中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)歷史文化名城旅游競爭力研究

【摘要】:中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)是繼“京津冀”“長三角”和“珠三角”三大經(jīng)濟區(qū)之后,在2011年10月成立的中國新興的第四大經(jīng)濟區(qū)。中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)是中原文化的主要發(fā)祥地,經(jīng)濟區(qū)內(nèi)歷史文化名城眾多,旅游資源豐富,發(fā)展文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的潛力巨大。 論文在對國內(nèi)外城市旅游競爭力研究成果的分析基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了中小型歷史文化名城旅游競爭力的評價模型。模型涵蓋了城市旅游核心競爭力、基礎(chǔ)競爭力和發(fā)展競爭力三方面評價內(nèi)容,將3種旅游競爭力進一步細分為9種具體的影響因素,并對其賦予29個評價指標。然后運用因子分析法,選取了中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)內(nèi)10座典型的歷史文化名城,與全國15座同類歷史文化名城的旅游競爭力進行了實證分析。實證結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)歷史文化名城旅游競爭力處于中等偏下水平,與發(fā)達地區(qū)旅游業(yè)的競爭力還有很大差距。從核心競爭力上看,雖然中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)擁有豐富的資源要素優(yōu)勢,如排名在同類名城前10名的鄭州市、洛陽市、開封市和南陽市,但也有資源要素優(yōu)勢較不突出城市;并且中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)整體旅游企業(yè)的現(xiàn)實市場盈利能力并不強,不論是國內(nèi)外旅游收入,還是接待國內(nèi)外游客人數(shù)或星級酒店和旅行社個數(shù)都無法與其他發(fā)達歷史文化名城的旅游市場占有率相比較。從基礎(chǔ)競爭力上看,中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)的優(yōu)勢在于交通便利,第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展?jié)摿薮,但劣勢也較為明顯,突出表現(xiàn)在公共服務(wù)方面需進一步的完善和提高。從潛質(zhì)競爭力看,在文化普及水平上,中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)只有河北省的邯鄲市和山東省的聊城市排在同類名城的前10名,其余的歷史文化名城對公共文化服務(wù)、城市環(huán)境的改善和政府對旅游業(yè)的政策支持三方面的重視程度與同類發(fā)達歷史文化名城也有相當大的差距。因此,必須在核心競爭力、基礎(chǔ)競爭力和發(fā)展競爭力上采取相應(yīng)的針對性措施,,提高各項旅游競爭力,這樣才能進一步提升中原經(jīng)濟區(qū)整體的旅游競爭力水平。
[Abstract]:The Central Plains Economic Zone is the fourth emerging economic zone of China in October 2011 after the three major economic zones of "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei" and "Yangtze River Delta" and "Pearl River Delta". The Central Plains Economic Zone is the main birthplace of the Central Plains culture. There are many famous historical and cultural cities in the economic zone, and the tourism resources are rich, and the potential to develop cultural tourism industry is enormous. Based on the analysis of the research results of the competitiveness of urban tourism at home and abroad, the evaluation model of tourism competitiveness of medium and small historical and cultural cities is constructed. The model covers three aspects of urban tourism core competitiveness, basic competitiveness and development competitiveness. The three types of tourism competitiveness are further subdivided into 9 specific influencing factors, and 29 evaluation indicators are assigned to them. Then using factor analysis, 10 typical historical and cultural cities in the Central Plains Economic Zone are selected, and the tourism competitiveness of 15 similar historical and cultural cities in China is analyzed empirically. The empirical results show that the tourism competitiveness of the famous historical and cultural cities in the Central Plains Economic Zone is at the middle and lower level, and there is still a big gap between the tourism competitiveness of the developed regions and the tourism competitiveness of the developed regions. In terms of core competitiveness, although the Central Plains Economic Zone has abundant advantages of resource elements, such as Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Kaifeng and Nanyang, which rank in the top 10 of the top 10 cities of the same kind, there are also advantages of resources elements that are less prominent in cities; And the real market profitability of the overall tourism enterprises in the Central Plains Economic Zone is not strong, regardless of the domestic and foreign tourism income. The number of tourists at home and abroad or the number of star hotels and travel agencies can not be compared with the tourism market share of other developed historical and cultural cities. From the point of view of basic competitiveness, the advantage of Central Plains Economic Zone lies in the convenient transportation, the development potential of the tertiary industry is huge, but the disadvantage is also obvious, outstanding performance in the aspect of public service need to be further improved and improved. In terms of potential competitiveness, at the level of cultural popularization, only Handan City in Hebei Province and Liaocheng City in Shandong Province rank in the top 10 of the same famous cities in the Central Plains Economic Zone, while the other historical and cultural famous cities serve public culture. The improvement of urban environment and the government's policy support to tourism also have a big gap with the similar developed historical and cultural cities. Therefore, we must take corresponding measures in core competitiveness, basic competitiveness and development competitiveness to improve the tourism competitiveness, so as to further enhance the level of tourism competitiveness of the Central Plains Economic Zone as a whole.
