【摘要】：醫(yī)療旅游是醫(yī)療行業(yè)和旅游行業(yè)強強聯(lián)合的產(chǎn)物，是現(xiàn)代社會最具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ男袠I(yè)之一。目前，國外醫(yī)療旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)有了一定的規(guī)模，我國的醫(yī)療旅游還處于初級發(fā)展階段，山西省的醫(yī)療旅游業(yè)更是尚未開發(fā)，論文通過對醫(yī)療旅游基礎(chǔ)理論知識的梳理，分析了國內(nèi)外醫(yī)療旅游發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及山西省發(fā)展醫(yī)療旅游業(yè)的優(yōu)劣勢，并在此基礎(chǔ)上，提出了山西省開發(fā)醫(yī)療旅游產(chǎn)品、發(fā)展醫(yī)療旅游業(yè)的合理對策建議。論文的主要內(nèi)容如下： (1)敘述了論文的選題背景與研究意義，了解了國內(nèi)外對醫(yī)療旅游的研究現(xiàn)狀，介紹了研究內(nèi)容與研究方法，，制定出了論文的整體框架。主要從以下三個方面論述了論文的研究背景：一是國際醫(yī)療旅游研究進展；二是醫(yī)療旅游能夠蓬勃發(fā)展的三個因素；三是中國有豐富的醫(yī)療資源和旅游資源且醫(yī)療旅游已在國內(nèi)初步開展。 (2)對醫(yī)療旅游做了綜合的介紹，首先對其內(nèi)涵和要求做了闡述；其次，介紹了醫(yī)療旅游的類型及影響。醫(yī)療旅游的類型一般分為治療整形類和休閑保健類。具有地域性、保健性、經(jīng)濟實惠性等特點。一般流程是：前期準備——實施過程——后期服務。并對其積極影響和消極影響分別作了分析。 (3)對國內(nèi)外醫(yī)療旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做了研究，對印度、泰國、新加坡、馬來西亞、港臺、北京、海南、咸陽等國內(nèi)外醫(yī)療旅游業(yè)發(fā)達的地區(qū)做了詳細的分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上探討了山西省開展醫(yī)療旅游的動因、優(yōu)勢和劣勢。 (4)提出了山西省開展醫(yī)療旅游的線路和對策建議。通過分析公眾對醫(yī)療旅游需求層次和山西省醫(yī)療旅游資源，對山西省開展醫(yī)療旅游進行市場定位和線路設(shè)計，最后提出合理的建議和對策：提高醫(yī)療旅游的社會認知度；政府給予大力支持；完善各種保障設(shè)施，提高醫(yī)療技術(shù)與服務；加強醫(yī)療旅游人才培養(yǎng)；規(guī)范醫(yī)療旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展。 (5)對論文進行了分析總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Medical tourism is the result of strong combination of medical industry and tourism industry, and is one of the most potential industries in modern society. At present, the development of medical tourism abroad has a certain scale, the medical tourism of our country is still in the primary stage of development, the medical tourism of Shanxi Province has not been developed, the paper combs the basic theory knowledge of medical tourism. This paper analyzes the present situation of medical tourism development at home and abroad and the advantages and disadvantages of developing medical tourism industry in Shanxi Province, and puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for developing medical tourism products and medical tourism industry in Shanxi Province. The main contents of the thesis are as follows: 1) the background and significance of the thesis are described, the present research situation of medical tourism at home and abroad is understood, the research contents and research methods are introduced, and the overall framework of the thesis is worked out. This paper mainly discusses the research background from the following three aspects: first, the research progress of international medical tourism; second, the three factors that medical tourism can flourish; Third, China has abundant medical resources and tourism resources, and medical tourism has been initially developed in China. 2) the comprehensive introduction of medical tourism is given, the connotation and requirements of medical tourism are expounded, and the types and effects of medical tourism are introduced. The types of medical tourism are generally divided into therapeutic plastic surgery and leisure health care. With regional, health care, economic benefits and other characteristics. The general process is: pre-preparation-implementation process-late service. The positive and negative effects are analyzed respectively. The current situation of medical tourism development at home and abroad has been studied, and a detailed analysis has been made of India, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan, Beijing, Hainan, Xianyang and other areas with developed medical tourism at home and abroad. On this basis, the motivation, advantages and disadvantages of developing medical tourism in Shanxi Province are discussed. Finally, the author puts forward the route and countermeasures of developing medical tourism in Shanxi Province. By analyzing the level of public demand for medical tourism and the resources of medical tourism in Shanxi Province, the market orientation and route design of medical tourism in Shanxi Province are carried out. Finally, reasonable suggestions and countermeasures are put forward: to improve the social cognition of medical tourism; The government has given great support; improved various security facilities, improved medical technology and services; strengthened the training of medical tourism personnel; standardized the development of medical tourism. 5) the paper is analyzed and summarized.
