【摘要】：古村鎮(zhèn)旅游作為遺產(chǎn)旅游和鄉(xiāng)村旅游的典型代表,一直被視為推動文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)和農(nóng)村社區(qū)發(fā)展的有效手段。然而,古村鎮(zhèn)旅游發(fā)展涉及較多的利益主體,他們的利益訴求不盡相同,甚至有所沖突,給古村鎮(zhèn)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與旅游開發(fā)帶來了眾多挑戰(zhàn),其中,門票收費(fèi)模式直接影響到各個相關(guān)主體的利益,成為爭議的焦點(diǎn)。因此,文章通過對江浙滬皖四地古村鎮(zhèn)案例分析,總結(jié)了全封閉式、半封閉式、半開放式、全開放式4種古村鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)行收費(fèi)模式及其潛在的7個影響因素,并基于古村鎮(zhèn)各個利益主體的行為反應(yīng),分析了各個因素對古村鎮(zhèn)收費(fèi)模式影響的程度,提出封閉式收費(fèi)模式更多地取決于資源的品級和居民的合作程度,而開放式收費(fèi)模式更多地取決于區(qū)位的好壞、客源市場的特點(diǎn)、未來的產(chǎn)品取向和商業(yè)價值,從而為古村鎮(zhèn)如何根據(jù)主客觀情況選擇合理的門票收費(fèi)模式提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:As a typical representative of heritage tourism and rural tourism, ancient village tourism has always been regarded as an effective means to promote the protection of cultural heritage and the development of rural communities. However, the tourism development of ancient villages and towns involves more interest subjects. Their interests are different or even conflicting, which brings many challenges to the protection of ancient villages and towns' heritage and tourism development, among which, Ticket pricing model directly affects the interests of all relevant parties and becomes the focus of controversy. Therefore, based on the case study of ancient villages and towns in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Anhui provinces, this paper summarizes the current charging modes of four ancient villages and towns, which are totally closed, semi-closed, semi-open and all-open, and their seven potential influencing factors. Based on the behavior reaction of each interest body in ancient villages and towns, this paper analyzes the influence of various factors on the old village and town charging model, and puts forward that the closed charging model depends more on the quality of resources and the cooperation degree of residents. The open charging model depends more on the quality of the location, the characteristics of the tourist market, the future product orientation and commercial value, thus providing a reference for ancient villages and towns how to choose a reasonable ticket charging model according to the subjective and objective conditions.
