海南省中職學(xué)校旅游專業(yè)“三段式”人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

【摘要】:三十載風(fēng)雨改革之路使得中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)生了日新月異的變化,社會經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,人民生活水平大幅提高,旅游業(yè)作為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一大產(chǎn)業(yè)也獲得了蓬勃發(fā)展。為了適應(yīng)我國旅游業(yè)大發(fā)展大繁榮的新興局面,需要培養(yǎng)出大量高質(zhì)量的旅游專業(yè)人才。目前,我國已經(jīng)形成了中專、大專、本科、碩士、博士各個級別不同層次的旅游專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)體系,各個層次的旅游專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式也在不斷地進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新,“工學(xué)結(jié)合”、“校店合一”、“訂單式”培養(yǎng)是當(dāng)前我國中職學(xué)校培養(yǎng)旅游專業(yè)人才的幾種常見模式。 本文的研究意義主要體現(xiàn)在兩個方面:一是理論意義,二是實踐意義。 首先,從理論意義這一層面來看,本研究以中職學(xué)校旅游專業(yè)“三段式”人才培養(yǎng)模式為立足點,對海南省中職學(xué)校旅游專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)、全面地理論探索及可行性分析。 其次,從實踐意義這一層面來看,海南省作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平欠發(fā)達(dá)的經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū),目前存在著大量的農(nóng)村中學(xué)生剩余勞動力需要轉(zhuǎn)移。如何安置這些學(xué)生是涉及到地方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會穩(wěn)定的大問題,而海南省中職學(xué)校旅游專業(yè)“三段式”人才培養(yǎng)模式不僅可以解決旅游業(yè)人才緊缺問題,還可以解決學(xué)生就業(yè)問題。 本文的框架主要包括五大部分:第一部分是緒論,包括論文的研究背景、研究緣由、研究意義、研究思路、研究方法、文獻(xiàn)綜述和創(chuàng)新之處;第二部分主要是對相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定,明確了本項研究的理論基礎(chǔ);第三部分主要是對海南省中職學(xué)校旅游專業(yè)“三段式”人才培養(yǎng)模式的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,指出人才培養(yǎng)過程中存在的問題;第四部分主要是從文化課程學(xué)習(xí)、企業(yè)頂崗實習(xí)、質(zhì)量評價三個方面研究如何構(gòu)建旅游專業(yè)“三段式”人才培養(yǎng)體系;第五部分是對完善海南省中職學(xué)校旅游專業(yè)“三段式”人才培養(yǎng)模式提出合理建議,希望能夠?qū)D鲜〖捌渌貐^(qū)實現(xiàn)中職教育人才培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新有所幫助。
[Abstract]:Thirty years of wind and rain reform made China's economy change with each passing day, the rapid development of social economy, the people's living standards have been greatly improved, tourism as a major industry of national economic development has also been booming. In order to adapt to the new situation of great development and prosperity of China's tourism industry, it is necessary to train a large number of high-quality tourism professionals. At present, China has formed a system of training tourism professionals at different levels and at different levels in technical secondary schools, junior colleges, undergraduate courses, master's degrees and doctors.The mode of training tourism professionals at all levels is also constantly innovating, "combining work and learning." The cultivation of "unifying schools and shops" and "ordering" is a common mode of training tourism professionals in secondary vocational schools in China. The research significance of this paper is mainly reflected in two aspects: one is theoretical significance, the other is practical significance. First of all, from the perspective of theoretical significance, this study takes the "three-stage" talent training model of tourism major in secondary vocational schools as the foothold, and makes a systematic study on the training mode of tourism professionals in secondary vocational schools in Hainan Province. Comprehensive theoretical exploration and feasibility analysis. Secondly, from the perspective of practical significance, Hainan Province, as an underdeveloped economic special economic zone, has a large number of rural middle school students' surplus labor needed to be transferred. How to resettle these students is a big problem which involves the stability of local economy and society. However, the "three-stage" talent training mode of tourism major in secondary vocational schools in Hainan Province can not only solve the problem of shortage of tourism talents, but also solve the problem of students' employment. The framework of this paper mainly includes five parts: the first part is the introduction, including the research background, the research reason, the research significance, the research thought, the research method, the literature review and the innovation; The second part is mainly to define the related concepts, to clarify the theoretical basis of this study; the third part is to analyze the current situation of the "three-segment" talent training model of tourism major in secondary vocational schools in Hainan Province. The fourth part mainly studies how to construct the "three-stage" talent training system of tourism specialty from three aspects: culture course study, enterprise practice and quality evaluation. The fifth part is to perfect Hainan Province secondary vocational school tourism specialty "three sections" the talent training pattern to put forward the reasonable suggestion, hoped can realize the secondary vocational education talented person training pattern innovation to Hainan Province and other regions to have the help.
