是目前由于我國旅游行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展與其管理機制相對滯后并存,以及古鎮(zhèn)在建設(shè)方面存在一定的漏洞,在發(fā)展古鎮(zhèn)旅游的進程中日益暴露出諸多的安全問題,這些問題束縛了古鎮(zhèn)旅游業(yè)的進一步發(fā)展。 國內(nèi)外古鎮(zhèn)在發(fā)展旅游業(yè)的過程中均不可避免地遇到安全問題的困擾,安全是旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)和前提,存在安全隱患的旅游項目必然難以持久和維續(xù)。對于國內(nèi)外古鎮(zhèn)而言都面臨著嚴峻的安全隱患挑戰(zhàn)。為了對我國古鎮(zhèn)的安全隱患進行分析總結(jié),論文選擇昆明官渡古鎮(zhèn)作為研究對象,以其通過對昆明官渡古鎮(zhèn)安全隱患進行實證研究來總結(jié)我國古鎮(zhèn)在發(fā)展中所遇到的安全隱患種類,并分析昆明官渡古鎮(zhèn)在近年來的發(fā)展中遇到的問題和阻礙因素。 通過對昆明官渡古鎮(zhèn)安全管理的調(diào)查,可以看出制約古鎮(zhèn)旅游發(fā)展的安全隱患因素是多重的、復(fù)合的和復(fù)雜的。相應(yīng)的安全隱患有消防安全隱患、建筑安全隱患、飲食安全隱患、社會治安隱患和交通安全隱患。具體來看,各種安全隱患產(chǎn)生和存在是各有原因的,但是從整體上來看,造成古鎮(zhèn)安全安全隱患的原因也有一定的共同性。這些原因主要有古鎮(zhèn)建筑的安全隱患、古鎮(zhèn)管理力度不夠、利益相關(guān)者安全意識淡漠、市場監(jiān)管制度不完善以及缺乏安全防范意識和參與氛圍等。因此針對上述原因,在進行古鎮(zhèn)安全隱患防范時應(yīng)側(cè)重從以下幾個方面入手：根據(jù)古鎮(zhèn)的特點及時修繕保護、增加古鎮(zhèn)自動消防設(shè)施、建立并健全古鎮(zhèn)安全管理體系、提高各利益相關(guān)者的安全防范意識、完善并落實古鎮(zhèn)安全監(jiān)管制度以及加大安全宣傳,營造參與氛圍等等。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard, the ancient town is favored by people for its unique architectural style, rich historical and cultural relics, profound humanistic connotation and unique ancient environment atmosphere. However, it should not be ignored that the rapid development of the tourism industry and the relative lag of its management mechanism exist in our country at present, and there are some loopholes in the construction of ancient towns. In the process of developing ancient town tourism, many security problems have been exposed day by day. These problems have restricted the further development of ancient town tourism. In the process of developing tourism, ancient towns at home and abroad are inevitably confronted with security problems. Security is the foundation and premise of tourism development, and tourism projects with hidden safety problems will inevitably be difficult to sustain and maintain. Ancient towns at home and abroad are faced with severe security challenges. In order to analyze and summarize the hidden dangers of security in ancient towns of our country, the paper chooses Guandu ancient town of Kunming as the research object. Based on the empirical study of security hidden dangers in Guandu ancient town of Kunming, this paper sums up the types of hidden dangers encountered in the development of ancient towns in our country, and analyzes the problems and obstacles encountered in the development of Guandu ancient town in Kunming in recent years. Through the investigation of security management in Guandu Ancient Town of Kunming, we can see that the hidden safety factors restricting the development of tourism in Guandu Town are many, complex and complex. The corresponding safety hidden dangers include fire safety hidden danger, building safety hidden danger, food safety hidden danger, social security hidden danger and traffic safety hidden danger. Specifically, there are different reasons for the emergence and existence of various security hidden dangers, but on the whole, the causes of the security hidden dangers in ancient towns also have certain commonality. These reasons mainly include the hidden trouble of the ancient town building, the insufficient management of the ancient town, the indifferent safety consciousness of the stakeholders, the imperfect market supervision system, the lack of the sense of safety prevention and the atmosphere of participation, etc. Therefore, in view of the above reasons, we should focus on the following aspects: according to the characteristics of the ancient town, we should repair and protect in time, increase the automatic fire protection facilities, establish and perfect the security management system of the ancient town. To improve the safety awareness of stakeholders, improve and implement the security supervision system of ancient towns, increase safety publicity, create an atmosphere of participation, and so on.
