【摘要】：旅游業(yè)對(duì)就業(yè)的積極效應(yīng)受到國內(nèi)越來越多地區(qū)的重視，尤其是農(nóng)村地區(qū)的旅游業(yè)就業(yè)與“三農(nóng)”問題緊密相關(guān)，，通過發(fā)展旅游業(yè)帶動(dòng)勞動(dòng)力尤其是農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)便成為應(yīng)勢(shì)之舉。 農(nóng)村地區(qū)特別是欠發(fā)達(dá)山區(qū)旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展不僅推動(dòng)了山區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)綠色發(fā)展，將擁有的山水人文資源優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為推動(dòng)發(fā)展綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要力量，而且為農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)提供了新渠道，也為提升農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)水平創(chuàng)造了條件。 文章以典型山區(qū)市——梅州作為研究對(duì)象，在分析梅州市旅游業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展對(duì)農(nóng)村地區(qū)勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)影響的現(xiàn)狀的同時(shí)，采用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)和偏離分析方法，對(duì)旅游業(yè)就業(yè)效應(yīng)和就業(yè)潛力進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，在對(duì)梅州市旅游業(yè)就業(yè)實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)上，發(fā)現(xiàn)旅游業(yè)吸納勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)過程中出現(xiàn)的影響旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)就業(yè)的問題，并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The positive effect of tourism on employment has been paid more and more attention in more and more areas in China. Especially, the employment of tourism in rural areas is closely related to the problem of "three rural". It is a necessary action to promote the employment of the labor force, especially the rural labor force, through the development of the tourism industry.
The development of tourism in rural areas, especially in underdeveloped mountainous areas, not only promotes the green development of mountain economy, but also transforms the advantages of landscape humanistic resources into an important force to promote the development of green economy, and provides new channels for rural labor employment, and also creates conditions for the promotion of rural labor force employment.
Taking the typical mountain city, Meizhou as the research object, this paper analyzes the present situation of the impact of the rapid development of tourism in Meizhou on the employment of labor in rural areas, and uses the econometric and deviation analysis methods to make an empirical analysis of the employment effect and employment potential of the tourism industry and the basis for the empirical analysis of the employment of tourism in Meizhou. On the basis of this, it finds out the problems that affect the sustainable employment of tourism in the process of absorbing labor force, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
