【摘要】：目前中國(guó)的基尼系數(shù)已經(jīng)超過0.6,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過0.4的國(guó)際警戒線,貧富矛盾的加劇,使得增加農(nóng)民收入迫在眉睫。河南是一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)大省,有豐富的農(nóng)業(yè)資源和優(yōu)美的自然環(huán)境,隨著城市退休老人養(yǎng)老問題的逐漸凸顯,為了互利共贏,鄉(xiāng)村休閑養(yǎng)老旅游將得到了蓬勃發(fā)展。 本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)法、例證法、調(diào)查法以及多學(xué)科相結(jié)合的方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)性別、年齡、收入水平、文化程度、配偶收入水平、兒女個(gè)數(shù)、婚姻狀況等因素對(duì)河南省鄭州市部分退休老人的養(yǎng)老意愿具有重要影響：旅游養(yǎng)老人群以男性為主,占旅游養(yǎng)老總?cè)藬?shù)的60.2%；享受旅游養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的老人年齡大多集中在61-69歲,占旅游養(yǎng)老總?cè)藬?shù)的65.6%；這些旅游養(yǎng)老人群及其老伴的退休工資也以2000元～3000元居多；旅游養(yǎng)老人群的文化程度也較高,73.6%的人具有大�；虮究茖W(xué)歷；這些旅游養(yǎng)老人群以城市退休老人為主,他們大多養(yǎng)育一個(gè)兒女。 通過分析河南省鄉(xiāng)村休閑養(yǎng)老旅游的進(jìn)程與特點(diǎn),在借鑒國(guó)外與其他省份的發(fā)展模式基礎(chǔ)上,并結(jié)合河南省的資源基礎(chǔ)和人口客源基礎(chǔ),提出構(gòu)建環(huán)城養(yǎng)老游憩帶、打造休閑養(yǎng)生地域帶以及構(gòu)建鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)帶等適合河南省省情的休閑養(yǎng)老旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展模式；最后提出了一系列的對(duì)策建議,比如破解政策上的瓶頸、尊重老人的自由選擇、遵循市場(chǎng)的主導(dǎo)機(jī)制、完善養(yǎng)老尊老的人性化環(huán)境以及加強(qiáng)養(yǎng)老旅游服務(wù)人員的培養(yǎng)等等,為河南省乃至全國(guó)的休閑旅游養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了一個(gè)思路與發(fā)展模式。 鄉(xiāng)村休閑養(yǎng)老旅游近些年來形成了異軍突起之勢(shì),從而研究鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游的專家和學(xué)者也越來越多。但缺乏對(duì)河南省鄉(xiāng)村休閑養(yǎng)老旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的管理機(jī)制的研究,缺乏從老年季節(jié)性移居的角度對(duì)河南省的鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行探索和研究。本文只是對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游與老年季節(jié)性移居的融合問題進(jìn)行了一次探索和嘗試性的研究,但本文的研究仍然不夠深入,筆者將在以后的研究中繼續(xù)深化和補(bǔ)充現(xiàn)有的文獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:At present, China's Gini coefficient has exceeded 0.6, far more than 0.4 of the international warning line, the intensification of the contradiction between the rich and the poor, making it urgent to increase farmers' income. Henan is a big agricultural province with rich agricultural resources and beautiful natural environment. With the gradual emergence of urban retirement pension problems rural leisure old-age tourism will be flourishing for mutual benefit and win-win. This article mainly uses the literature method, the example method, the investigation method and the multi-disciplinary combination method, discovers the gender, the age, the income level, the education level, the spouse income level, the number of children, Marital status and other factors have an important impact on the retirement willingness of some retired people in Zhengzhou, Henan Province: the tourist old-age group is mainly male, accounting for 60.2% of the total number of tourism old-age pension, and the age of the elderly who enjoy the tourism old-age care is mostly 61-69 years old. 65.6% of the total number of tourism old-age support, the retired salary of these tourist aged and their spouses is 2000 yuan or 3,000 yuan, and 73.6% of them have college or undergraduate education, and 73.6% of them have higher education level, and 73.6% of them have college degree or undergraduate degree, and 73.6% of them have college or undergraduate degree, and 73.6% of them have higher education level. These tourist pension population mainly urban retirees, they mostly raise a child. By analyzing the process and characteristics of rural leisure old-age tourism in Henan Province, on the basis of drawing lessons from the development models of foreign countries and other provinces, and combining the resource base and population source basis of Henan Province, this paper puts forward the construction of old-age recreation belt around the city. Finally, it puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions, such as breaking the bottleneck of policy, creating a regional belt of leisure health preservation and constructing a green industrial belt of rural leisure tourism, which is suitable for the development of Henan Province's leisure and old-age tourism industry, and finally puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions. Respecting the free choice of the elderly, following the dominant mechanism of the market, perfecting the humanized environment for the aged and respecting the elderly, and strengthening the training of the old-age tourism service personnel, etc. For Henan Province and even for the development of leisure tourism pension industry to provide a train of thought and development model. Rural leisure old-age tourism in recent years has formed a sudden trend, thus the study of rural leisure tourism experts and scholars are also more and more. However, there is a lack of research on the management mechanism of the development of rural leisure old-age tourism industry in Henan Province, and a lack of exploration and research on rural leisure tourism industry in Henan Province from the perspective of seasonal migration of the elderly. In this paper, the integration of rural leisure tourism and seasonal migration of the elderly has been explored and tried, but the research in this paper is still not deep enough, the author will continue to deepen and supplement the existing literature in the future research.
