基于CVM的文化遺產(chǎn)修復(fù)價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)研究——以大連凌水寺為例

【摘要】:利用條件評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)大連凌水寺遺址恢復(fù)性重建的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),試圖揭示這一特定文化遺址的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值,及影響居民意愿支付的主要因素。CVM評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程采用二元選擇模型對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,根據(jù)模型的估計(jì)結(jié)果顯示:年長(zhǎng)的居民對(duì)本地區(qū)古寺的修復(fù)有著濃厚的感情,居住20年及以上消費(fèi)人群的WTP明顯高于居住20年以下消費(fèi)人群,居民平均支付意愿為115元,高于政府用于古寺修復(fù)的人均82元預(yù)算成本。此外,受訪者對(duì)凌水寺熟悉程度、家庭收入、年齡、居住時(shí)間等變量對(duì)意愿支付均有顯著的影響(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:This paper evaluates the economic value of the restoration and reconstruction of the Lingshui Temple site in Dalian by using the method of condition evaluation, and tries to reveal the economic value of this particular cultural site. The main factors affecting the residents' willingness to pay. The CVM evaluation process uses the binary selection model to analyze the data. According to the estimated results of the model, the elderly residents have strong feelings for the restoration of the ancient temple in this area. The WTP of the consumers who lived for 20 years or more was obviously higher than that of the consumers who lived under 20 years. The average willingness to pay was 115yuan, which was higher than the estimated cost of 82 yuan per capita used by the government for the restoration of the ancient temple. In addition, the interviewees' familiarity with Lingshui Temple, family income, age and residence time had significant effects on willingness to pay.
