【摘要】：旅游者行為研究是旅游研究的重要組成部分,旅游者作為旅游和旅游學(xué)研究的主體,一直受到國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的重視。大陸赴臺(tái)灣旅游是近些年來新興發(fā)展起來的一個(gè)旅游熱點(diǎn),大陸居民赴臺(tái)灣旅游有其自身的特點(diǎn),然而目前國內(nèi)學(xué)者對(duì)有關(guān)大陸赴臺(tái)旅游,尤其是大陸赴臺(tái)灣旅游者行為的研究并不多見,主要是分散在對(duì)赴臺(tái)灣旅游的動(dòng)機(jī)與阻礙、赴臺(tái)灣旅游對(duì)兩岸經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治等的影響方面。 文章從理論上對(duì)廣西赴臺(tái)灣旅游者行為進(jìn)行探討,總結(jié)歸納出廣西赴臺(tái)灣旅游者以人口學(xué)特征為客觀條件,以心理學(xué)特征為主觀期望,以行為表象特征為行為過程的行為因素體系。在此基礎(chǔ)上文章分別從人口學(xué)特征、廣西赴臺(tái)灣旅游者心理影響因素、廣西赴臺(tái)灣旅游者旅游活動(dòng)特性分析三個(gè)方面分析了廣西赴臺(tái)灣旅游者的總體行為特征及行為差異。在廣西赴臺(tái)灣旅游者行為特征實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)上,文章從政府指導(dǎo)、臺(tái)灣旅游目的地建設(shè)、廣西旅游社對(duì)赴臺(tái)游客產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)三個(gè)方面提出了相應(yīng)建議,以期為廣西赴臺(tái)灣旅游的不斷發(fā)展作出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The study of tourist behavior is an important part of tourism research. As the main body of tourism and tourism studies, tourists have been attached great importance to by scholars at home and abroad. Tourism from the mainland to Taiwan has become a tourist hotspot in recent years. Mainland residents visiting Taiwan have their own characteristics. However, at present, domestic scholars are concerned about the mainland's travel to Taiwan. Especially, the research on the behavior of mainland tourists to Taiwan is rare, mainly scattered in the motivation and hindrance of traveling to Taiwan, and the influence of traveling to Taiwan on the economy and politics of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait. This paper theoretically discusses the behavior of Guangxi tourists to Taiwan, and concludes that the characteristics of Guangxi tourists to Taiwan take the demographic characteristics as the objective conditions and the psychological characteristics as the subjective expectations. The system of behavioral factors with behavioral representation as the behavior process. On this basis, this paper analyzes the general behavior characteristics and behavioral differences of Guangxi tourists to Taiwan from three aspects: demographic characteristics, psychological factors of Guangxi tourists to Taiwan, and the characteristics of tourist activities of Guangxi tourists to Taiwan. On the basis of an empirical analysis of the behavior characteristics of tourists to Taiwan in Guangxi, the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on the design and development of tourist products in Taiwan from three aspects: the guidance of the government, the construction of tourist destinations in Taiwan, and the design and development of tourist products by Guangxi tourist agencies. In order to make a contribution to the continuous development of Guangxi tourism to Taiwan.
