基于ANP的醫(yī)療旅游發(fā)展?jié)摿χ笜?biāo)體系的構(gòu)建及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】：醫(yī)療旅游已經(jīng)在全球70多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)如火如荼地發(fā)展，中國作為未來國際醫(yī)療旅游市場中重要的客源地和目的地，扮演著十分重要的角色。中國地區(qū)發(fā)展不平衡，如何在中國這片廣袤的土地上發(fā)展醫(yī)療旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)，亟待關(guān)注。 本文采用理論研究與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法，以國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料為基礎(chǔ)，通過對醫(yī)療旅游及發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ认嚓P(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定，對醫(yī)療旅游的影響因素進(jìn)行分析，從而初步提出了醫(yī)療旅游發(fā)展?jié)摿χ笜?biāo)體系，并通過德爾菲法進(jìn)行修正，并完善、細(xì)化各指標(biāo)，對各衡量指標(biāo)作出解釋，最終確立一套適用于我國各區(qū)域、科學(xué)可行的指標(biāo)體系。 接著結(jié)合ANP法確定各指標(biāo)權(quán)重，得到醫(yī)療旅游發(fā)展?jié)摿υu價(jià)模型。然后通過搜集全國31個(gè)省、自治區(qū)、直轄市的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究，運(yùn)用構(gòu)建的評價(jià)模型進(jìn)行評分，得出結(jié)果。 對計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析討論后，得出以下結(jié)論：全國31個(gè)地區(qū)廣東得分最高，寧夏得分最低；按得分高低分為三個(gè)等級，廣東、江蘇、山東3省為醫(yī)療旅游高發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ貐^(qū)，浙江、北京、河南等15個(gè)地區(qū)為醫(yī)療旅游中發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ貐^(qū)，山西、江西、廣西等13個(gè)地區(qū)為醫(yī)療旅游低發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ貐^(qū)。最后提出政府應(yīng)在醫(yī)療旅游中起主導(dǎo)作用，鼓勵(lì)資金投入，，鼓勵(lì)醫(yī)院進(jìn)行JCI認(rèn)證，加大基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)力度，大力發(fā)展教育科技等建議。
[Abstract]:Medical tourism has been developing in full swing in more than 70 countries and regions in the world. China, as an important destination and source in the future international medical tourism market, plays a very important role. How to develop the medical tourism industry in the vast land of China needs to be paid more attention to. This paper uses the method of combining theoretical research and empirical research, based on the relevant literature and materials at home and abroad, through the definition of medical tourism and development potential and other related concepts, analyzes the influencing factors of medical tourism. Therefore, the index system of the development potential of medical tourism is put forward preliminarily, and amended by Delphi method, and the indexes are refined, the indicators are explained, and a set of indicators is established to be applicable to all regions of our country. Scientific and feasible index system. Then combined with the ANP method to determine the weight of each index, get the evaluation model of medical tourism development potential. Then through collecting the data of 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government to carry on the empirical research, using the evaluation model to score, get the results. After analyzing and discussing the calculation results, the following conclusions are drawn: Guangdong has the highest score, Ningxia has the lowest score, and Guangdong, Jiangsu and Shandong are the regions with high development potential of medical tourism according to the score. Zhejiang, Beijing, Henan and other 15 regions are the potential areas for the development of medical tourism, and 13 regions such as Shanxi, Jiangxi and Guangxi are low potential areas for the development of medical tourism. Finally, the government should play a leading role in medical tourism, encourage capital investment, encourage hospitals to carry out JCI certification, strengthen infrastructure construction, and vigorously develop educational science and technology.
