【摘要】：本文針對近代民間袍服傳統(tǒng)工藝進行研究分析。論文的研究內(nèi)容主要包括三個部分：第一，對江南大學民間服飾傳習館館藏的近代民間袍服進行觀察測量，總結(jié)近代民間袍服的形制特點，并對以江南地區(qū)和中原地區(qū)近代民間袍服為典例的民間袍服結(jié)構進行復原；第二，，對于近代民間袍服的制作工藝，通過走訪民間服飾工藝傳人，對具體的工藝步驟進行記錄、分析和研究，記錄復原了袍服制作的過程；第三，對近代民間袍服的結(jié)構和制作工藝特點進行分析。 本文首先對江南大學民間服飾傳習館館藏的34件近代民間長袍和44件近代民間旗袍進行觀察，記錄和總結(jié)了近代民間袍服的形制特點；然后通過對7件中原長袍和9件江南改良旗袍的尺寸測量，來對近代民間袍服的結(jié)構進行復原。 其次，通過對制作民間服飾的工藝傳人進行走訪，采用面對面的交談、攝像和筆記的形式對近代民間袍服的具體制作工藝（裁剪和縫制工藝）步驟進行詳細的記錄，最后又對記錄資料進行了整理、分析與研究，最終以圖文并茂的形式記錄和復原了近代民間袍服的制作過程。 最后，更深一步探討近代民間袍服傳統(tǒng)工藝，從近代民間袍服的結(jié)構和制作工藝這兩個方面進行了綜合分析。得出了以下特點和規(guī)律：在結(jié)構上，找出了近代民間袍服平面“十”字型的結(jié)構特點，長袍通常采用衣身前后中縫“破縫”和“無接袖”結(jié)構，而改良旗袍采用衣身前后中縫“無破縫”和“接袖”結(jié)構特點；在裁剪工藝上，袍服的傳統(tǒng)裁剪方法主要包括前后中縫“破縫”和“無破縫”衣身的兩種獨特裁剪方式，以及巧妙的裁剪里料法，這些裁剪技法充分的體現(xiàn)了人民群眾的聰明才智和獨特的審美觀；在縫制工藝上，中國傳統(tǒng)服裝的制作思想是“重縫紉輕裁剪”，由此也產(chǎn)生了很多獨具特色的手針針法和裝飾工藝。
[Abstract]:This paper studies and analyzes the traditional folk costume traditional craft of modern times. The research content of this paper mainly includes three parts: first, the modern folk robe clothes collected from the folk costume museum of Jiangnan University are observed and measured, the form characteristics of modern folk robes are summarized, and the modern folk robes in the south of the Yangtze River and the central plains are considered as the canon. For example, the structure of the folk robe dress was restored. Second, for the modern folk robe clothing production process, through the visit to the folk costume technology, the specific process steps were recorded, analyzed and studied, and the process of restoring the robe clothing was recorded. Third, the structure of the modern folk Robe clothing and the characteristics of the production process were analyzed.
This article first observed 34 modern folk robes and 44 modern folk gowns, which were collected from the folk costume biography of Jiangnan University, recorded and summarized the form characteristics of modern folk robes, and then restored the structure of modern folk robes by measuring the size of 7 Central Plains gowns and 9 Jiangnan modified cheongsam.
Secondly, through a visit to the process of making folk costumes, a detailed record of the concrete making process (cutting and sewing process) of modern folk robes is recorded in the form of face-to-face conversation, video recording and note taking. Finally, the records are arranged, analyzed and studied. The process of making modern folk robes has been restored.
Finally, a deeper study of the traditional folk robe clothing traditional technology, from the modern folk robe clothing structure and the production process of the two aspects of the comprehensive analysis. "No sleeves" structure, and the improved cheongsam "no crack" and "sleeve" structure features in the middle seam of the body. In the cutting process, the traditional cutting methods of the robe clothing mainly include the two unique cutting methods of "crack" and "no crack" in the front and back of the middle seam, as well as the skillful cutting inside material method, these cutting techniques are full. It embodies the people's ingenuity and unique aesthetic view. In the sewing process, the traditional Chinese clothing is made of "heavy sewing and tailoring", and many unique hand needling and decorative techniques have also been produced.
