湘潭市老年人旅游市場(chǎng)開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:在人口老齡化日趨加快的社會(huì)背景下,老年人的物質(zhì)和精神生活水平日漸被人們關(guān)注。隨著休閑旅游時(shí)代的到來,老年人旅游已成為促進(jìn)健康老齡化的有效途徑。我國(guó)多數(shù)老年人身體強(qiáng)健,有著充足的時(shí)間和可自由支配收入,還有著強(qiáng)烈的外出旅游愿望,但是,目前我國(guó)的老年人旅游市場(chǎng)存在多種不足,例如,沒有適合老年人消費(fèi)的旅游產(chǎn)品、行程安排不合理、旅游安全問題被忽視、導(dǎo)游人員素質(zhì)低、購物消費(fèi)昂貴等。這些問題嚴(yán)重阻礙了旅游市場(chǎng)的平衡健康發(fā)展,也不利于老年人旅游需求的實(shí)現(xiàn)。而目前我國(guó)對(duì)老年人這一特殊旅游市場(chǎng)的研究成果較少。因此,通過以湘潭市為實(shí)證研究區(qū)域,對(duì)本地老年人的出游意愿與動(dòng)機(jī)、出游特征、出游滿意度進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并做出影響因素和市場(chǎng)開發(fā)對(duì)策的分析,對(duì)促進(jìn)老年人旅游市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展有著重要的意義。本文以旅游需求與動(dòng)機(jī)理論、旅游者行為理論、旅游市場(chǎng)細(xì)分理論為研究基點(diǎn),綜合運(yùn)用定性分析和定量分析首先對(duì)湘潭市老年人旅游市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的背景和發(fā)展驅(qū)動(dòng)力進(jìn)行定性化分析;再設(shè)計(jì)并發(fā)放湘潭市老年人旅游市場(chǎng)調(diào)查問卷,收集湘潭市老年人旅游的人口學(xué)特征、出游意愿與潛力、出游特征、出游滿意度數(shù)據(jù),并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,結(jié)果顯示定量分析結(jié)果與定性描述的實(shí)際水平相符。最后,通過對(duì)湘潭市湘潭市老年人旅游市場(chǎng)存在老年人旅游需求轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閷?shí)際購買力受阻、出游老年人群呈現(xiàn)兩極分化,旅游項(xiàng)目單一、消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)不平衡、老年人出游滿意度低等問題老年人旅游市場(chǎng)中以上問題影響因素進(jìn)行探究,提出了加強(qiáng)宣傳促銷工作、完善老年人出游制度等老年人旅游市場(chǎng)開發(fā)對(duì)策,以期促進(jìn)這一市場(chǎng)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the aging population, the material and spiritual living standards of the elderly are paid more and more attention. With the arrival of leisure tourism era, the elderly tourism has become an effective way to promote healthy aging. The majority of the elderly in China are physically strong, have sufficient time and disposable income, and have a strong desire to travel. However, at present, there are many shortcomings in the tourism market for the elderly in our country, for example, There are no tourism products suitable for the elderly, unreasonable itinerary arrangement, neglect of tourism safety, low quality of tour guides, expensive shopping and so on. These problems seriously hinder the balanced and healthy development of the tourism market, and are not conducive to the realization of the tourism needs of the elderly. But at present our country to the senior citizen this special tourism market research achievement is relatively few. Therefore, by taking Xiangtan City as an empirical research area, the paper investigates the local elderly's travel intention and motivation, travel characteristics, travel satisfaction, and makes an analysis of the influencing factors and market development countermeasures. It is of great significance to promote the development of tourism market for the elderly. Based on the theory of tourism demand and motivation, the theory of tourist behavior, the theory of tourism market segmentation, Firstly, the background and driving forces of the development of the elderly tourism market in Xiangtan are analyzed qualitatively, and then the questionnaire of the tourism market for the elderly in Xiangtan is designed and distributed. The demographic characteristics, travel intention and potential, travel characteristics, travel satisfaction data of the elderly tourism in Xiangtan City were collected and analyzed. The results showed that the quantitative analysis results were consistent with the actual level of qualitative description. Finally, through the tourism market of the elderly in Xiangtan City, the tourism demand of the elderly is changed into the actual purchasing power, the traveling elderly people present polarization, the tourism project is single, and the consumption structure is not balanced. This paper probes into the influencing factors of the above problems in the tourism market of the elderly, and puts forward some countermeasures for the development of the tourism market for the elderly, such as strengthening the propaganda and promotion work and perfecting the travel system for the elderly. With a view to promoting the healthy development of the market.
