【摘要】：隨著我國旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易及區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的大力推進，京津冀地區(qū)旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易的合作發(fā)展程度日益提高。特別是在新一輪以服務(wù)貿(mào)易為主的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的大背景下，京津冀旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展仍然具有較大的合作發(fā)展空間，形成良好的帶動協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展模式。但是，京津冀旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易如何進一步發(fā)展，京津冀地區(qū)的旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力狀況如何，這是本文需要研究的問題。 本文通過建立京津冀地區(qū)包含國內(nèi)市場占有率、顯示性比較優(yōu)勢指數(shù)和勞動生產(chǎn)率指數(shù)的指標評價體系，然后在深層次上把握旅游資源、國內(nèi)需求狀況、政府在旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易及旅游貿(mào)易中的影響作用等其他因素的分析，，以及在深層次上把握旅游相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展狀況和旅游其他要素的關(guān)系，建立了一個反映京津冀潛在能力和現(xiàn)實能力的綜合評價指標體系，以評價京津冀地區(qū)旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力。得出京津冀區(qū)域旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易比較優(yōu)勢較為突出，國際競爭力相對較強的結(jié)論。但這樣的競爭力只是暫時的，可能存在后續(xù)動力不足的問題。根據(jù)分析的結(jié)果，本文對京津和河北省相應(yīng)給予了改善各地區(qū)旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力水平的對策建議如加強政府間的深入合作、多方營造旅游市場、加強旅游人才培養(yǎng)以及豐富旅游產(chǎn)品增強旅游創(chuàng)匯能力。
[Abstract]:With the development of tourism service trade and regional coordination in China, the cooperation level of tourism service trade in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is increasing day by day. Especially against the background of the new round of industrial transfer, the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei tourism service trade still has a large space for cooperation and development, forming a good mode of promoting coordinated development. However, how to further develop tourism service trade in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and what is the competitive status of tourism service trade in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei? this is the problem to be studied in this paper. This paper establishes an index evaluation system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region which includes domestic market share, indicative comparative advantage index and labor productivity index, and then grasps the situation of tourism resources and domestic demand at a deep level. The analysis of other factors, such as the influence of the government in tourism service trade and tourism trade, as well as the deep understanding of the relationship between the development of tourism-related industries and other factors of tourism, A comprehensive evaluation index system is established to evaluate the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The conclusion is that the comparative advantage of tourism service trade in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is more prominent and the international competitiveness is relatively strong. But such competitiveness is only temporary, there may be a lack of follow-up power problem. Based on the results of the analysis, this paper gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the competitiveness of tourism services trade between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, such as strengthening the in-depth cooperation between governments and creating a tourism market in many ways. Strengthen tourism talent training and enrich tourism products to enhance tourism foreign exchange earning capacity.
