武陵源景區(qū)生態(tài)旅游核心競爭力培育研究

【摘要】:核心競爭力主要講的是一個企業(yè)在開發(fā)了產(chǎn)品、技術(shù),以及市場的營銷等等方面所具有的一些能力,同時所具有的這些方面的能力是競爭對手所沒有具備的一些獨特的能力。一般情況之下主要是以技術(shù)方面的能力作為核心的內(nèi)容,經(jīng)過企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方面的決策對市場營銷、組織管理,以及制造等進行有效整合從而達到能夠獲得具有持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢動力。同時也是企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中所建立起來的一種知識和資產(chǎn)的協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系,同企業(yè)的一般性競爭能力有所差別,因為他處在了核心的地位上,對企業(yè)的全局競爭力關(guān)系非常大。同樣對于風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)來說,核心競爭力的培育也非常的重要,他關(guān)系著該區(qū)的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。從國內(nèi)外已有的研究成果來看,對旅游景區(qū)競爭力的關(guān)注還比較少,特別是以個案作為研究的更少。武陵源經(jīng)過30多年的發(fā)展,取得了相當(dāng)大的成就,但不可避免的是,武陵源的發(fā)展面臨著巨大的危機,體制不順、過度開發(fā)、居民利益得不到很好的保證,周邊同類型旅游目的地的壯大與增長等都是影響武陵源景區(qū)生存發(fā)展的不利因素,如何“提煉內(nèi)功”,提升武陵源景區(qū)自身的競爭力具有重要的意義。 本課題首先對研究的一些具體情況進行的說明,主要包含有課題研究的背景、意義、目的、擬采用的研究方法,以及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的進行了說明;其次,以武陵源景區(qū)生態(tài)旅游為例對其核心競爭力展開了系統(tǒng)的研究。先對武陵源景區(qū)生態(tài)旅游的競爭力現(xiàn)在進行了分析,通過將其和其他的旅游景區(qū)進行比較,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在問題,然后,對武陵源景區(qū)生態(tài)旅游景區(qū)的核心競爭力影響因素進行分析,在以上研究的基礎(chǔ)上,最后,對武陵源景區(qū)生態(tài)旅游景區(qū)的核心競爭力提升進行建議。通過以上方面的內(nèi)容研究得到主要結(jié)論有當(dāng)前武陵源景區(qū)發(fā)展面臨資金問題、觀念問題和環(huán)境問題;武陵源景區(qū)培育核心競爭力的緊迫性,主要表現(xiàn)在景區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的需要、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展,景區(qū)與周邊居民和諧共存的需要個適應(yīng)旅游消費轉(zhuǎn)型升級的需要;另外對于武陵源景區(qū)核心競爭力的提升應(yīng)該從挖掘武陵源景區(qū)的森林資源,開發(fā)新的森林旅游產(chǎn)品、增強旅游產(chǎn)品的體驗性和創(chuàng)新性,留住回頭客、政府主導(dǎo)發(fā)展是武陵源景區(qū)自身特性的要求、旅游企業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新為武陵源景區(qū)注入活力和實現(xiàn)本地居民利益最大化是實現(xiàn)武陵源景區(qū)長久發(fā)展的最大動力等方面著手。
[Abstract]:The core competence is mainly about a company in the development of products, technology, marketing and other aspects of the ability to have, at the same time have these aspects of the ability is the competitors do not have some unique capabilities. Generally speaking, it is mainly the technical ability as the core content, through the enterprise's development strategy aspect decision-making to the marketing, the organization management, And manufacturing and other effective integration to achieve a sustained competitive advantage. At the same time, it is also a kind of coordination relationship of knowledge and assets established in the process of development, which is different from the general competitive power of the enterprise, because it is in the core position and has a great relationship to the overall competitiveness of the enterprise. For scenic spots, the cultivation of core competence is also very important, which is related to the sustainable and stable development of the area. From the existing research results at home and abroad, there is less attention to the competitiveness of tourist attractions, especially the case study. After more than 30 years of development, Wulingyuan has made considerable achievements, but it is inevitable that Wulingyuan's development is faced with a huge crisis, the system is not good, over-exploitation, and the interests of residents are not well guaranteed. The expansion and growth of the same type of tourism destinations around Wulingyuan are the unfavorable factors that affect the survival and development of Wulingyuan scenic spots. It is of great significance to improve the competitiveness of Wulingyuan scenic spots. Firstly, the paper explains some specific situations of the research, mainly including the background, significance, purpose, research methods, and the current situation of the research at home and abroad. Taking Wulingyuan scenic spot ecological tourism as an example, the core competence of Wulingyuan scenic spot is studied systematically. First of all, the competitiveness of Wulingyuan scenic spot eco-tourism is analyzed, and by comparing it with other scenic spots, we find that there are some problems, and then, Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the core competitiveness of the Wulingyuan scenic area, the paper gives some suggestions on how to improve the core competitiveness of the Wulingyuan scenic spot. Through the above aspects of the content of the main conclusions of the current Wulingyuan scenic area development facing financial problems, concept issues and environmental problems; Wulingyuan scenic spots to cultivate the urgency of core competitiveness, mainly reflected in the needs of sustainable development of scenic spots, With the development of regional economy and society, the harmonious coexistence of scenic spots and surrounding residents needs to adapt to the needs of tourism consumption transformation and upgrading. In addition, the promotion of the core competitiveness of Wulingyuan scenic spots should be based on excavating the forest resources of Wulingyuan scenic spots. The development of new forest tourism products, enhancing the experience and innovation of tourism products, retaining repeat visitors, and government-led development are the requirements of Wulingyuan Scenic spot's own characteristics. The independent innovation of tourism enterprises to inject vitality into Wulingyuan scenic spot and to maximize the interests of local residents is the biggest motive force to realize the long-term development of Wulingyuan scenic spot.
