【摘要】：隨著人們旅游需求的日益多樣化、旅游項(xiàng)目的創(chuàng)新以及人們對(duì)海洋認(rèn)識(shí)的不斷深化,濱海旅游已經(jīng)逐漸成為一個(gè)主要的旅游方式,濱海旅游熱潮在世界范圍內(nèi)方興未艾。從世界范圍看,度假旅游又是現(xiàn)代旅游活動(dòng)中重要的組成部分,而濱海度假旅游作為度假旅游的主要方式之一,市場(chǎng)需求潛力十分巨大。我國有許多發(fā)達(dá)的沿海城市,旅游業(yè)在濱海城市也是主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。濱海度假旅游也成為了我國旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn),目前我國的濱海旅游度假區(qū)已有153個(gè),我國還頒布了很多相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)。作為一種休閑為主的綜合旅游產(chǎn)品,不同形式的濱海旅游將知識(shí)、娛樂、游客參與結(jié)合為一個(gè)整體。青島是中國著名的沿海城市和北方城市的一個(gè)重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)中心,濱海旅游業(yè)在城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中有著舉足輕重的地位。青島濱海旅游度假地東靠水天一色的遼闊黃海,具有著優(yōu)越而獨(dú)特的地理環(huán)境,二十多年的建設(shè)和發(fā)展,使青島成為了中國北方較有影響的集度假、娛樂、休閑為一體的有水準(zhǔn)、有品位的,具有海洋文化特色的旅游度假地。近年來,青島更是大力發(fā)展嶗山風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)等景區(qū),以休閑為主題,秉承新刪念、高品質(zhì)的濱海旅游資源開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略,通過統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃,進(jìn)行了有序地發(fā)展。雖然青島濱海旅游度假地符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn),具有著非常良好的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),但是在發(fā)展的過程中也暴露出一些問題,比如：旅游產(chǎn)品太過單一,缺乏對(duì)游客具有較大吸引力的旅游產(chǎn)品；旅游資源開發(fā)力度不足,不能有較長的生命周期；生態(tài)環(huán)境問題也比較突出,缺乏旅游資源保護(hù)等,這些都急需科學(xué)合理的規(guī)劃和引導(dǎo)。本文介紹的AVC理論,即為濱海旅游度假地的吸引力(Attraction)生命力(Validity)、承載力(Capacity),簡(jiǎn)稱AVC。本文的研究目的是基于AVC理論對(duì)青島濱海旅游度假地進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),進(jìn)而找出青島濱海旅游度假地的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)青島濱海旅游度假地的風(fēng)景旅游規(guī)劃-市場(chǎng)賣點(diǎn)-生命周期-可持續(xù)利用的三位一體的發(fā)展模式。本文基于AVC理論提出了優(yōu)化建設(shè)青島濱海旅游度假地的措施,同時(shí)為今后的研究工作提供了參考,具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文采用的主要研究方法為通過AVC理論建立量化評(píng)價(jià)體系,對(duì)青島濱海旅游度假地的具體情況加以分析,以提升青島濱海旅游度假地的吸引力、生命力、承載力為目的,提出如何建設(shè)青島濱海旅游度假地。本文的主要內(nèi)容分為七個(gè)部分,第一部分對(duì)研究背景、研究現(xiàn)狀等問題進(jìn)行了闡述；第二部分介紹了主要的基礎(chǔ)理論;第三部分對(duì)濱海旅游度假地進(jìn)行了概述;第四部分提出了濱海旅游度假地AVC評(píng)價(jià)方法；第五部分基于AVC理論對(duì)青島市濱海旅游度假地發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià);第六部分提出了具體的解決措施：第七部分進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the increasing diversification of people's tourism demand, the innovation of tourism projects and the deepening of people's understanding of the ocean, coastal tourism has gradually become a major tourism mode, and coastal tourism boom is in the ascendant all over the world. From the view of the world, holiday tourism is an important part of modern tourism activities, and coastal vacation tourism as one of the main ways of holiday tourism, the market demand potential is very great. There are many developed coastal cities in China, tourism is also one of the leading industries in coastal cities. Coastal vacation tourism has also become the focus of tourism development in China. At present, there are 153 coastal tourist resorts in China, and many related laws and regulations have been promulgated in our country. As a comprehensive tourism product, different forms of coastal tourism combine knowledge, entertainment and tourist participation into a whole. Qingdao is an important economic center of China's famous coastal cities and northern cities. Coastal tourism plays an important role in the development of urban economy. Qingdao Coastal tourist Resort lies on the east of vast Huang Hai, with its superior and unique geographical environment. After more than 20 years of construction and development, Qingdao has become a more influential resort and entertainment in the north of China. Leisure as one of the standard, taste, with marine cultural characteristics of the tourist resort. In recent years, Qingdao has made great efforts to develop the scenic spots such as Laoshan scenic spot, taking leisure as the theme, adhering to the new and deleted thoughts, developing the high quality coastal tourism resources, and developing orderly through unified planning. Although Qingdao Binhai tourist Resort conforms to the national and international standards and has a very good development trend, it also exposes some problems in the process of development, such as: the tourism product is too single. Lack of tourist products that are attractive to tourists; insufficient development of tourism resources and long life cycle; ecological and environmental problems, lack of protection of tourism resources, etc. These are in urgent need of scientific and rational planning and guidance. In this paper, the theory of AVC is introduced, that is, the attraction of coastal tourist resorts, the vitality of AVC, and the capacity of carrying capacity. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate Qingdao coastal tourist resorts based on AVC theory, and then find out the advantages and disadvantages of Qingdao coastal tourist resorts. In order to achieve the Qingdao coastal tourist resort landscape tourism planning-market selling point-life cycle-sustainable use of the trinity development model. Based on the AVC theory, this paper puts forward the measures to optimize the construction of Qingdao coastal tourist resort, and provides a reference for the future research work, which has important theoretical and practical significance. The main research methods used in this paper are to establish a quantitative evaluation system through AVC theory, and to analyze the specific situation of Qingdao coastal tourist resort, in order to enhance the attraction, vitality and carrying capacity of Qingdao coastal tourist resort. Put forward how to build Qingdao coastal tourist resort. The main content of this paper is divided into seven parts, the first part of the research background, research status quo and other issues are described; the second part introduces the main basic theory; The fourth part puts forward the evaluation method of coastal tourist resort AVC; the fifth part evaluates the present situation of Qingdao coastal tourist resort based on AVC theory; the sixth part puts forward the concrete solution: the seventh part summarizes.
