顧及游客位置及運動狀態(tài)的景區(qū)信息自適應(yīng)播報研究

【摘要】:目前,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)在“智慧旅游”的帶動下,正加速其信息化發(fā)展、智能化管理的進(jìn)程。為了進(jìn)一步深化游客的個性化旅游體驗,推動新型旅游服務(wù)模式的發(fā)展,各地區(qū)及旅游景區(qū)正積極投入“智慧旅游”項目建設(shè)。基于移動GIS、空間定位、無線通信等技術(shù)的智能導(dǎo)游系統(tǒng)旨在提供個性化、人性化、全方位的旅游信息服務(wù),而語音交互方式的應(yīng)用正是提高其服務(wù)質(zhì)量的有效途徑。 本文首先回顧智能導(dǎo)游系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展歷程及其信息服務(wù)的特點,結(jié)合空間信息的自然語言描述的研究進(jìn)展,分析目前智能導(dǎo)游系統(tǒng)在信息播報方面的不足,并提出顧及游客位置及運動狀態(tài),考慮景區(qū)空間要素特征的自適應(yīng)語音播報方法。主要包括以下方面: (1)分析景區(qū)信息播報的影響因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上探討信息播報任務(wù)組織方法:通過闡述播報對象的觸發(fā)方法、播報內(nèi)容的獲取方法,構(gòu)建播報任務(wù)狀態(tài)模型及其播報切換方法,并基于此提出“播報距離”、“播報時長”及“播報詞長”的概念及其計算公式。 (2)結(jié)合景區(qū)空間要素的特征,針對景區(qū)內(nèi)不同播報對象,提出“播報范圍”的概念及其構(gòu)建方法?紤]游客的游覽路線,設(shè)計播報對象的觸發(fā)方法,即利用游客的實時位置與播報范圍或播報路段之間的空間關(guān)系得到播報觸發(fā)位置。 (3)考慮目標(biāo)播報對象的形態(tài)特征,構(gòu)建空間信息自然語言描述方法,主要包括空間地物的位置信息描述方法及路口轉(zhuǎn)向信息描述方法。結(jié)合已有的介紹文本形成完整的播報內(nèi)容,設(shè)計播報詞長自動控制方法。分析信息播報延時原因,并針對此提出延時播報預(yù)測糾正方法。 (4)完成景區(qū)數(shù)據(jù)的預(yù)處理,并構(gòu)建自適應(yīng)播報方法實驗原型系統(tǒng),針對不同影響因素的變化,設(shè)計不同情況下的播報實驗,進(jìn)而驗證該方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:At present, with the impetus of "Intelligent Tourism", the tourism industry is accelerating its information development and intelligent management process. In order to further deepen the individualized tourism experience of tourists and promote the development of new tourism service mode, various regions and tourist attractions are actively investing in the construction of "Intelligent Tourism" project. Based on mobile GIS, space positioning, The intelligent tour guide system, such as wireless communication and other technologies, aims to provide personalized, humanized and omni-directional tourism information services, and the application of voice interaction is an effective way to improve the quality of service.
This paper first reviews the development course of the intelligent tour guide system and the characteristics of its information service. Combining with the research progress of the natural language description of spatial information, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current intelligent guide system in the information broadcasting, and puts forward the adaptive speech broadcasting method considering the tourist location and movement state and considering the features of the space elements of the landscape. It mainly includes the following aspects:
(1) to analyze the influencing factors of information broadcast in scenic spots, and to discuss the organization method of information broadcasting task: by elaborating the triggering methods of the broadcast objects, the method of obtaining the broadcast content, building the state model of the broadcast task and the method of broadcasting switching, and putting forward "broadcast distance", "broadcast long" and "broadcast word long" based on this Concept and calculation formula.
(2) according to the characteristics of the space elements of the scenic area, the concept and construction method of "broadcasting scope" are proposed for different broadcast objects in the scenic area. The trigger method of designing the broadcast objects is designed by considering the tourist route, that is to use the spatial relationship between the tourist's real-time position and the broadcast range or the broadcast section to get the broadcast triggering position.
(3) taking into account the morphological features of the target broadcast objects, building a natural language description method of spatial information, mainly including the location information description method of space objects and the method of describing the turning information of the intersection, and combining the existing introductory text to form a complete broadcast content and design the automatic control method of the broadcast word length. The time delay prediction and correction method is put forward.
(4) complete the pre-processing of the scenic spot data, and build an experimental prototype system of adaptive broadcasting method. In view of the changes of different influence factors, the paper designs the broadcast experiments under different circumstances, and then verifies the feasibility of the method.
