【摘要】：進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)步前進(jìn)，世界旅游業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展，旅游業(yè)的格局和結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生著一些重大變化，其中之一就是以休閑、放松、健體、娛樂(lè)為主的現(xiàn)代旅游正逐步代替以參觀為主的傳統(tǒng)的觀光旅游。體育旅游就是一種發(fā)展迅速，前景廣闊的現(xiàn)代旅游方式。 本文首先對(duì)體育旅游在國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展和研究情況進(jìn)行了綜述�？偨Y(jié)出體育旅游起步比較晚，但發(fā)展迅速，并己成為世界各國(guó)旅游業(yè)的一個(gè)新亮點(diǎn)。中國(guó)對(duì)體育旅游的研究落后于西方國(guó)家，對(duì)體育旅游的概念和內(nèi)容的界定眾說(shuō)紛紜，今后在理論上還有很大的研究空間。 目前，呼倫貝爾旅游發(fā)展中存在景點(diǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)分散、沒(méi)有形成規(guī)模、產(chǎn)品欠包裝和深度挖掘不夠等問(wèn)題，需尋找新的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。開(kāi)發(fā)體育旅游便是呼倫貝爾旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的新思路。呼倫貝爾開(kāi)發(fā)體育旅游有獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì):第一，區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì):多民族聚居的少數(shù)民族邊疆地區(qū)；第二，資源優(yōu)勢(shì):體育旅游資源豐富地區(qū)�，F(xiàn)在，呼倫貝爾對(duì)體育旅游資源利用處于初級(jí)階段，，尚待充分開(kāi)發(fā)，以適應(yīng)國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際旅游的潮流。本文從政策、經(jīng)濟(jì)和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、旅游業(yè)發(fā)展和資源方面入手研究了呼倫貝爾市體育旅游的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，還分析了呼倫貝爾市體育旅游發(fā)展中的不足和制約因素。在這些基礎(chǔ)上提出了呼倫貝爾市體育旅游的開(kāi)發(fā)策略。 呼倫貝爾市體育旅游開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)遵循有重點(diǎn)、多層次、不盲從、可持續(xù)和環(huán)保的原則，還應(yīng)按照文中提出的七個(gè)基本點(diǎn)重點(diǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)，根據(jù)資源類型、特征及分布，本文提出把呼倫貝爾分為三大重點(diǎn)功能區(qū)，初步構(gòu)建出體育旅游開(kāi)發(fā)體系:北部森林水上民俗體育旅游區(qū)；西南草原冰雪民俗體育旅游區(qū)；東南冰雪山地體育旅游區(qū)；與此同時(shí)，建立全市的民俗體育旅游統(tǒng)籌開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)。并提出體育旅游開(kāi)發(fā)目前需要與區(qū)內(nèi)其他資源進(jìn)行整合，才能打下發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。 作為案例研究，本文策劃了十二里溝體育旅游開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)項(xiàng)目，為開(kāi)發(fā)呼倫貝爾體育旅游新亮點(diǎn)提供思路。 本文初步提出了呼倫貝爾市體育旅游未來(lái)發(fā)展的策略，為呼倫貝爾市體育旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展尋求一個(gè)新的突破口，為在未來(lái)發(fā)展中增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:In the 21 century, with the steady progress of the economy, the world tourism industry is booming, and the pattern and structure of tourism industry has undergone some major changes, one of which is leisure, relaxation and physical fitness. The entertainment-based modern tourism is gradually replacing the traditional sightseeing tourism. Sports tourism is a modern tourism mode with rapid development and broad prospects. Firstly, this paper summarizes the development and research of sports tourism at home and abroad. It is concluded that sports tourism started relatively late, but developed rapidly, and has become a new bright spot of tourism all over the world. The study of sports tourism in China lags behind that in western countries, and the definition of the concept and content of sports tourism is divided, and there is still much room for theoretical study in the future. At present, there are some problems in the development of Hulunbeir tourism, such as scattered development of scenic spots, no formation scale, insufficient product packaging and deep mining, etc., so it is necessary to find new growth points. The development of sports tourism is a new way to develop Hulunbeir tourism. The development of sports tourism by Hulunbeir has its unique advantages: first, location advantage: the ethnic minority frontier region inhabited by many nationalities; second, resource advantage: rich area of sports tourism resources. At present, the utilization of sports tourism resources by Hulunbeir is in the primary stage, and needs to be fully developed to adapt to the trend of domestic and international tourism. This paper studies the present situation of sports tourism in Hulunbeir from the aspects of policy, economy and infrastructure, tourism development and resources, and analyzes the deficiency and restriction factors in the development of sports tourism in Hulunbeir. On the basis of these, the development strategy of Hulunbeir sports tourism is put forward. The development of sports tourism in Hulunbeir should follow the principles of focus, multi-level, not blind, sustainable and environmental protection. It should also be developed according to the seven basic points mentioned in the paper, according to the type, characteristics and distribution of resources. In this paper, Hulunbeir is divided into three major functional areas, the preliminary construction of sports tourism development system: the northern forest water folk sports tourism area; the southwest grassland snow and ice folk sports tourism area; the southeast snow and ice mountain sports tourism area; At the same time, the establishment of the city's folk sports tourism development zone. It also points out that the development of sports tourism needs to be integrated with other resources in the region to lay the foundation for its development. As a case study, this paper plans a project of Shiligou Sports Tourism Development Zone, which provides ideas for the development of new highlights of Hulunbeir sports tourism. This paper puts forward the strategies for the future development of sports tourism in Hulunbeir, seeking a new breakthrough for the development of sports tourism in Hulunbeir, and providing a certain reference for enhancing the competitiveness in the future development.
